Abstract
一种基于多电机的智能全景观光车,该全景观光车包括整车舱体、轮胎主体、轮辋、舱门、外转子电机、内轮圈、座椅、舱内地板、充电插座、整车控制器与电机控制器、电池包和操纵手柄;整车舱体为圆筒状结构,轮胎主体对称设置在整车舱体的两端,轮胎主体由轮辋、外转子电机和内轮圈构成,其中,轮辋与内轮圈同心设置,多个外转子电机呈圆周状均布间隔设置在内轮圈上,内轮圈设置在整车舱体上并与整车舱体固定连接,座椅通过固定连接在整车舱体内的舱内地板上,所述整车控制器与电机控制器和电池包设置在整车舱体内舱内地板的下面,所述轮辋内缘的内齿与外转子电机外缘的外齿相啮合。本发明可以大大提升乘客对驾驶以及对景区的游览观光体验。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于多电机的智能全景观光车,属于智能特种车领域。
背景技术
观光车是一种摆渡车,动力上一般使用电瓶车,用电池产生动力,环保无污染,有效利用资源。拥有个性化的操控系统,转向灵活,手感舒适,轻便顺畅,驾驶简单,电动可循环使用,寿命长等优点。观光车广泛应用于酒店,景区,售楼看房车,工厂,机场,火车站,汽车站,码头,体育馆,公园等场所。
现今野外公园提供的观光车,首先,只能在固定路面行驶,不能深入细致的探索景区;其次,一般人数较多,没有私人的沟通交流空间;再次,视角有限,不能提供全方位的视觉体验;最后,一般由专人驾驶,没有给乘客提供良好的驾乘体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种基于多电机的智能全景观光车,该观光车是一种野外参观或探索景区的行驶机构,用于野外景区近距离体验观光,同时屏蔽隔离外界事物与车内乘客的直接接触,达到保护乘客的目的,全景天窗效果使乘客拥有更好的视觉体验;二人座舱满足乘客的私人沟通交流要求,可以在草地、柏油路、石灰路面等多路面行驶,全景视角给乘客提供更完美的视觉体验,乘客可自行驾驶,充分体验驾乘乐趣。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种基于多电机的智能全景观光车,该全景观光车包括整车舱体、轮胎主体、轮辋、舱门、外转子电机、内轮圈、座椅、舱内地板、充电插座、整车控制器与电机控制器、电池包和操纵手柄;所述整车舱体为圆筒状结构,轮胎主体对称设置在整车舱体的两端,所述轮胎主体由轮辋、外转子电机和内轮圈构成,其中,所述轮辋与内轮圈同心设置,多个外转子电机呈圆周状均布间隔设置在内轮圈上,所述内轮圈设置在整车舱体上并与整车舱体固定连接,所述座椅通过固定连接在整车舱体内的舱内地板上,所述整车控制器与电机控制器和电池包设置在整车舱体内舱内地板的下面,所述轮辋内缘的内齿与外转子电机外缘的外齿相啮合。
所述操纵手柄连接整车控制器与电机控制器带动外转子电机,所述电池包给外转子电机提供电力能源,外部充电插座设置在整车舱体上,所述车门设置在整车舱体的侧面。
所述外转子电机的定子铁心与内轮圈进行固定连接。
本发明可以大大提升乘客对驾驶以及对景区的游览观光体验,一方面可以自主驾驶,自主探索景区,全景视觉体验大大提升整个景区的观光效果,特殊的车舱也给乘客带来不一样的体验,大大丰富了乘客对景区的游览观光乐趣。

具体实施方式
下面结合 附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式:
由附图1-7所示:一种基于多电机的智能全景观光车,包括整车舱体1、轮胎主体2、轮辋3、舱门4、外转子电机5、内轮圈6、座椅7、舱内地板8、充电插座9、整车控制器与电机控制器10、电池包11和操纵手柄12;所述整车舱体1为圆筒状结构,轮胎主体2对称设置在整车舱体1的两端,所述轮胎主体2由轮辋3、外转子电机5和内轮圈6构成,其中,所述轮辋3与内轮圈6同心设置,多个外转子电机5呈圆周状均布间隔设置在内轮圈6上,所述内轮圈6设置在整车舱体1上并与整车舱体1固定连接,所述座椅7通过固定连接在整车舱体1内的舱内地板8上,所述整车控制器与电机控制器10和电池包11设置在整车舱体1内舱内地板8的下面,所述操纵手柄12连接整车控制器与电机控制器10带动外转子电机5,所述外转子电机5的外转子外缘为齿状结构,所述轮辋3的内缘为齿状结构,所述轮辋3内缘的内齿与外转子电机5外缘的外齿相啮合,所述电池包11给外转子电机5提供电力能源,外部充电插座9设置在整车舱体1上,所述车门4设置在整车舱体1的侧面。
所述外转子电机5的定子铁心与内轮圈6进行固定连接(如图3所示细节),内轮圈6固定在整车舱体1上,外转子通过转动驱动车轮旋转。外转子电机5为轴向尺寸大于径向尺寸的结构,这样可以增加电机外齿与轮毂内齿的接触面积,从而增大驱动能力。此外,整车的速度整体定位为慢速车,因此在制动时,通过让轮辋驱动电机的方法消耗转矩与车速,从而实现缓慢制动在整车控制算法中加入制动能量回收算法(整车控制算法采用附图8所示的整车控制的逻辑流程图,回收算法为公知算法),一方面节约能源,一方面辅助制动。转向控制方面,通过控制两个不同车轮的转速来实现转向,左转时,通过控制右侧车轮转速大于左侧车轮转速来实现,右转时,通过控制左侧车轮转速大于右侧车轮转速来实现。电池包组件放置于二人座椅的下边,充分利用空间且方便充电。整个车舱体外壳以及车舱门的主体均选用钢化玻璃材质,实现全景天窗的良好视觉体验。车门由下向上开启,关闭状态时与车舱体为一个整体,不随车轮旋转。
驱动原理:通过充电插座9给电池包11进行充电,电池包11通过整车控制器与电机控制器10向外转子电机5提供电力能源,从而驱动外转子电机5进行转动,外转子电机5通过齿啮合带动轮辋3进行转动,从而驱动车轮的整体转动,而整车舱体1始终保持不动,保持稳定状态。
如附图8所示:向前推动操纵手柄12,整车控制器将指令信号传给电机控制器,控制左右侧电机同步正转,推动的幅度对应转速的大小,从而驱动车辆前进;向后推动操纵手柄12,与向前同理;向左推动操纵手柄12,整车控制器接收到信号之后给电机控制器下达右侧电机转速大于左侧电机转速的指令信号,电机控制器从而通过驱动右侧电机转速大于左侧电机的方式达到左转弯的目的;向右推动操纵手柄12,与向左同理;在以上驱动过程中,都是电池包通过电机控制器给电机供给电源从而驱动电机转动。制动时,按下操纵手柄12,整车控制器首先指令电机控制器停止驱动电机转动,同时启动制动能量回收算法,即当轮辋的转动带动电机转动时,此时电机相当于发电机,从而将这部分能量转化为电能储存在电池包内,从而达到了节约能源和制动的目的。

1.一种基于多电机的智能全景观光车,其特征在于:该全景观光车包括整车舱体、轮胎主体、轮辋、舱门、外转子电机、内轮圈、座椅、舱内地板、充电插座、整车控制器与电机控制器、电池包和操纵手柄;所述整车舱体为圆筒状结构,轮胎主体对称设置在整车舱体的两端,所述轮胎主体由轮辋、外转子电机和内轮圈构成,其中,所述轮辋与内轮圈同心设置,多个外转子电机呈圆周状均布间隔设置在内轮圈上,所述内轮圈设置在整车舱体上并与整车舱体固定连接,所述座椅通过固定连接在整车舱体内的舱内地板上,所述整车控制器与电机控制器和电池包设置在整车舱体内舱内地板的下面,所述轮辋内缘的内齿与外转子电机外缘的外齿相啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于多电机的智能全景观光车,其特征在于:所述操纵手柄连接整车控制器与电机控制器带动外转子电机,所述电池包给外转子电机提供电力能源,外部充电插座设置在整车舱体上,所述车门设置在整车舱体的侧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于多电机的智能全景观光车,其特征在于:所述外转子电机的定子铁心与内轮圈进行固定连接。
