Abstract

本发明公开了一种肉鸡的大米DDGS型配合饲料,其组分包括玉米、小麦次粉、米糠、大米DDGS、羽毛粉、豆粕、肉骨粉、大豆油、磷酸氢钙、石粉、绿化钠、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、氯化胆碱、石膏粉、大蒜素、复合多维和复合多矿。本发明中原材料简单易得,价格较低,米糠中含有蛋白质15%,脂肪16%左右,可为肉鸡通便和提高食欲;大蒜素具有杀菌的功效,其气味可吸引肉鸡对饲料的食用,应用大米DDGS发酵原料替代高价蛋白原料降低饲料成本,另外大米DDGS有较浓的发酵味,对肉质风味的沉淀有较好效果,配方中不含任何化学成分添加剂,保证饲养的肉鸡为绿色无污染的肉源,符合绿色纯天然的要求,可以获得更高的经济收益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家禽的配合饲料,具体涉及一种含有大米DDGS的肉鸡配合饲料。
背景技术
肉鸡是人类饲养最普遍的家禽之一,肉鸡饲料必须要含有较高能量和蛋白质,适量添加维生素、矿物质及微量元素,以保证鸡肉的营养价值和口感。市场上的饲料多数是将玉米、小麦、豆粕、和米糠等原料混合,再辅助饲养一些大米或小米作为辅助粮食,这种饲养方式的成本较高。市场上的饲料主要为了提高肉鸡的重量增长,但是养出来的肉鸡的口感较差,鸡肉弹性不够,嚼劲不够。
养殖肉鸡的饲料种类较多,例如,专利号为2013106702268的专利公开了一种含有中草药的肉鸡饲料,可以一定程度上提高存活率和增重率,但是中草药被吸收后会沉积在鸡肉里,该中草药会对吃了该鸡肉的人体产生副作用。专利号为2014101658206的专利公开了一种增强肉鸡抵抗力的饲料,该饲料添加了较多的玉米作为主要饲料成分,还添加了蚯蚓粉、齿蛇葡萄、黄芪等材料,这些原料价格较高,饲料成本较高。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种肉鸡的大米DDGS型配合饲料,其原料按照以下重量份配比,玉米:40-57份,小麦次粉:5-11份,米糠:6-12份,大米DDGS:7-15份,羽毛粉:1-6份,豆粕:5-15份,肉骨粉:1-6份,大豆油:0.5-2.5份,磷酸氢钙:0.1-0.5份,石粉:0.2-2.5份,绿化钠:0.1-0.6份,赖氨酸:0.1-0.8份,蛋氨酸:0.1-0.5份,氯化胆碱:0.03-0.1份,石膏粉:0.1-0.6份,大蒜素:0.05-0.4份,复合多维:0.2-1份,复合多矿:0.2-1份。
进一步的,其原料按照以下重量份配比,玉米:48-52份,小麦次粉:7-9份,米糠:8-10份,大米DDGS:10-12份,羽毛粉:1-3份,豆粕:9-11份,肉骨粉:1-3份,大豆油:0.5-1.5份,磷酸氢钙:0.1-0.3份,石粉:0.5-1.5份,绿化钠:0.2-0.4份,赖氨酸:0.2-0.5份,蛋氨酸:0.1-0.2份,氯化胆碱:0.03-0.05份,石膏粉:0.1-0.3份,大蒜素:0.05-0.2份,复合多维:0.4-0.6份,复合多矿:0.4-0.6份。
进一步的,其原料按照以下重量份配比,玉米:50份,小麦次粉:8份,米糠:9份,大米DDGS:11份,羽毛粉:2份,豆粕:10份,肉骨粉:2份,大豆油:1份,磷酸氢钙:0.2份,石粉:1份,绿化钠:0.3份,赖氨酸:0.4份,蛋氨酸:0.15份,氯化胆碱:0.04份,石膏粉:0.2份,大蒜素:0.15份,复合多维:0.5份,复合多矿:0.5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:1、本发明中原材料简单易得,价格较低,能够降低制造饲料成本,配方中的大米DDGS发酵原料含有特殊氨基酸,还含有天然的酸化剂乳酸、醋酸,使饲料中不必另行添加饲料酸化剂,可以节省成本,还含有无抗原和抗营养因子,可预防肉鸡营养性腹泻,促进肉鸡肠道绒毛膜吸收,吸收耗能低,节省能量,可提高肉鸡机体的免疫功能,具有营养和提高免疫力的双重作用,应用大米DDGS发酵原料替代高价蛋白原料降低饲料成本。2、本饲料配方营养成分搭配合理,米糠中含有蛋白质15%,脂肪16%左右,脂肪中主要的脂肪酸大多为油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸,并含有较高的维生素、植物醇、膳食纤维等物质,不仅提高饲料中各种有益成分,而且可为肉鸡通便,提高食欲,大蒜素具有杀菌的功效,其气味可吸引肉鸡对饲料的使用,增强肉鸡的食欲,提高采食量,肉鸡进食后,大蒜素在酶的作用下变成大蒜瓣素,以粪尿的形式排出体外,具有杀菌作用,能阻止养殖场中害虫的繁殖和生长,还添加了部分氨基酸、矿物质、维生素等饲料添加剂,确保各有效成分互补,以满足肉鸡生长所需要的营养,另外大米DDGS颜色金黄、气味有较浓的发酵味,对肉质风味的沉淀有较好效果。3、配方中不含任何化学成分添加剂,保证饲养的肉鸡为绿色无污染的肉源,符合绿色纯天然的要求,可以获得更高的经济收益。

根据本发明的一种肉鸡饲料,其原料按照以下重量份配比,玉米:57份,小麦次粉:11份,米糠:12份,大米DDGS:15份,羽毛粉:6份,豆粕:15份,肉骨粉:6份,大豆油:2.5份,磷酸氢钙:0.5份,石粉:2.5份,绿化钠:0.6份,赖氨酸:0.8份,蛋氨酸:0.5份,氯化胆碱:0.1份,石膏粉:0.6份,大蒜素:0.4份,复合多维:1份,复合多矿:1份。

根据本发明的一种肉鸡饲料,其原料按照以下重量份配比,玉米:48份,小麦次粉:7份,米糠:8份,大米DDGS:10份,羽毛粉:1份,豆粕:9份,肉骨粉:1份,大豆油:0.5份,磷酸氢钙:0.1份,石粉:0.55份,绿化钠:0.2份,赖氨酸:0.2份,蛋氨酸:0.1份,氯化胆碱:0.035份,石膏粉:0.1份,大蒜素:0.052份,复合多维:0.4份,复合多矿:0.4份。

根据本发明的一种肉鸡饲料,其原料按照以下重量份配比,玉米:52份,小麦次粉:9份,米糠:10份,大米DDGS:12份,羽毛粉:3份,豆粕:11份,肉骨粉:3份,大豆油:1.5份,磷酸氢钙:0.3份,石粉:1.5份,绿化钠:0.4份,赖氨酸:0.5份,蛋氨酸:0.2份,氯化胆碱:0.05份,石膏粉:0.3份,大蒜素:0.2份,复合多维:0.6份,复合多矿:0.6份。
实施例5
根据本发明的一种肉鸡饲料,其原料按照以下重量份配比,玉米:50份,小麦次粉:8份,米糠:9份,大米DDGS:11份,羽毛粉:2份,豆粕:10份,肉骨粉:2份,大豆油:1份,磷酸氢钙:0.2份,石粉:1份,绿化钠:0.3份,赖氨酸:0.4份,蛋氨酸:0.15份,氯化胆碱:0.04份,石膏粉:0.2份,大蒜素:0.15份,复合多维:0.5份,复合多矿:0.5份。
选用同一批出雏和体重接近的600羽健康的60日龄的散养肉鸡,随机均分成6组,每组100羽。在相同饲养条件下,第1组为对比例,其饲喂市场购买的肉鸡饲料;第2-6组饲喂以上实施例1-5的肉鸡饲料,饲喂20天后,两组肉鸡生长状况对比数据如图1所示。
通过图1的分析对比可得,相对于市场上购买的饲料饲养的第1组肉鸡,第2-6组饲养的肉鸡存活率有明显提高,从96%提高至98%以上,表明根据本发明的饲料能够提高肉鸡的免疫力,肉鸡更加健壮;而且第2-6组的料肉比从3.49降低至3.32以下,料肉比相对降低表明肉鸡对实施例1-5的吸收更好,饲料的转化率更高,饲料利用的更充分,更加有效的促进了肉鸡的肉质生长。
