本发明公开了一种改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液50‑70份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.5‑1.5份、抗氧化剂168 0.1‑0.3份、丙烯酸酯型流平剂0.01‑0.08份、有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W 0.002‑0.01份、水性固化剂0.5‑3份、润湿剂Wet500 0.5‑1.2份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.05‑0.09份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.001‑0.004份,本发明润湿性和粘结性能优异。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯胶粘剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种改性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
背景技术
聚氨酯胶粘剂因其具有良好的综合性性能和性能可调节性,而广泛应用于建筑、汽车、家庭装潢、包装、印刷、皮革、工艺品等的粘结。目前,聚氨酯胶粘剂从使用体系不同分为溶剂型、无溶剂型和水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。溶剂型聚氨酯胶粘剂具有污染环境、固含量低的缺点,另外涂胶工艺吋对操作人员有很大的危害。无溶剂型聚氨酯胶粘剂在国内发展刚刚开始,其合成工艺复杂,目前得到的性能还不能和溶剂型聚氨酯胶粘剂相比,仍需大力发展。水性聚氨酯胶粘剂以水为分散介质,具有环保、无毒、涂胶使用期长、节省资源等优点,但目前的水性聚氨酯溶剂存在粘结性不足等问题,亟待解决。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的问题,本发明提出了一种改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,本发明润湿性和粘结性能优异。
本发明提出了一种改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液50-70份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.5-1.5份、抗氧化剂168 0.1-0.3份、丙烯酸酯型流平剂0.01-0.08份、有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W 0.002-0.01份、水性固化剂0.5-3份、润湿剂Wet500 0.5-1.2份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.05-0.09份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.001-0.004份。
优选地,所述改性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法为:按重量份向三口瓶中加入60-100份混合多元醇,在温度为50-55℃下真空脱水2-3h;待冷却至45℃,加入3-6份2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和25-45份和4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅匀,控制温度在73-77℃,保温反应1.5-2.5h;然后加入1-5份1,4-丁二醇扩链1-1.8h,再加入10-25份环氧树脂和15-35份松香进行改性,反应2-4h,反应过程中视体系黏度的大小加入适量丙酮,待体系冷却至室温,在高速搅拌下加入三乙胺水溶液中和、乳化,即得改性聚氨酯乳液。
优选地,所述混合多元醇由聚醚二元醇、聚酯二元醇和蓖麻油按质量比1:1-4:0.5-1组成。
优选地,所述的改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液55-65份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.8-1.3份、抗氧化剂168 0.15-0.25份、丙烯酸酯型流平剂0.02-0.06份、有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W 0.004-0.008份、水性固化剂1-2.5份、润湿剂Wet500 0.7-1.1份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.06-0.08份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.002-0.003份。
本发明用环氧树脂和松香对聚氨酯进行改性,由于环氧树脂是双酚A型的多羟基化合物,一方面,环氧基和羟基通过反应将交联点引入聚氨酯主链,提高了聚氨酯的交联密度,另一方面,其所含的双酚A结构大大增加了聚氨酯刚性;松香中主要组成是树脂酸,而树脂酸是具有三环菲骨架的含有两个双键的一元羧酸,它与聚氨酯有良好的相容性,可增加胶粘剂的初粘性、润湿性、塑性等;另一方面,松香中的羧基由于连于叔碳原子上,有较大的空间位阻,故其反应活性低,在有羟基或水存在条件下,不会与NCO反应,但容易和胺发生反应,形成盐,在体系中可起乳化剂的作用;以松香与环氧树脂改性聚氨酯,既能降低聚氨酯分子的内聚力,又能改善体系润湿性和粘结性。另外,多元醇是水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的软段部分,其类型对胶粘剂性能有重大影响,本发明中以合适的比例将聚醚二元醇、聚酯二元醇和蓖麻油组成混合多元醇,其中,聚醚二元醇主链中含有醚键结构单元,属于柔性链,而且醚键不易水解,故合成的胶粘剂具有较好的柔软性、耐水解性能;聚酯二元醇主链中酯键极性大,有利于提高水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的内聚能和粘接力,并使胶粘剂的耐热性、耐油性和初粘强度均较好;蓖麻油也是一种多元醇,其优点是可以有效提高聚氨酯胶粘剂的交联密度,并且蓖麻油价格低廉、来源丰富且具有可再生性,有利于环保和经济效益的提高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液50份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1.5份、抗氧化剂168 0.1份、丙烯酸酯型流平剂0.08份、有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W0.002份、水性固化剂3份、润湿剂Wet500 0.5份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.09份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.001份;
所述改性聚氨酯乳液的制备:按重量份向三口瓶中加入60份混合多元醇,在温度为55℃下真空脱水2h;待冷却至45℃,加入6份2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和25份和4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅匀,控制温度在77℃,保温反应1.5h;然后加入5份1,4-丁二醇扩链1h,再加入25份环氧树脂和15份松香进行改性,反应4h,反应过程中视体系黏度的大小加入适量丙酮,待体系冷却至室温,在高速搅拌下加入三乙胺水溶液中和、乳化,即得改性聚氨酯乳液,所述混合多元醇由聚醚二元醇、聚酯二元醇和蓖麻油按质量比1:1:1组成。
实施例2
一种改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液70份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.5份、抗氧化剂168 0.3份、丙烯酸酯型流平剂0.01份、有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W0.01份、水性固化剂0.5份、润湿剂Wet500 1.2份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.05份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.004份;
所述改性聚氨酯乳液的制备:按重量份向三口瓶中加入100份混合多元醇,在温度为50℃下真空脱水3h;待冷却至45℃,加入3份2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和45份和4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅匀,控制温度在73℃,保温反应2.5h;然后加入1份1,4-丁二醇扩链1.8h,再加入10份环氧树脂和35份松香进行改性,反应2h,反应过程中视体系黏度的大小加入适量丙酮,待体系冷却至室温,在高速搅拌下加入三乙胺水溶液中和、乳化,即得改性聚氨酯乳液,所述混合多元醇由聚醚二元醇、聚酯二元醇和蓖麻油按质量比1:4:0.5组成。
实施例3
一种改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液55份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1.3份、抗氧化剂168 0.15份、丙烯酸酯型流平剂0.06份、有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W0.004份、水性固化剂2.5份、润湿剂Wet500 0.7份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.08份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.002份;
所述改性聚氨酯乳液的制备:按重量份向三口瓶中加入60份混合多元醇,在温度为55℃下真空脱水2h;待冷却至45℃,加入6份2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和25份和4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅匀,控制温度在77℃,保温反应1.5h;然后加入5份1,4-丁二醇扩链1h,再加入25份环氧树脂和15份松香进行改性,反应4h,反应过程中视体系黏度的大小加入适量丙酮,待体系冷却至室温,在高速搅拌下加入三乙胺水溶液中和、乳化,即得改性聚氨酯乳液,所述混合多元醇由聚醚二元醇、聚酯二元醇和蓖麻油按质量比1:2:0.8组成。
实施例4
一种改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液65份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.8份、抗氧化剂168 0.25份、丙烯酸酯型流平剂0.02份、有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W0.008份、水性固化剂1份、润湿剂Wet500 1.1份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.06份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.003份;
所述改性聚氨酯乳液的制备:按重量份向三口瓶中加入100份混合多元醇,在温度为50℃下真空脱水3h;待冷却至45℃,加入3份2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和45份和4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅匀,控制温度在73℃,保温反应2.5h;然后加入1份1,4-丁二醇扩链1.8h,再加入10份环氧树脂和35份松香进行改性,反应2h,反应过程中视体系黏度的大小加入适量丙酮,待体系冷却至室温,在高速搅拌下加入三乙胺水溶液中和、乳化,即得改性聚氨酯乳液,所述混合多元醇由聚醚二元醇、聚酯二元醇和蓖麻油按质量比1:3:0.6组成。
实验例1
对上实施例1-4述制备的改性聚氨酯胶粘剂进行粘接性能测试,首先将待粘接的基材进行除油、除渍,然后将水性聚氨酯胶粘剂喷涂于基材表面,50℃放置5min后,将待粘接的基材在70℃热压30min,然后,进行拉伸强度和初粘强度测试,测试结果表明胶膜拉伸强度均大于42MPa,初粘强度大于40N/cm。

1.一种改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液50-70份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.5-1.5份、抗氧化剂168 0.1-0.3份、丙烯酸酯型流平剂0.01-0.08份、有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W 0.002-0.01份、水性固化剂0.5-3份、润湿剂Wet500 0.5-1.2份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.05-0.09份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.001-0.004份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法为:按重量份向三口瓶中加入60-100份混合多元醇,在温度为50-55℃下真空脱水2-3h;待冷却至45℃,加入3-6份2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和25-45份和4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅匀,控制温度在73-77℃,保温反应1.5-2.5h;然后加入1-5份1,4-丁二醇扩链1-1.8h,再加入10-25份环氧树脂和15-35份松香进行改性,反应2-4h,反应过程中视体系黏度的大小加入适量丙酮,待体系冷却至室温,在高速搅拌下加入三乙胺水溶液中和、乳化,即得改性聚氨酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述混合多元醇由聚醚二元醇、聚酯二元醇和蓖麻油按质量比1:1-4:0.5-1组成。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的改性聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液55-65份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.8-1.3份、抗氧化剂168 0.15-0.25份、丙烯酸酯型流平剂0.02-0.06份、有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W 0.004-0.008份、水性固化剂1-2.5份、润湿剂Wet500 0.7-1.1份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.06-0.08份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.002-0.003份。
