Abstract

本发明公开了一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法,它包括采用传动轴、轴承及液压螺母,所述传动轴内部设有液压轴孔、径向孔及导油槽;液压轴孔一端与径向孔连通,另一端则与外界连通;径向孔与导油槽连通,导油槽设于传动轴与轴承配合的外侧面上;液压螺母一端与轴承内圈紧密接触,其内螺纹与传动轴连接;其安装步骤是:将传动轴按照安装方向穿过轴承,在端部与液压螺母连接;将所述轴承固定,向液压螺母及传动轴的液压轴孔内分别注油;液压螺母带动传动轴轴向运动至要求的安装位置后,锁紧液压螺母。采用本发明所述的一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法安装轴承,相比冷热安装更加方便快捷,提高了安装效率,减少了轴承安装过程中对传动轴与轴承的损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承安装方法,特别是一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法。
背景技术
轴承安装的好坏,往往会对轴承的精度、寿命及性能产生影响,在现有安装技术中,常用轴承的安装分为热装配法、冷装配法和手动安装法,其中手动安装一般只适用于较小轴承的安装,不适用于冷镦机上大轴承的装配,而冷、热装配法由于要对轴承和传动轴进行制冷或加热,容易对零部件的金属性能、润滑性能造成影响,降低轴承的使用寿命,并且安装不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种采用液压扩孔、推进的冷镦机的轴承安装方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法,它包括使用传动轴、轴承及液压螺母,所述传动轴内部设有液压轴孔、径向孔及导油槽;所述液压轴孔一端与径向孔连通,另一端则与外界连通;所述径向孔与导油槽连通,所述导油槽设于传动轴与轴承配合的外侧面上;所述液压螺母一端与轴承内圈紧密接触,其内螺纹与传动轴连接;安装步骤是:将传动轴按照安装方向穿过轴承,在端部与液压螺母连接;将所述轴承固定,并使液压螺母一端与轴承的内圈紧密接触;向液压螺母及传动轴的液压轴孔内分别注油;液压螺母带动传动轴轴向运动至要求的安装位置后,锁紧液压螺母;排出液压螺母及传动轴中的液压油。
发明所设计的一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法,其所述液压螺母可以是包括活塞体、锁紧圈及缸体;所述锁紧圈通过螺纹连接在活塞体外侧,所述活塞体一端插接在缸体内部,另一端与轴承内圈紧密接触;安装时,其步骤中所述的在液压螺母带动传动轴轴向运动至要求的安装位置后,锁紧液压螺母;排出液压螺母及传动轴中的液压油,是缸体带动传动轴,相对活塞体轴向运动至安装要求位置后,保压并旋紧锁紧圈;排出液压螺母及传动轴中的液压油。
为了使轴承内圈受力更均匀,所述传动轴上的径向孔数量可以设置为两个或两个以上,并按照十字交叉布置。
本发明得到的一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法,采用液压方式对轴承进行扩孔,并使用液压推进安装传动轴,安装泄压后自动实现轴承内圈的收缩,相比冷热安装更加方便快捷,提高了安装效率,减少了轴承安装过程中对传动轴与轴承的损伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法,如图1、图2所示,包括采用传动轴1、轴承2及液压螺母3,所述传动轴1内部设有液压轴孔11、径向孔12及导油槽13;所述液压轴孔11一端与径向孔12连通,另一端则与外界连通;所述径向孔12与导油槽13连通,所述导油槽13设于传动轴1与轴承2配合的外侧面上;所述液压螺母3一端与轴承2内圈紧密接触,其内螺纹与传动轴1连接;安装时,安装步骤是:将传动轴1按照安装方向穿过轴承2,在端部与液压螺母3连接;将所述轴承2固定,并使液压螺母3一端与轴承2的内圈紧密接触;向液压螺母3及传动轴1的液压轴孔11内分别注油;液压螺母3带动传动轴1轴向运动至要求的安装位置后,锁紧液压螺母3;排出液压螺母3及传动轴1中的液压油。
本实施例提供的冷镦机的轴承安装方法,采用液压方式对轴承2进行扩孔,并使用液压推进安装传动轴1,安装泄压后自动实现轴承2内圈的收缩,相比冷热安装更加方便快捷,提高了安装效率,减少了轴承2安装过程中对传动轴1与轴承2的损伤。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法,如图1~图3所示,除实施例1所述特征外,所述液压螺母3包括活塞体31、锁紧圈32及缸体33;所述锁紧圈32通过螺纹连接在活塞体31外侧,所述活塞体31一端插接在缸体33内部,另一端与轴承2内圈紧密接触。
所述传动轴1上的径向孔12数量可以设置为两个,并按照十字布置,以保证轴承2内圈所受压力均匀分布。
在实际注油安装过程中,液压油通过传动轴1上的液压轴孔11、径向孔12进入导油槽13,并在导油槽13内对轴承2和传动轴1施加压力,在两者之间形成一层油膜,使轴承2与传动轴1的运动更加顺畅;对液压螺母3进行注油后,缸体33与活塞体31相对运动,并且通过缸体33与传动轴1之间的螺纹连接带动传动轴1进行轴向运动,当传动轴1运动至安装要求位置,旋紧锁紧圈32后排出液压油,即完成轴承2的安装。
本实施例提供的冷镦机的轴承安装方法,在传动轴1内设有均匀布置的径向孔12,使轴承2均匀受力,避免了轴承2内圈由于受力不均导致的变形问题。

Claims (3)

1.一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法,它包括传动轴(1)、轴承(2)及液压螺母(3),其特征是所述传动轴(1)内部设有液压轴孔(11)、径向孔(12)及导油槽(13);所述液压轴孔(11)一端与径向孔(12)连通,另一端则与外界连通;所述径向孔(12)与导油槽(13)连通,所述导油槽(13)设于传动轴(1)与轴承(2)配合的外侧面上;所述液压螺母(3)一端与轴承(2)内圈紧密接触,其内螺纹与传动轴(1)连接;安装步骤是:将传动轴(1)按照安装方向穿过轴承(2),在端部与液压螺母(3)连接;将所述轴承(2)固定,并使液压螺母(3)一端与轴承(2)的内圈紧密接触;向液压螺母(3)及传动轴(1)的液压轴孔(11)内分别注油;在液压螺母(3)带动传动轴(1)轴向运动至要求的安装位置后,锁紧液压螺母(3);排出液压螺母(3)及传动轴(1)中的液压油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法,其特征是所述液压螺母(3)包括活塞体(31)、锁紧圈(32)及缸体(33);所述锁紧圈(32)通过螺纹连接在活塞体(31)外侧,所述活塞体(31)一端插接在缸体(33)内部,另一端与轴承(2)内圈紧密接触;安装时,其步骤中所述的在液压螺母(3)带动传动轴(1)轴向运动至要求的安装位置后,锁紧液压螺母(3);排出液压螺母(3)及传动轴(1)中的液压油,是缸体(33)带动传动轴(1),相对活塞体(31)轴向运动至安装要求位置后,保压并旋紧锁紧圈(32);排出液压螺母(3)及传动轴(1)中的液压油。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种冷镦机的轴承安装方法,其特征是所述传动轴(1)上的径向孔(12)数量可以设置为两个或两个以上,并按照十字交叉布置。
