Abstract

本发明公开了一种双向自动搅拌装置,包括搅拌内轴(9),该搅拌内轴的外端与内轴旋转动力源(2)相连、其内端与乳化头(8)相连,在所述搅拌内轴(9)之外套有搅拌外轴(10),该搅拌外轴的外端通过中间传动组件(3)与外轴旋转动力源(1)相连,该搅拌外轴的侧边连接有搅拌框(5)。在所述搅拌框的外侧边装有刮板(7)。本发明由搅拌内轴旋转带动乳化头,以切割物料产生高速离心速度、将物料切割迅速破碎成的微粒,可使物料(浆料)在短时间内完成微料化、乳化、搅拌、调匀分散,由搅拌外轴控制的慢速反向旋转的搅拌框进行搅拌物料起到均匀作用。其双向正反向搅拌效果好,保证了物料体系的稳定,可应用于多提罐、带搅拌的贮罐、乳化机等设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械装备领域,具体是涉及一种应用于制药、食品等多行业的乳化机搅拌装置。
背景技术
乳化机就是通过与电机连接的乳化头的高速旋转,对物料进行剪切、分散、撞击,使物料变得更加细腻,促使油水相融。其广泛应用于化妆品、沐浴露、防晒霜等很多膏霜类产品的乳化。食品行业中的酱、果汁等,制药行业中的软膏、石油化工、油漆涂料油墨等制造都会用到乳化机。
目前,乳化机为单向旋转搅拌物料(浆料),搅拌力度不够、乳化效果较差,想要提高悬浮液的稳定性,分散相颗粒的粒径应尽量细小。随着颗粒粒度的减小,虽然颗粒重力引起的分离作用变为次要因素,但是由于颗粒之间的间距减小,颗粒之间的结合力起到了决定性作用。另外,当颗粒直径小于某一细小尺寸时,颗粒的布朗运动效应就不能忽略,所以由于细小颗粒的布朗运动,而使得颗粒之间产生激烈地碰撞。若不加稳定剂,这些情况都会导致颗粒团聚,对物料体系的稳定是不利的。所以浆料的分散中,颗粒粒径并非越细越好,要视浆料的特性而定。分散就是要根据物料的特性与特点,减小分散相颗粒的粒度,使其分布于一个较窄的尺寸范围,并达到吸力与斥力的相互平衡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足,而提供一种能保证浆料颗粒细腻、粒度较小、搅拌均匀的双向自动搅拌装置。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现:双向自动搅拌装置,包括罐体、搅拌内轴,该搅拌内轴的外端与内轴旋转动力源相连、其内端与乳化头相连,在所述搅拌内轴之外套有搅拌外轴,该搅拌外轴的外端通过中间传动组件与外轴旋转动力源相连,该搅拌外轴的侧边连接有搅拌框。
在所述搅拌框的外侧边装有刮板,该刮板与罐体的内壁相接触。所述中间传动组件为伞齿轮,该伞齿轮与搅拌外轴的外端相接。
采用本发明后,为了保证物料(浆料)体系的稳定,由内轴旋转动力源控制搅拌内轴旋转而带动乳化头,以切割物料产生高速离心速度、将物料切割迅速破碎成2-200μm的微粒,可使物料在短时间内完成微料化、乳化、搅拌、调匀分散,同时在搅拌内轴加上由搅拌外轴控制的慢速反向旋转的搅拌框,进行搅拌物料起到均匀作用。双向正反向搅拌效果好,本发明可应用于多提罐、带搅拌的贮罐、乳化机等设备。

具体实施方式
参照图1可知,本发明应用于乳化机的双向自动搅拌装置,包括罐体11、搅拌内轴9,该搅拌内轴9的外端与内轴旋转动力源2(为乳化高速电机)相连、其内端与乳化头8(处于罐体内部)相连,在所述搅拌内轴9之外套有搅拌外轴10,该搅拌外轴10的外端通过中间传动组件3与外轴旋转动力源1(为刮搅电机)相连,该搅拌外轴10的侧边连接有搅拌框5(处于罐体内部)。
在所述搅拌框5的外侧边装有刮板7(处于左位、右位、下位等若干件),该刮板7与罐体11的内壁相接触,以刮刷残留在罐体内壁上的物料。所述中间传动组件3为伞齿轮,该伞齿轮与搅拌外轴10的外端相接。
所述内轴旋转动力源2、外轴旋转动力源1装在乳化机的工作台12上,并由油缸6带动提升或下降。所述搅拌外轴10与工作台12、罐体11之间装有外轴轴承4。所述内轴旋转动力源2带动搅拌内轴9而旋转乳化头8对物料(浆料)进行正向高速搅拌工作,所述外轴旋转动力源1通过伞齿轮带动搅拌外轴10而旋转搅拌框5对物料进行反向慢速搅拌工作。

Claims (3)

1.双向自动搅拌装置,包括搅拌内轴(9),该搅拌内轴(9)的外端与内轴旋转动力源(2)相连、其内端与乳化头(8)相连,其特征在于:在所述搅拌内轴(9)之外套有搅拌外轴(10),该搅拌外轴(10)的外端通过中间传动组件(3)与外轴旋转动力源(1)相连,该搅拌外轴(10)的侧边连接有搅拌框(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的双向自动搅拌装置,其特征在于:在所述搅拌框(5)的外侧边装有刮板(7),该刮板(7)与罐体(11)的内壁相接触。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的双向自动搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述中间传动组件(3)为伞齿轮,该伞齿轮与搅拌外轴(10)的外端相接。
