The application is a divisional application of the invention patent application of clamping tool and clamping method with function of placing a plurality of ceramic tiles at one time.
Application date of the original case: 2016-12-13.
Original application No.: 2016111479752.
the name of the original invention is: a clamping tool and a clamping method with the function of placing a plurality of ceramic tiles at one time.
Technical Field
A clamping method with a function of placing a plurality of ceramic tiles at one time belongs to tools for building decoration.
Background
The ceramic tile is made up by using refractory metal oxide and semimetal oxide through the processes of grinding, mixing, pressing, glazing and sintering, and is an acid-and alkali-resistant porcelain or stone material for building or decorative material.
The ceramic tile can be used for being laid on the ground or the wall surface. When the tiles are laid on the wall surface, a worker firstly puts the back surface of the tiles downwards on one hand, then paints cement on the pasting surface of the tiles, and finally pastes the tiles on the wall surface. This approach suffers from several disadvantages:
firstly, the long-time labor of an arm for lifting the ceramic tiles is very tired, and even the ceramic tiles are not lifted in serious cases, so that the ceramic tiles fall on the ground to cause economic loss;
secondly, cement is smeared by one hand, so that the smearing uniformity is difficult to ensure, and the firmness of tile sticking is reduced;
thirdly, from the process of lifting the ceramic tiles and coating cement to the process of pasting, the operation of changing hands is needed, the operation is improper, and the ceramic tiles can fall on the ground to cause economic loss.
The applicant filed an invention patent of a ceramic tile holder and a ceramic tile holding method on the same day, the invention not only avoids the fatigue when lifting the ceramic tile, but also is beneficial to uniformly coating cement, meanwhile, the operation of changing hands is not needed, and the operation reliability is improved. However, the invention also has the following problems:
firstly, each time a ceramic tile is operated, a period is defined, and a plurality of ceramic tiles cannot be placed at the same time;
secondly, the tile with a non-smooth surface cannot be adsorbed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of the ceramic tile holder and the ceramic tile holding method, the invention discloses a holding tool and a holding method with the function of placing a plurality of ceramic tiles at one time, which not only have the same technical advantages of the ceramic tile holder and the holding method, but also can place a plurality of ceramic tiles at the same time, and have good adsorption effect on the ceramic tiles with non-smooth surfaces.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:
the clamping tool with the function of placing a plurality of tiles at one time comprises a base, a rotating arm arranged on the base, a telescopic rod arranged on the base and the rotating arm through a rotating shaft, a sucker connected to the end part of the rotating arm through a universal shaft, a bearing end capable of moving on the base and an air pump;
the rotating arm is turned over for 90 degrees under the action of the telescopic rod;
a first pressure sensor is arranged in the sucker;
a second pressure sensor is arranged on the rear wall of the bearing end, and a scale is arranged at the bottom of the bearing end;
the air pump is connected with the sucker through a hose, and can blow air into the sucker or suck air from the sucker under the action of the air pump.
According to the clamping tool with the function of placing a plurality of ceramic tiles at one time, the threaded through hole is formed in the bottom of the bearing end, the screw rod penetrates through the threaded through hole, and the screw rod is driven by the motor to rotate to drive the bearing end to move along the direction of the screw rod; the bottom of the bearing end is also provided with two linear guide rails in parallel, the two linear guide rails are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the screw rod, and the sliding block arranged at the bottom of the bearing end can slide on the linear guide rails.
A clamping method which is realized by the clamping tool with the function of placing a plurality of tiles at one time and has the function of placing a plurality of tiles at one time,
when the work of pasting the ceramic tile is carried out, the following steps are sequentially repeated:
step a, judging whether the pressure value of the scale is smaller than a threshold value, if so:
if yes, indicating that no ceramic tile is on the bearing end, and entering the step b;
if not, indicating that the bearing end is provided with the ceramic tile, and entering the step c;
step b, moving the bearing end to the farthest position in the direction away from the rotating arm, and placing a ceramic tile on the bearing end;
c, the telescopic rod extends out, the bearing end moves towards the direction of the rotating arm until the pressure sensed by the second pressure sensor reaches a second pressure threshold value, the air pump sucks air from the sucker through the hose to ensure that the pressure sensed by the first pressure sensor is not greater than the first pressure threshold value, and the ceramic tile is adsorbed on the sucker;
d, retracting the telescopic rod, and smearing cement on the back of the ceramic tile;
step e, blowing air into the sucker through a hose by an air pump to enable the ceramic tile to get rid of the adsorption of the sucker;
step f, pasting the ceramic tiles on the wall or the ground;
after the work of pasting the ceramic tile, the telescopic link withdraws, and the air pump blows to the sucking disc in through the hose, and the direction that bears the weight of the end and keep away from the rocking arm moves to the farthest.
Has the advantages that:
under the structure and the method, the ceramic tile can be lifted by self only by placing the ceramic tile at the bearing end, and the invention has the following technical advantages:
firstly, the method of lifting the ceramic tiles by arms is avoided, so that the economic loss caused by falling of the ceramic tiles on the ground due to the fact that the ceramic tiles are not lifted and not moved due to fatigue of the arms is avoided;
secondly, as the hands are liberated, force can be better applied when cement is applied, uniform application is facilitated, and the firmness of tile adhesion is improved;
and thirdly, from the process of lifting the ceramic tile and coating cement to the process of pasting, the operation of changing hands is not needed, and the economic loss caused by the fact that the ceramic tile falls on the ground when the operation of changing hands is not proper is effectively avoided.
Meanwhile, compared with another invention patent of a tile holder and a holding method which is applied by the applicant on the same day, the invention also has the following technical advantages:
firstly, because the first pressure sensor is arranged in the sucker, whether adsorption is carried out or not can be judged through the sensed pressure value, even if the non-smooth surface is subjected to effective adsorption as long as the pressure sensed by the first pressure sensor is not more than a first pressure threshold value, and therefore the problem that the non-smooth surface ceramic tile cannot be adsorbed is solved;
second, because the balance is installed bearing end bottom, consequently can judge whether need place the ceramic tile through the pressure value of judging the balance is less than the threshold value, solved the problem that can not place the polylith ceramic tile simultaneously, improve work efficiency.
