Moreover, the straightening machine produced in China is not provided with a detection device with a saw blade, and the straightening machine has the following defects: 1. the bending direction of the saw blade is manually pre-judged, and detection is carried out by depending on the experience of workers, so that the validity of detection data is difficult to ensure; 2. the equipment cannot carry out cutter bending detection in real time, and the straightening machine cannot carry out straightening according to the detection result, so that the data consistency of the whole roll of products is difficult to ensure; 3. the equipment does not detect the straightening result of the tool setting bend, and the quality is uncontrollable.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new detecting device for band saw blade and a straightening machine to solve the above-mentioned problems.
