Abstract

更确切地,本发明涉及用于控制停车区域进入系统的布置和方法。
背景技术
已知为车辆提供自动停车能力,以使得车辆可以在不从驾驶员接收任何引导的情况下停车。这样的车辆可以例如具有车载系统,该车载系统包含适于控制车辆在车库中的操控的自动停车单元。
此外,已知使用车库或遥控器中的按钮来控制自动车库门。这样的系统通常被称为GDO(即“Garage Door Opener”,车库门开启器),遥控器被称为UGDO(即“UniversalGarage Door Opener”,通用车库门开启器)。
然而,自动停车单元和车库门开启器通常是不能协作的不同系统。
发明内容
在本文中,本发明提供一种用于控制停车区域进入系统的布置,其包括按钮;第一控制电路,连接到所述按钮,并且适于在致动所述按钮时触发(trigger)所述停车区域进入系统的操作;其特征在于:接收器电路;可控开关,其与所述按钮并联连接;以及第二控制电路,适于在所述接收器电路接收到无线指令时切换(toggle)所述可控开关。
由于这一布置,接收器电路对无线指令的接收可以由第二控制电路检测到,第二控制电路然后可以切换可控开关来模拟对按钮的按压。因此,对无线指令的接收可以导致停车区域进入系统的操作。
为了清楚起见,所述进入系统可以是车库门、大门、障碍物、或电梯,其在操控车辆时需要操作。
在一些实施例中,所述布置还可以包含接收器单元,其连接到第一控制电路并适于接收(通常是亚GHz的)射频信号;在这种情况下,第一控制电路还可以适于在该接收器单元接收到亚GHz射频信号时触发停车区域进入系统的操作。
这例如是可通过遥控器控制的进入系统的情况,例如常规的UGDO(如上所述)。
在这种情形下,提供在接收器电路处接收到无线指令时被切换的可控开关,这使得可以经由与常规的亚GHz射频信号不同的无线通信技术而远程地控制进入系统的操作。该无线通信技术可以例如是蓝牙或无线区域网络中的通信。
按钮例如位于停车区域中。
本发明还提供了一种用于使用上文限定的布置来控制停车区域进入系统的方法,其包括以下步骤:
通过通信电路发送无线指令(在实践中具有有效凭证);
当在接收器电路处接收到所述无线指令(在实践中也具有有效凭证)时,通过第二控制电路切换可控开关。
还提出了以下可选的(且因而是非限制性的)特征:
-通信电路适于与接收器电路建立无线数据链路(例如,蓝牙数据链路,或者无线局域网或WLAN中的链路),并经由所述无线数据链路发送所述无线指令;
-车辆的车载系统包括通信电路和自动停车单元,所述自动停车单元适于控制所述车辆在停车区域中的操控;
-通信电路适于同步地向所述操控发送无线指令;
-自动停车单元适于计算操作进入系统的适当时间;
-通信电路适于在所述适当时间发送无线指令;
-自动停车单元包含用于获取与车辆环境相关的数据的至少一个传感器;
-自动停车单元包含用于处理由传感器获取的数据的处理电路;
-自动停车单元包含用于基于所处理的数据控制车辆运动控制机构的控制电路;
-电子设备(例如智能手机)集成所述通信电路。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的情景下,停车区域5(这里为车库)由进入系统4(这里为车库门)守卫。
用于操作进入系统4(即,这里用于打开或关闭车库门)的机构6可以通过按压按钮34(通常位于停车区域5中)或使用遥控器8来启用,遥控器8可以例如是通用车库门开启器,其可以例如安装在车辆2中。
具体地,适于启用机构6的控制电路30连接到按钮34。在这里描述的示例中,按钮34插设在控制电路30和接地端子之间,如图2所示。然而并非一定要这样连线。
当用户按压按钮34时,在控制电路30处检测到致动信号(例如,控制电路30的引脚被瞬时设定至接地电位),然后控制电路30启用机构6。
此外,接收器单元32(例如通过收发器来实现)也连接到控制电路30,并适于接收(且可能发送)射频信号(这里为亚GHz射频信号,即主频率低于1GHz的射频信号)。
控制电路30还适于在接收器单元32接收该射频信号时(实际上是与有效凭证一起)启用用于操作进入系统4的机构6。
如图1和图2所示,电子模块40与按钮34并联地连接到控制单元30。
实际上,该电子模块40可以是用户已并联地安装到现有按钮34的扩展元件(add-on),以便获得进入系统4的互补性操作特征,如下文所解释的。
电子模块40包括控制电路42(例如微处理器或微控制器)、可控开关44和接收器电路(这里由收发器电路46来实现)。
可控开关44并联连接到按钮34;因此,可控开关44在这里也插设在控制电路30和接地端子之间,如图2所示。
收发器电路46适于从外部通信电路14接收无线指令。在这里描述的实施例中,收发器电路46和通信电路14适于在其之间建立无线数据链路(例如蓝牙数据链路、或者无线局域网或WLAN中的链路)。然后,无线指令可以经由该无线数据链路从通信电路14发送到收发器电路46。
控制电路42适于在收发器电路46接收到具有有效凭证的上述无线指令时切换所述可控开关44(具体地,在这里是在预定的时间段内控制可控开关44的闭合,例如,实际上是通过将给定的电压施加到可控开关44的控制引脚)。
由于按钮34和可控开关44并联布置,闭合可控开关44模拟了按压按钮34,从而触发控制电路30以启用机构6,并因此操作进入系统4。换言之,切换可控开关44产生的信号等同于在按压按钮34时传送到控制电路30的致动信号,使得控制电路30启用机构6,并因此操作进入系统4。
在收发器电路46处接收无线指令导致操作进入系统4。
根据图3所示的第一实施例,外部通信电路14嵌入车辆2的车载系统10中。
这一车载系统10还集成了连接到通信电路14的电子控制单元12以及自动停车单元20。
自动停车单元20包括至少一个传感器26(通常是多个传感器)、处理电路24、控制电路22和至少一个车辆运动控制机构28(例如,传动系统和/或转向系统和/或制动系统)。
每个传感器26(例如摄像机或超声波传感器)采集表示车辆8的环境的数据。
处理电路24处理(例如分析)由(多个)传感器26采集的(原始)数据,以产生经处理的数据,其也包含车辆环境,但是以更加系统性的方式。经处理的数据例如含有被检测的对象在车辆8的环境中的位置。
控制电路22接收这些经处理的数据和来自电子控制单元12的命令。
当从电子控制单元12接收的命令指示应当进行自动操控时(例如,进一步经由连接到电子控制单元12的人机接口接收对应的用户命令),控制电路22基于经处理的数据来控制(多个)车辆运动控制机构28,以便在其环境中驾驶车辆2。
当从电子控制单元12接收的命令指示应当停止自动操控时(例如,当经由人机接口从用户接收到相应的命令时),控制电路22控制(多个)车辆运动控制机构28,以停止车辆2。
在操控期间的某个时刻,当自动停车单元20计算出需要启动进入系统4的操作以允许连续停车操控时,电子控制单元12将无线指令发送到电子模块40,这里是经由在通信电路14和收发器电路46之间建立的无线数据链路,如上文所解释的。(实际上,自动停车单元20可以计算操作进入系统4的适当时间,并将该适当的时间通信给电子控制单元12,电子控制单元12然后可以控制通信电路14在所述适当时间发送无线指令。)因此,进入系统4的操作可以与车辆操控同步地控制。
根据可能的变化,触发进入系统4的操作的决定可以(相对于操控的进程)异步地作出,例如在操控的开始时,或者当操控不再进行时,而不操作进入系统4。
如上文所解释的,当收发器电路46接收到无线指令时,控制电路42切换可控开关44,控制电路30从而启用机构6以操作进入系统4(即,在这里是为了打开车库门),使得在自动停车单元20的控制下,车辆2可以通过进入系统4并继续操控(这里为进入停车区域5)。
因此,电子模块40的使用使得可以利用遥控器8以外的其它方式来无线地控制进入系统4的操作。当遥控器8不被设计为与自动停车单元20协作时,这是特别引人关注的。收发器单元46被选择为与车辆2中设置的通信电路14兼容,优选地使用诸如蓝牙或WLAN的公共无线通信标准,如已经指出的。
根据第二实施例,外部通信电路包含在电子设备50中,例如智能手机(如图1中的虚线示意性地示出)。
在这种情况下,当用户在电子设备50的人机接口(例如触摸屏)上输入相应的指令时,例如当用户在电子设备50的触摸屏上选择虚拟按钮时,电子设备50的通信电路可以发送用于收发器电路46的无线指令。
目前,由于诸如智能手机的电子设备通常配备有允许经由蓝牙或WLAN进行通信的通信电路,电子模块40使得可以使用用户自己的电子设备50来容易地控制进入系统4的操作。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于控制停车区域进入系统(4)的布置,包括:
按钮(34);
第一控制电路(30),其连接到所述按钮(34),并且适于在致动所述按钮(34)时触发所述停车区域进入系统(4)的操作;
接收器电路(46);
可控开关(44),其并联地连接到所述按钮(34);以及
第二控制电路(42),其适于在所述接收器电路(46)接收无线指令时切换所述可控开关(44)。
2.如权利要求1所述的布置,还包含接收器单元(32),所述接收器单元连接到所述第一控制电路(30)并适于接收射频信号,其中,所述第一控制电路(30)还适于在所述接收器单元(32)接收亚GHz射频信号时触发所述停车区域进入系统(4)的操作。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的布置,其中,所述按钮位于所述停车区域(5)内。
4.一种使用如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的布置控制停车区域进入系统(4)的方法,包括以下步骤:
通过通信电路(14)发送无线指令;
当在所述接收器电路(46)处接收所述无线指令时,通过所述第二控制电路(42)切换所述可控开关(44)。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述通信电路(14)适于与所述接收器电路(46)建立无线数据链路,并经由所述无线数据链路发送所述无线指令。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,车辆(2)的车载系统(10)包括所述通信电路(14)和自动停车单元(20),所述自动停车单元适于控制所述车辆(2)在所述停车区域(5)中的操控。
