The annular tool holder is provided with a conical surface 211, and the conical surface is provided with a chip guide block 22 and a chip dividing block 23 connected to the conical surface as a whole. The chip guide blocks are evenly distributed along the conical surface, and the number is 12-20. As shown in Fig. 8, the front side of the chip guide block 22 is provided with a curved surface 221 concave toward the rear side, and the empty space between the chip guide blocks is provided with a chip dividing block 23 connected to the conical surface as a whole. The chip dividing block 23 is a triangular pyramid, and one of the edges of the triangular pyramid faces the cutting edge and is parallel to the plane of the annular cutting edge, that is, one of the edges faces straight ahead, and the edges on the front side of each chip dividing block face straight ahead, and the plane formed by the edges is parallel to the plane of the annular cutting edge, as shown in Fig. 8. A gap 24 is provided between the chip guide block and the chip dividing block, and the entire tool 2 is made of the same piece of steel. The tool is installed on the rear beam plate 5, and a tool holder plate 52 and a tool holder limiting plate 51 are provided on the front side of the rear beam plate. The tool holder plate is connected to the front beam plate by screws, and the rear end of the tool is connected to the tool holder plate by screws. The hole on the tool holder limiting plate is sleeved on the tool so that the tool cannot be displaced in all directions. The tool holder limiting plate is connected to the front of the front beam plate by screws, and three aluminum rod positioning wheels 53 are connected to the back of the front beam plate. The three aluminum rod positioning wheels are evenly distributed 360 degrees along the axis of the workpiece. Each aluminum rod positioning wheel is provided with a guide wheel, which is connected to a guide wheel bracket, and the guide wheel bracket is connected to the front beam plate. The connection structure is shown in Figure 11. Since the tool is made of the same material, welding is not required, and the tool precision is higher; since a chip guide block and a chip dividing block are provided, the cut aluminum chips are automatically rolled into a ring-shaped whole, which is convenient for collecting aluminum chips; since the blade has a thickness, it is 5 to 6 times more durable than the traditional blade.
