Abstract
本发明公开了一种密封插管结构,包括内外相套的內管和外管,所述內管下端伸出外管外侧且与外管之间设置有波纹密封管;所述外管上设置有密封系统;所述密封系统主要包括密封套,所述密封套内部形成密封腔。本发明密封插管结构设计内管外接触面进行镀铬处理,提高耐磨性、防腐蚀性、密封性等,防止高温蒸汽腐蚀接触面、内外管发生位移摩擦等造成的密封问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石油钻采设备技术领域,涉及一种密封插管结构。
背景技术
目前深层超稠油油藏开发困难,主要原因是油层埋藏深,原油粘度高,导致注汽压力高,井底蒸汽质量下降,无法满足热采的要求。同时原油粘度对温度的敏感性强(温度每降低5℃,原油粘度升高近一倍),举升过程中原油粘度变化大,造成井筒举升困难。为此采用水平井配合注采一体化管柱进行开发,提高注汽质量,采用全程隔热方式生产时能有效利用地层热量,降低地层流体热量在生产管柱中得散失。由于全井段管柱负荷大,采用热敏封隔器分两段式,上部管柱与下部管柱连接采用插管方式,上部管柱通过插管插入封隔器内,与下部管柱联通,构成注汽采油通道,因此插管的密封性尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是针对以上问题,提供一种密封插管结构,可有效防止蒸汽泄漏、套管水进入地层等问题的密封插管结构。。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种密封插管结构,其插管本体的后段外连有弧形扶正块,前段外连有密封铜圈及橡胶密封圈,中间段外有楔形密封套。
本发明的目的还可通过如下技术方案来实现:
所述的楔形密封套与插管本体上的凸台间连有弹簧;所述的插管本体与弧形扶正块固定连接;所述的插管本体上设有与密封铜圈、橡胶密封圈嵌入连接的凹槽;所述的弧形扶正块为4个;所述的橡胶密封圈为氟橡胶密封圈。
本发明采取以上技术方案,具有以下优点:
该注汽密封管柱结构简单、强度高,弧形扶正块采用焊接连接插管本体,能够支撑在套管管壁上使插管有效居中,精确插入;插管本体前段插入端采用大倒角,有利于导向插入封隔器;楔形密封套和密封铜圈、氟橡胶密封圈的双重密封确保插管与封隔器的密封性,可有效防止蒸汽泄漏、套管水进入地层等问题。

参见图1,一种密封插管结构,包括:插管本体1的后段外连有4个弧形扶正块2,前段外连有密封铜圈5及橡胶密封圈6,中间段外有楔形密封套 4,所述的楔形密封套4与插管本体1上的凸台间连有弹簧3,所述的插管本体1与弧形扶正块2固定连接,所述的插管本体1上设有与密封铜圈5、橡胶密封圈6嵌入连接的凹槽,所述的橡胶密封圈6为氟橡胶密封圈。楔形密封套4受力时在插管本体1表面滑动。
稠油热采注汽时,密封插管结构装配的4个弧形扶正器,保证插管井筒中居中,顺利插入封隔器中装置。密封铜圈和氟橡胶密封圈在注汽时由于热膨胀挤压封隔器内壁,起到密封作用。注蒸汽管柱在注汽时由于热膨胀会伸长,插管会继续深入封隔器内,密封铜圈和氟橡胶密封圈发生位移,此时弹簧会产生压缩,楔形密封套会挤压在封隔器上,若间隙大,则楔形密封套会一部分挤入封隔器内,产生双重密封作用,保护套管、减少井管热损失,提高注汽效率,确保高温蒸汽安全、有效注入到目的油层。结构简单、设计新颖,其推广应用更具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。

1.一种密封插管结构,其特征在于,插管本体(1)的后段外连有弧形扶正块(2),前段外连有密封铜圈(5)及橡胶密封圈(6),中间段外有楔形密封套(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种密封插管结构,其特征在于,所述的楔形密封套(4)与插管本体(1)上的凸台间连有弹簧(3)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种密封插管结构,其特征在于,所述的插管本体(1)与弧形扶正块(2)固定连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种密封插管结构,其特征在于,所述的插管本体(1)上设有与密封铜圈(5)、橡胶密封圈(6)嵌入连接的凹槽。
