The working principle is as follows:
the section bar is firstly arranged on the clamping element 232, and the sliding block 2323 is driven to slide on the cushion plate 2321 by controlling the rotation of the third rotating shaft 2325, so that the section bar is clamped under the action of the fixed block 2322 and the sliding block 2323; then, the rotation of the second rotating shaft 222 is controlled by controlling the rotation of the second handle 21, so that the sliding frame 231 and the clamping member 232 positioned on the sliding frame 231 can move transversely relative to the tool apron 34, and further, the profile clamped on the clamping member 232 can be aligned to the tool apron 34, thereby facilitating the subsequent peeling operation and enhancing the peeling effect; then, by controlling the rotation of the first handle 11, the first handle 11 drives the first rotating shaft 13 to rotate, so as to drive the working frame 22 screwed on the first rotating shaft 13 to move, and thus, after the section bar is aligned with the cutter holder 34, the section bar can move back and forth through the cutter holder 34, and the peeling operation of the section bar is realized.

the clamping device comprises a clamping assembly and a working frame, the clamping assembly is used for clamping a profile, the working frame is arranged on the first guide rail and is in sliding connection with the first guide rail, a second guide rail is longitudinally arranged on the working frame, and the clamping assembly is arranged on the second guide rail and is in sliding connection with the second guide rail;
the peeling device is arranged on the rack, the peeling device is positioned at a lower station of the clamping device, the peeling device comprises a cutter for peeling and a first gear sleeved on the cutter, and the cutter can rotate relative to the rack;
and the output end of the driving device is in transmission connection with the first gear.

The section bar peeling device according to claim 1, wherein a first rotating shaft for controlling the working frame to reciprocate towards the cutter is further arranged on the machine frame, the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the machine frame, the working frame is arranged on the first rotating shaft and is in threaded connection with the first rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft penetrates through the machine frame and is sleeved with a first handle, and the first handle is used for controlling the rotation of the first rotating shaft.
