Abstract

本发明公开一种玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆,包括以下重量份的组分;水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂50~70,水性氨基树脂10~20,助溶剂5~10,消泡剂0.1~0.5,流平剂0.5~1,水性金属效果颜料5~10,水性色精2~5,去离子水10~20。本发明由水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂作为主要成膜材料配制而成,该漆形成的漆膜具有高光泽、高硬度、耐水性好、耐醇效果好的特性,施工时不需要干燥成型,便可以在极短的时间内进行二次施工,底漆和面漆的颜色不会相互渗色,对玻璃有优异的附着性能和良好的金属效果,与溶剂型玻璃烤漆相比,耐老化性还更好。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆及其施工工艺。
背景技术
玻璃烤漆是用于玻璃瓶、灯饰、玻璃仪器、玻璃制品等玻璃制品表面的装饰涂层或表面涂覆保护。随着社会的环保意识逐步增强,高VOC的油性玻璃烤漆被限制使用,水性玻璃烤漆的使用及发展极为重要,现有的水性玻璃烤漆并不能达到油性玻璃烤漆的性能,其成膜时间在玻璃烤漆工艺中还需花费较长时间,底漆成膜不充分时,容易与面漆的颜色相互渗色,且烤后形成的漆层耐老化性能差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆及其施工工艺,低VOC排放,绿色环保,具有附着力优异、高硬度和抗划伤性等优点。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆,包括以下重量份的组分:
进一步说明的是,所述水性氨基树脂选自美国氰特公司的CYMEL-303LF、CYMEL-1123、CYMEL-1141中的一种或两种以上复配物。
进一步说明的是,所述玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆通过以下方法制备:
将水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、水性氨基树脂、50%去离子水、消泡剂、助溶剂依次加入容器甲,搅拌均匀,得到组分A;将剩余去离子水、流平剂和水性金属效果颜料加入容器乙,混合搅拌均匀得到组分B;在搅拌下将组份B加入到容器甲中与组分A混合,搅拌均匀后,用胺中和剂调节PH值到7.0~7.5,用150目筛网过滤,即制得玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆。
进一步说明的是,所述施工工艺按以下步骤实施:
a.以玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆:纯净水=10:1~10:3的比例在容器中混合,静置消泡后,获得稀释后的玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆;
b.使用步骤a所得涂料对玻璃工件进行喷涂,在无尘的地方放置5~0分钟,待流平好即可放入烤箱进行烘烤,透明色漆烘烤温度为160~170℃,不透明色的烘烤温度为170~180℃,烘烤时间为20~30分钟,即可完成玻璃工件的烤漆。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明由水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂作为主要成膜材料配制而成,不含甲醛及二甲苯类有害物质,水性玻璃烤漆以纯净水作为稀释剂,施工方便,安全性高,该漆形成的漆膜具有高光泽、高硬度、耐水性好、耐醇效果好的特性,施工时不需要干燥成型,便可以在极短的时间内进行二次施工,底漆和面漆的颜色不会相互渗色,且该漆对玻璃有优异的附着性能和超高的金属效果,与溶剂型玻璃烤漆相比,耐老化性还更好。

为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹列举以下实施例说明。
实施例1
组分与配比量(重量份)为:水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂60,CYMEL-303LF树脂4,CYMEL-1123树脂10,助溶剂6,消泡剂0.2,流平剂0.6,水性金属效果颜料5,水性色精3,去离子水11.2。
制备过程:
将水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、水性氨基树脂、50%去离子水、消泡剂、助溶剂依次加入容器甲,搅拌均匀,得到组分A;将剩余去离子水、流平剂和水性金属效果颜料加入容器乙,混合搅拌均匀得到组分B;在搅拌下将组份B加入到容器甲中与组分A混合,搅拌均匀后,用胺中和剂调节PH值到7.0~7.5,用150目筛网过滤,即制得玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆。
实施例2
组分与配比量(重量份)为:水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂60,CYMEL-303LF树脂5、CYMEL-1141树脂10,助溶剂6,消泡剂0.3,流平剂0.6,水性金属效果颜料5,水性色精2,去离子水11.1。
制备过程:
将水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、水性氨基树脂、50%去离子水、消泡剂、助溶剂依次加入容器甲,搅拌均匀,得到组分A;将剩余去离子水、流平剂和水性金属效果颜料加入容器乙,混合搅拌均匀得到组分B;在搅拌下将组份B加入到容器甲中与组分A混合,搅拌均匀后,用胺中和剂调节PH值到7.0~7.5,用150目筛网过滤,即制得玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆。
实施例3
组分与配比量(重量份)为:水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂60,CYMEL-303LF树脂4、CYMEL-1123树脂6、CYMEL-1141树脂6,助溶剂5,消泡剂0.4,流平剂0.6,水性金属效果颜料5,水性色精3,去离子水10。
制备过程:
将水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、水性氨基树脂、50%去离子水、消泡剂、助溶剂依次加入容器甲,搅拌均匀,得到组分A;将剩余去离子水、流平剂和水性金属效果颜料加入容器乙,混合搅拌均匀得到组分B;在搅拌下将组份B加入到容器甲中与组分A混合,搅拌均匀后,用胺中和剂调节PH值到7.0~7.5,用150目筛网过滤,即制得玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆。
将实施例1-3所得玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆进行性能测试,其测试结果如下:

1.一种玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆,其特征在于,含有以下重量份的组分:水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂50~70,水性氨基树脂10~20,助溶剂5~10,消泡剂0.1~0.5,流平剂0.5~1,水性金属效果颜料5~10,水性色精2~5,去离子水10~20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆,其特征在于:所述水性氨基树脂选自美国氰特公司的CYMEL-303LF、CYMEL-1123、CYMEL-1141中的一种或两种以上复配物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆,其特征在于:所述玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆通过以下方法制备:
将水溶性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、水性氨基树脂、50%去离子水、消泡剂、助溶剂依次加入容器甲,搅拌均匀,得到组分A;将剩余去离子水、流平剂和水性金属效果颜料加入容器乙,混合搅拌均匀得到组分B;在搅拌下将组份B加入到容器甲中与组分A混合,搅拌均匀后,用胺中和剂调节PH值到7.0~7.5,用150目筛网过滤,即制得玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆,其特征在于:所述施工工艺按以下步骤实施:
a.以玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆:纯净水=10:1~10:3的比例在容器中混合,静置消泡后,获得稀释后的玻璃专用水性烘烤底漆;
b.使用步骤a所得涂料对玻璃工件进行喷涂,在无尘的地方放置5~0分钟,待流平好即可放入烤箱进行烘烤,透明色漆烘烤温度为160~170℃,不透明色的烘烤温度为170~180℃,烘烤时间为20~30分钟,即可完成玻璃工件的烤漆。
