Abstract
本发明公开了一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,具体步骤如下:1)再生棉纱清洗后加入到亚麻油;2)羧甲基纤维素加入蒸馏水中,溶解后加入甘油硬脂酸酯制得混合浆料;3)将再生棉纱浸泡在混合浆料中;4)亚磷酸、乙二醇加热搅拌后再加入过氧化二异丙苯;5)淀粉糊化后加入膨胀蛭石粉、沸石粉、玻璃微球,制得混合乳液;6)将再生棉纱置于混合乳液中,加热搅拌后移至真空容器中;7)取出再生棉纱,干燥后进行疏棉、精梳、并条,然后经纺织即可。本发明制备的保温阻燃性面料,将再生棉纱进行改性,赋予棉纱优异的保温性和阻燃性,提高棉纱的物理化学性能,扩宽再生棉纱的使用范围,并且制备工艺简单,成本低,具有广泛的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法。
背景技术
再生棉纱是指利用某些在纺纱、织布、服装加工生产过程中产生的边角料或废丝为原料,经再加工所制得的纤维材料,以此生产出的纱线。该纤维的性质或结构与天然纤维或化学纤维相同。再生棉纱断裂强度高,一般比同规格的棉线高40%以上;耐磨性能好,一般比同规格的棉线高1倍;缩水率小,缩水率只有0.5%左右,适宜缝纫化纤织物和防皱高档棉织物,针脚平挺;耐热性能好,能适应3000-4000r/min的高速缝纫机使用,熨烫温度在160℃左右;柔软性和弹性好,适宜缝制高档化纤织品。
虽然再生棉纱生产实现了纺织废弃物的回收和综合利用,但是随着人们对纺织品要求的不断提升,普通的再生棉纱已经不能满足人们的需求,其中具有保温和阻燃作用的面料受到人们的日益关注,因此,对再生棉纱进行改性,提高棉纱的物理化学性能,十分具有必要性和必然性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,具体步骤如下:
1)取再生棉纱50-60份,置于清水中清洗,然后取出加入到亚麻油中,在300-400W超声波下进行振荡处理15-20min;
2)取羧甲基纤维素10-13份,加入蒸馏水30-40份,加热至40-50℃,搅拌溶解后再加入甘油硬脂酸酯4-7份,在转速为200-300r/min搅拌25-30min,制得混合浆料;
3)将处理过的再生棉纱置于混合浆料中,加热至50-55℃,浸泡30-40min,然后取出烘干;
4)取亚磷酸5-8份,加入乙二醇10-12份,加热至60-70℃,在转速为300-400r/min下搅拌反应1-2h,然后再加入过氧化二异丙苯3-4份,升温至80-90℃,继续反应2-3h;
5)取淀粉5-7份,加入蒸馏水10-15份,加热至55-60℃,搅拌糊化后加入膨胀蛭石粉4-5份、沸石粉3-4份、玻璃微球2-3份,在超声波下振荡分散20-25min,在转速为300-350r/min下搅拌混合30-35min,即可制得混合乳液;
6)将3)中烘干后的再生棉纱置于混合乳液中,加热至70-75℃,在转速为400-450r/min下搅拌混合30-40min,然后移至真空容器中,加压至2.0-3.0MPa,迅速泄压至常压;
7)取出再生棉纱,干燥后进行疏棉、精梳、并条,然后经纺织即可制得保温阻燃型面料。
优选地,一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,其中步骤1)中,再生棉纱与清水的料液比为1g/20-30ml,再生棉纱与亚麻油的料液比为1g/3-5ml。
优选地,一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,其中步骤3)中,所述烘干为烘干机烘干,温度为100-130℃,烘干至恒重即可。
优选地,一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,其中步骤7)中,所述干燥为真空干燥,压力为0.03-0.05MPa,干燥温度为50-60℃,干燥至恒重即可。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
1.本发明制备的保温阻燃性面料,首先,将再生棉纱清洗后置于亚麻油中进行超声波处理,可以对再生棉纱进行软化,使得棉纤维结构松散,有利于后续处理;其次,将羧甲基纤维素溶解后与甘油硬脂酸酯混合制成的浆料具有高粘度,可以粘附在棉纤维表面,提高棉纱的粘合力;再次,由亚磷酸和乙二醇在过氧化二异丙苯的作用下交联形成的磷酸酯具有很好的阻燃效果,加入的沸石粉可以将磷酸酯吸附至表面或孔隙中,进一步提高阻燃效果,同时,膨胀沸石粉、玻璃微球的多孔结构中形成空气层,具有很好的保温效果;最后,将再生棉纱浸泡在混合液中,然后移至真空容器中进行加压、泄压处理,可以使得再生棉纱结构发生膨胀,有利于混合液渗透棉纱中与棉纤维粘合在一起,从而使得棉纱具有很好的保温性和阻燃性。
2.本发明制备的保温阻燃性面料,将再生棉纱进行改性,赋予棉纱优异的保温性和阻燃性,提高棉纱的物理化学性能,扩宽再生棉纱的使用范围,并且制备工艺简单,成本低。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方法对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)取再生棉纱50份,置于清水中清洗,然后取出加入到亚麻油中,在300W超声波下进行振荡处理15min;
2)取羧甲基纤维素10份,加入蒸馏水30份,加热至40℃,搅拌溶解后再加入甘油硬脂酸酯4份,在转速为200r/min搅拌25min,制得混合浆料;
3)将处理过的再生棉纱置于混合浆料中,加热至50℃,浸泡30min,然后取出烘干;
4)取亚磷酸5份,加入乙二醇10份,加热至60℃,在转速为300r/min下搅拌反应1h,然后再加入过氧化二异丙苯3份,升温至80℃,继续反应2h;
5)取淀粉5份,加入蒸馏水10份,加热至55℃,搅拌糊化后加入膨胀蛭石粉4份、沸石粉3份、玻璃微球2份,在超声波下振荡分散20min,在转速为300r/min下搅拌混合30min,即可制得混合乳液;
6)将3)中烘干后的再生棉纱置于混合乳液中,加热至70℃,在转速为400r/min下搅拌混合30min,然后移至真空容器中,加压至2.0MPa,迅速泄压至常压;
7)取出再生棉纱,干燥后进行疏棉、精梳、并条,然后经纺织即可制得保温阻燃型面料。
作为优选,其中步骤1)中,再生棉纱与清水的料液比为1g/20ml,再生棉纱与亚麻油的料液比为1g/3ml。
作为优选,其中步骤3)中,所述烘干为烘干机烘干,温度为100℃,烘干至恒重即可。

实施例2
一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)取再生棉纱55份,置于清水中清洗,然后取出加入到亚麻油中,在350W超声波下进行振荡处理17min;
2)取羧甲基纤维素12份,加入蒸馏水35份,加热至45℃,搅拌溶解后再加入甘油硬脂酸酯5份,在转速为200r/min搅拌27min,制得混合浆料;
3)将处理过的再生棉纱置于混合浆料中,加热至52℃,浸泡35min,然后取出烘干;
4)取亚磷酸7份,加入乙二醇11份,加热至65℃,在转速为350r/min下搅拌反应1.5h,然后再加入过氧化二异丙苯3份,升温至85℃,继续反应2.5h;
5)取淀粉6份,加入蒸馏水12份,加热至57℃,搅拌糊化后加入膨胀蛭石粉4份、沸石粉3份、玻璃微球2份,在超声波下振荡分散23min,在转速为300r/min下搅拌混合32min,即可制得混合乳液;
6)将3)中烘干后的再生棉纱置于混合乳液中,加热至73℃,在转速为400r/min下搅拌混合35min,然后移至真空容器中,加压至2.5MPa,迅速泄压至常压;
7)取出再生棉纱,干燥后进行疏棉、精梳、并条,然后经纺织即可制得保温阻燃型面料。
作为优选,其中步骤1)中,再生棉纱与清水的料液比为1g/25ml,再生棉纱与亚麻油的料液比为1g/4ml。
作为优选,其中步骤3)中,所述烘干为烘干机烘干,温度为120℃,烘干至恒重即可。
作为优选,其中步骤7)中,所述干燥为真空干燥,压力为0.04MPa,干燥温度为55℃,干燥至恒重即可。
实施例3
一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)取再生棉纱60份,置于清水中清洗,然后取出加入到亚麻油中,在400W超声波下进行振荡处理20min;
2)取羧甲基纤维素13份,加入蒸馏水40份,加热至50℃,搅拌溶解后再加入甘油硬脂酸酯7份,在转速为300r/min搅拌30min,制得混合浆料;
3)将处理过的再生棉纱置于混合浆料中,加热至55℃,浸泡40min,然后取出烘干;
4)取亚磷酸8份,加入乙二醇12份,加热至70℃,在转速为400r/min下搅拌反应2h,然后再加入过氧化二异丙苯4份,升温至90℃,继续反应3h;
5)取淀粉7份,加入蒸馏水15份,加热至60℃,搅拌糊化后加入膨胀蛭石粉5份、沸石粉4份、玻璃微球3份,在超声波下振荡分散25min,在转速为350r/min下搅拌混合35min,即可制得混合乳液;
6)将3)中烘干后的再生棉纱置于混合乳液中,加热至75℃,在转速为450r/min下搅拌混合40min,然后移至真空容器中,加压至3.0MPa,迅速泄压至常压;
7)取出再生棉纱,干燥后进行疏棉、精梳、并条,然后经纺织即可制得保温阻燃型面料。
作为优选,其中步骤1)中,再生棉纱与清水的料液比为1g/30ml,再生棉纱与亚麻油的料液比为1g/5ml。
作为优选,其中步骤3)中,所述烘干为烘干机烘干,温度为130℃,烘干至恒重即可。
作为优选,其中步骤7)中,所述干燥为真空干燥,压力为0.05MPa,干燥温度为60℃,干燥至恒重即可。

Claims (4)
1.一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)取再生棉纱50-60份,置于清水中清洗,然后取出加入到亚麻油中,在300-400W超声波下进行振荡处理15-20min;
2)取羧甲基纤维素10-13份,加入蒸馏水30-40份,加热至40-50℃,搅拌溶解后再加入甘油硬脂酸酯4-7份,在转速为200-300r/min搅拌25-30min,制得混合浆料;
3)将处理过的再生棉纱置于混合浆料中,加热至50-55℃,浸泡30-40min,然后取出烘干;
4)取亚磷酸5-8份,加入乙二醇10-12份,加热至60-70℃,在转速为300-400r/min下搅拌反应1-2h,然后再加入过氧化二异丙苯3-4份,升温至80-90℃,继续反应2-3h;
5)取淀粉5-7份,加入蒸馏水10-15份,加热至55-60℃,搅拌糊化后加入膨胀蛭石粉4-5份、沸石粉3-4份、玻璃微球2-3份,在超声波下振荡分散20-25min,在转速为300-350r/min下搅拌混合30-35min,即可制得混合乳液;
6)将3)中烘干后的再生棉纱置于混合乳液中,加热至70-75℃,在转速为400-450r/min下搅拌混合30-40min,然后移至真空容器中,加压至2.0-3.0MPa,迅速泄压至常压;
7)取出再生棉纱,干燥后进行疏棉、精梳、并条,然后经纺织即可制得保温阻燃型面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中,再生棉纱与清水的料液比为1g/20-30ml,再生棉纱与亚麻油的料液比为1g/3-5ml。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种再生棉纱制备保温阻燃型面料的方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中,所述烘干为烘干机烘干,温度为100-130℃,烘干至恒重即可。
