Abstract
本发明属于天然气行业气化站技术领域,具体地涉及一种带有柱塞泵的气化站,包括槽车、储罐、空温式气化器和调压计量加臭橇,槽车和储罐的压力通过卸车增压橇平衡,使得槽车内的压力增高,LNG被输送至储罐内储存,储罐带有储罐增压器,当从储罐外排时,先通过储罐的储罐增压器增压,使储罐压力升高,然后打开储罐液相出口阀,通过压力差将储罐内的LNG送至空温式气化器后,经调压计量加臭橇送入市政燃气管网或燃气锅炉,储罐和空温式气化器之间增加一柱塞泵,柱塞泵受变频器控制,既可以满足后端用户工作压力>0.8MPa的需求,还可以满足用气量的变化要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于天然气行业气化站技术领域,具体地涉及一种带有柱塞泵的气化站。
背景技术
LNG气化站按照供应对象的不同可以分为单点直供气化站和LNG卫星站,用以接收、储存并气化上游采购的LNG来向当地供气。
LNG气化站的工艺流程一般为:LNG由槽车运至气化站,槽车压力与储罐压力平衡后,使槽车内压力增高,将槽车内LNG送至LNG储罐内储存。当从LNG储罐外排时,先通过储罐的自增压系统,使储罐压力升高,然后打开储罐液相出口阀,通过压力差将储罐内的LNG送至气化器后,经调压、计量、加臭等工序送入市政燃气管网或燃气锅炉。
现有的气化站工艺流程技术只能实现工作压力P≤0.8MPa的后端用户需求,而对于用户需求工作压力P>0.8MPa的天然气则无法实现。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述技术问题的不足,提供了一种带有柱塞泵的气化站,可以完全解决上述技术问题。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种带有柱塞泵的气化站,其工艺流程包括LNG槽车、LNG储罐、空温式气化器和调压计量加臭橇,所述的LNG槽车和LNG储罐的压力通过卸车增压橇平衡,使得LNG槽车内的压力增高,LNG被输送至LNG储罐内储存,LNG储罐带有储罐增压器,当从LNG储罐外排时,先通过LNG储罐的储罐增压器增压,使LNG储罐压力升高,然后打开LNG储罐液相出口阀,通过压力差将LNG储罐内的LNG送至空温式气化器后,经调压计量加臭橇送入市政燃气管网或燃气锅炉,所述的LNG储罐和空温式气化器之间增加一柱塞泵,所述的柱塞泵受变频器控制。
进一步地说,所述的调压计量加臭橇的前端设置有水浴加热器,水浴加热器的入口端与空温式气化器的出口端连接。
进一步地说,所述的柱塞泵给气化站提供气源。
进一步地说,经过柱塞泵增压的气化站的LNG可以达到工作压力>0.8MPa。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供了一种带有柱塞泵的气化站,采用柱塞泵对气化站提供气源,可以满足后端用户工作压力>0.8MPa的需求。柱塞泵采用变频控制,当后端用户用气量改变时,通过调整变频器的频率改变柱塞泵的转速,从而满足用气量的变化要求。LNG低温储罐的液体经过柱塞泵增压后,再经空温式气化器一次升温,水浴加热器二次升温,调压计量加臭橇调压、计量、加臭作用,实现了用户需求工作压力P>0.8MPa的天然气。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种带有柱塞泵的气化站,包括LNG槽车1、LNG储罐3、空温式气化器6和调压计量加臭橇8,LNG槽车1和LNG储罐3的压力通过卸车增压橇2平衡,使得LNG槽车1内的压力增高,LNG被输送至LNG储罐3内储存,LNG储罐3带有储罐增压器4,当从LNG储罐3外排时,先通过LNG储罐3的储罐增压器4增压,使LNG储罐3压力升高,然后打开LNG储罐3液相出口阀,通过压力差将LNG储罐3内的LNG送至空温式气化器6后,经调压计量加臭橇8送入市政燃气管网或燃气锅炉,LNG储罐3和空温式气化器6之间增加一柱塞泵5,柱塞泵5受变频器控制。调压计量加臭橇8的前端设置有水浴加热器7,水浴加热器7的入口端与空温式气化器6的出口端连接。柱塞泵5给气化站提供气源。经过柱塞泵5增压的气化站的LNG可以达到工作压力>0.8MPa。
进一步地说,卸车增压橇2对LNG槽车1增压至0.6MPa,然后通过压力差将LNG槽车1内的LNG送到LNG储罐3中储存,LNG储罐3经过储罐增压器4增压,从而使LNG储罐3中的LNG压力满足柱塞泵5的需求,柱塞泵5的进口压力0.3MPa,LNG储罐3中的LNG经过柱塞泵5增压,从而使柱塞泵5出口LNG压力满足后端用户需求(P>0.8MPa),经过柱塞泵5增压的LNG再由空温式气化器6一次升温,水浴加热器7二次升温至0℃以上,调压计量加臭橇8调压、计量、加臭作用,输送到市政燃气管网或燃气锅炉。通过柱塞泵增压的方式提高了LNG低温储罐中的LNG工作压力,再经气化、调压、计量、加臭作用,实现了用户需求工作压力P>0.8MPa的天然气。此外,柱塞泵采用变频控制,当后端用户用气量改变时,通过调整变频器的频率改变柱塞泵的转速,从而满足用气量的变化要求。

Claims (4)
1.一种带有柱塞泵的气化站,其工艺流程包括LNG槽车、LNG储罐、空温式气化器和调压计量加臭橇,所述的LNG槽车和LNG储罐的压力通过卸车增压橇平衡,使得LNG槽车内的压力增高,LNG被输送至LNG储罐内储存,LNG储罐带有储罐增压器,当从LNG储罐外排时,先通过LNG储罐的储罐增压器增压,使LNG储罐压力升高,然后打开LNG储罐液相出口阀,通过压力差将LNG储罐内的LNG送至空温式气化器后,经调压计量加臭橇送入市政燃气管网或燃气锅炉,其特征在于,所述的LNG储罐和空温式气化器之间增加一柱塞泵,所述的柱塞泵受变频器控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有柱塞泵的气化站,其特征在于,所述的调压计量加臭橇的前端设置有水浴加热器,水浴加热器的入口端与空温式气化器的出口端连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有柱塞泵的气化站,其特征在于,所述的柱塞泵给气化站提供气源。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有柱塞泵的气化站,其特征在于,经过柱塞泵增压的气化站的LNG可以达到工作压力>0.8MPa。
