Abstract

本发明属于机械加工领域、环保领域,具体涉及一种用于制造三元催化器的涂覆机,其包括上、下限定板、超声波转换器、伸缩杆、干燥机、距离传感器、湿度传感器;上限定板内有超声波转换器,底部设有阀门,通过超声波转换器使少量涂覆液全部变为雾状涂覆液后,打开阀门,雾状涂覆液随干燥机鼓吹的空气均匀分散附着到三元催化载体内管壁上,加热固化后二次涂覆,大量涂覆液顺三元催化内管壁留下,使用干燥机吹走催化载体内管壁内残留涂覆液,使涂层更均匀。

技术领域
本发明属于机械加工、环保领域,特别涉及一种用于制造三元催化器的涂覆机。
背景技术
三元催化载体涂覆机主要是将三元催化剂涂覆在三元催化载体内的机械设备,可使三元催化剂均匀的分布在三元催化在体内。如常州鑫仁超声波设备有限公司的的专利产品一种汽车三元催化器用真空涂覆机及其生产线(参考专利文献CN201420738464.8),十堰汇铂环境科技有限公司的专利产品一种三元催化器载体涂覆装置(参考专利文献CN201420133945.6)。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种新型三元催化载体涂覆机,其能解决三元催化涂覆不均匀、三元催化载体内壁存在残留废液等问题。
一种用于制造三元催化器的涂覆机,所述三元催化器的载体是由多个金属波纹软管紧密排列而成的蜂窝状管体;所述涂覆机包括执行部、检测部和控制部,
所述执行部包括:
上限定板,其内设有用于储存定量涂覆液的存液腔;所述存液腔的上端与干燥机连通,其被平均分为左存液腔和右存液腔,左、右存液腔的底部均设有开口和阀门,右存液腔内部设有超声波转换器;左存液腔内储存的涂覆液多于右存液腔;
下限定板,与上限定板大小相等,其内设有空腔;
伸缩杆,其连接于涂覆机的内顶部和上限定板之间,用于带动上限定板在竖直方向移动,从而拉伸三元催化载体;
干燥机,其用于向三元催化载体内鼓入空气,且内部含有加热丝,;
所述检测部包括:
距离传感器,其设在下限定板上,用于检测上、下限定板之间的距离;
湿度传感器,其设在下限定板上,用于检测三元催化载体内的湿度;
所述控制部被配置为:
(1)控制超声波转换器将右存液腔内的少量涂覆液通过超声波高频震荡转换为雾态涂覆液,再控制右存液腔底部的阀门打开,干燥机向存液腔内鼓入空气,雾态涂覆液随气流附着到催化载体内管壁上;
(2)在上述过程中,控制上限定板在初始高度与最大形变高度范围内往复的上下移动,使载体在雾化涂覆过程中不停变化长度,从而带动载体内空气发生流动,使雾态涂覆液充分、均匀涂覆在催化载体的内管壁的各个位置,同时,空气的流动也加速了雾态涂覆液的固化;
(3)当湿度传感器检测出催化载体内湿度低于标准值时,控制上限定板停止移动,干燥机停止作业;
(4)控制上限定板移动,当距离传感器检测出催化载体拉伸到最大拉伸长度时,控制左存液腔底部的阀门打开,涂覆液流出并沿催化载体的内管壁流下,再控制干燥机运转,将附着在催化载体内管壁上的残留液吹出;
(5)控制干燥机内的加热丝工作,向催化载体内吹入高温气体,使催化载体内管壁上的涂覆液固化;
(6)当湿度传感器检测出催化载体内湿度低于标准值时,控制干燥机停止工作,左、右存液腔底部的阀门关闭,控制伸缩杆伸长,上限定板下移,当距离传感器检测出催化载体变为原长度后,控制伸缩杆停止伸缩。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过超声波转换器使少量涂覆液全部变为雾状涂覆液后,打开阀门,雾状涂覆液随干燥机鼓吹的空气均匀分散附着到三元催化载体内管壁上,加热固化后二次涂覆,大量涂覆液顺三元催化内管壁留下,使用干燥机吹走催化载体内管壁内残留涂覆液,使涂层更均匀。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,详细描述本系统的结构以及所实现的功能。
执行部1包括:
上限定板11,其内设有存液腔12;
存液腔12,上端与干燥机15连接,被平均分为左存液腔121与右存液腔122,左存液腔121底部设有阀门,右存液腔122底部设有阀门,内部设有超声波转换器123;存液腔12内均装有定量涂覆液,且左存液腔121内涂覆液多于右存液腔122;
下限定板13,与上限定板11大小相等,空腔131与存液腔12一一对应的设在下限定板13内;
伸缩杆14,与涂覆机内顶部和上限定板11连接,用于带动上限定板11在竖直方向发生位移,从而拉伸催化载体;
干燥机15,内部含有加热丝,用于向催化载体内鼓吹空气;
检测部2包括:
距离传感器21,设在下限定板13上,用于检测上限定板11上升高度;
湿度传感器22,设在下限定板13上,通过检测催化载体内的湿度判断催化载体表面催化剂是否固化;
控制部3被配置为:
控制超声波转换器123将右存液腔122内的少量涂覆液通过超声波高频震荡转换为雾态涂覆液,一段时间后,液态涂覆液完全雾化,控制右存液腔122底部阀门打开,干燥机15向存液腔12内鼓施压,雾态涂覆液随气流均匀附着到催化载体内管壁上;上述过程中,控制上限定板11在初始高度与最大形变高度范围内往复的上下移动,使催化载体在雾化涂覆过程中不停变化长度,从而带动催化载体内空气发生流动,雾态涂覆液在催化载体内也随之流动,使其充分均匀涂覆在催化载体管壁内各个位置,同时,空气的流动也加速了催化载体内管壁上雾态涂覆液的固化;当湿度传感器22检测出催化载体内湿度低于标准值时,控制上限定板11停止移动,干燥机15停止作业;
控制上限定板11发生位移,当距离传感器21检测出催化载体拉伸到最大拉伸长度时,控制左存液腔121底部阀门打开,涂覆液直接流出,并沿催化载体内管壁流下,控制干燥机15运转,将附着在催化载体内管壁上的残留液吹出;一段时间后,控制干燥机15内加热丝工作,向催化载体内吹入高温气体,催化载体内管壁上的涂覆液固化,当湿度传感器22检测出催化载体内湿度低于标准值时,控制干燥机14停止工作,左、右存液腔底部的阀门关闭,控制伸缩杆14伸长,上限定板11下移,当距离传感器21检测出催化载体变为原高度后,控制伸缩杆14停止伸缩。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于制造三元催化器的涂覆机,所述三元催化器的载体是由多个金属波纹软管紧密排列而成的蜂窝状管体;所述涂覆机包括执行部、检测部和控制部,其特征在于,
所述执行部包括:
上限定板,其内设有用于储存定量涂覆液的存液腔;所述存液腔的上端与干燥机连通,其被平均分为左存液腔和右存液腔,左、右存液腔的底部均设有开口和阀门,右存液腔内部设有超声波转换器;左存液腔内储存的涂覆液多于右存液腔;
下限定板,与上限定板大小相等,其内设有空腔;
伸缩杆,其连接于涂覆机的内顶部和上限定板之间,用于带动上限定板在竖直方向移动,从而拉伸三元催化载体;
干燥机,其用于向三元催化载体内鼓入空气,且内部含有加热丝,;
所述检测部包括:
距离传感器,其设在下限定板上,用于检测上、下限定板之间的距离;
湿度传感器,其设在下限定板上,用于检测三元催化载体内的湿度;
所述控制部被配置为:
(1)控制超声波转换器将右存液腔内的少量涂覆液通过超声波高频震荡转换为雾态涂覆液,再控制右存液腔底部的阀门打开,干燥机向存液腔内鼓入空气,雾态涂覆液随气流附着到催化载体内管壁上;
(2)在上述过程中,控制上限定板在初始高度与最大形变高度范围内往复的上下移动,使载体在雾化涂覆过程中不停变化长度,从而带动载体内空气发生流动,使雾态涂覆液充分、均匀地附着在催化载体的内管壁的各个位置,同时,空气的流动也加速了雾态涂覆液的固化;
(3)当湿度传感器检测出催化载体内湿度低于标准值时,控制上限定板停止移动,干燥机停止作业;
(4)控制上限定板移动,当距离传感器检测出催化载体拉伸到最大拉伸长度时,控制左存液腔底部的阀门打开,涂覆液流出并沿催化载体的内管壁流下,再控制干燥机运转,将附着在催化载体内管壁上的残留液吹出;
(5)控制干燥机内的加热丝工作,向催化载体内吹入高温气体,使催化载体内管壁上的涂覆液固化;
(6)当湿度传感器检测出催化载体内湿度低于标准值时,控制干燥机停止工作,左、右存液腔底部的阀门关闭,控制伸缩杆伸长,上限定板下移,当距离传感器检测出催化载体变为原长度后,控制伸缩杆停止伸缩。
