厨师服是厨师烹饪时穿着的服装,因此多为白色或亚麻色,才能看起来整洁干净,并且目前市场上厨师服装面料的特点是耐洗、耐磨、耐高温、舒适,透气;但是厨师是一个与油烟接触最为广泛的职业之一,因此烹饪时很容易导致油污溅到身上,而现有的厨师服又不能防霉抗油,很容易使油污渗入厨师服,并在自己的服装上残留油污,并且厨师服色泽很浅,油污很难清洗干净,长时间积累会导致厨师服发黄发霉,使得厨师服很快便不再干净整洁,频繁的更换厨师服也会提高酒店的经营成本。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防霉抗油厨师服面料。
一种防霉抗油厨师服面料,由以下重量份的原料制成:亚麻纤维43~45、竹纤维31~33、壳聚糖纤维12~14、Ag-聚氨酯纤维3~5、聚四氟乙烯2.5~2.7、丙烯酸酯乳液1.7~1.9、改性纳米蛭石1.4~1.6。
所述的Ag-聚氨酯纤维,将聚氨酯颗粒加热至充分熔融,保温搅拌10~15min,再加入聚氨酯重量2~3%的季戊四醇,于110~130r/min保温搅拌8~10min,改善聚氨酯的柔软性,再边搅拌边加入纳米银,加入量为聚氨酯重量的0.5~0.7%,调节真空度至-57~-59kPa,保温搅拌20~30min,提高聚氨酯的抑菌性和强度,熔融纺丝,线密度在1.45~1.47dtex,得Ag-聚氨酯纤维。

(2)将聚四氟乙烯加热至完全熔融,搅拌均匀后,加入改性纳米蛭石,保温搅拌15~20min,加入丙烯酸酯乳液,以96~114r/min搅拌25~35min,使处理液能够与面料紧密结合,避免脱落,提高聚四氟乙烯的流动性和吸附性,使喷涂面料后避免闷热感和粘连感,提高面料舒适度,得处理液;
(3)将处理液均匀喷涂于混纺面料的一面,喷涂厚度为6~8μm,再置于72~79℃静置30~40s,自然冷却,使处理液快速固化和粘贴于面料,避免脱落,整理,得防霉抗油厨师服面料。

(1)将亚麻纤维、竹纤维、壳聚糖纤维和Ag-聚氨酯纤维混合后置于丁香提取液中,能够提高面料的舒适性和透气性,易于清洗,增强面料的抑菌效果,避免油污积累导致的厨师服变色和发霉,使厨师服长期保持干净整洁的状态,延长厨师服的使用时间,充分搅拌均匀,进行混纺,得混纺面料;所述的丁香提取液,将丁香洗净,粉碎,加入丁香重量40倍量的体积分数为86%的酒精溶液,于30kHz超声20min,过滤,向滤渣中加入丁香重量60倍量的体积分数为65%的酒精溶液,于33kHz超声30min,过滤除渣,合并所有滤液,浓缩着无酒精,经0.45μm的超微滤膜进行超滤,得丁香提取液;
(2)将聚四氟乙烯加热至完全熔融,搅拌均匀后,加入改性纳米蛭石,保温搅拌15min,加入丙烯酸酯乳液,以96r/min搅拌25min,使处理液能够与面料紧密结合,避免脱落,提高聚四氟乙烯的流动性和吸附性,使喷涂面料后避免闷热感和粘连感,提高面料舒适度,得处理液;
(3)将处理液均匀喷涂于混纺面料的一面,喷涂厚度为6μm,再置于72℃静置30s,自然冷却,使处理液快速固化和粘贴于面料,避免脱落,整理,得防霉抗油厨师服面料。
所述防霉抗油厨师服面料的使用方法,喷涂处理液的一面作为厨师服内侧。
实施例2
一种防霉抗油厨师服面料,由以下重量份的原料制成:亚麻纤维44、竹纤维32、壳聚糖纤维13、Ag-聚氨酯纤维4、聚四氟乙烯2.6、丙烯酸酯乳液1.8、改性纳米蛭石1.5。
所述的Ag-聚氨酯纤维,将聚氨酯颗粒加热至充分熔融,保温搅拌13min,再加入聚氨酯重量2.5%的季戊四醇,于120r/min保温搅拌9min,改善聚氨酯的柔软性,再边搅拌边加入纳米银,加入量为聚氨酯重量的0.6%,调节真空度至-58kPa,保温搅拌25min,提高聚氨酯的抑菌性和强度,熔融纺丝,线密度在1.46dtex,得Ag-聚氨酯纤维。
所述的改性纳米蛭石,将蛭石粉碎至120目,加入蛭石重量1.0倍量的水,混合均匀,置于-55℃冷冻7h,取出,快速加热至360℃进行煅烧,保温45min,降温至250℃,再加入蛭石重量0.16%的醋酸锌溶液,混合均匀,保温80min,球磨至38nm,提高蛭石的孔隙度和吸附性,利于透气,同时油污净纳米蛭石吸附而无法渗透,减轻油污在厨师服表面的残留痕迹,得改性纳米蛭石。
所述的快速加热,升温速度为6.5℃/min;所述醋酸锌溶液的浓度为65mg/L。
一种防霉抗油厨师服面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将亚麻纤维、竹纤维、壳聚糖纤维和Ag-聚氨酯纤维混合后置于丁香提取液中,能够提高面料的舒适性和透气性,易于清洗,增强面料的抑菌效果,避免油污积累导致的厨师服变色和发霉,使厨师服长期保持干净整洁的状态,延长厨师服的使用时间,充分搅拌均匀,进行混纺,得混纺面料;所述的丁香提取液,将丁香洗净,粉碎,加入丁香重量50倍量的体积分数为87%的酒精溶液,于31kHz超声25min,过滤,向滤渣中加入丁香重量70倍量的体积分数为66%的酒精溶液,于34kHz超声35min,过滤除渣,合并所有滤液,浓缩着无酒精,经0.45μm的超微滤膜进行超滤,得丁香提取液;
(2)将聚四氟乙烯加热至完全熔融,搅拌均匀后,加入改性纳米蛭石,保温搅拌18min,加入丙烯酸酯乳液,以107r/min搅拌30min,使处理液能够与面料紧密结合,避免脱落,提高聚四氟乙烯的流动性和吸附性,使喷涂面料后避免闷热感和粘连感,提高面料舒适度,得处理液;
(3)将处理液均匀喷涂于混纺面料的一面,喷涂厚度为7μm,再置于76℃静置35s,自然冷却,使处理液快速固化和粘贴于面料,避免脱落,整理,得防霉抗油厨师服面料。
所述防霉抗油厨师服面料的使用方法,喷涂处理液的一面作为厨师服内侧。
实施例3
一种防霉抗油厨师服面料,由以下重量份的原料制成:亚麻纤维45、竹纤维33、壳聚糖纤维14、Ag-聚氨酯纤维5、聚四氟乙烯2.7、丙烯酸酯乳液1.9、改性纳米蛭石1.6。
所述的Ag-聚氨酯纤维,将聚氨酯颗粒加热至充分熔融,保温搅拌15min,再加入聚氨酯重量3%的季戊四醇,于130r/min保温搅拌10min,改善聚氨酯的柔软性,再边搅拌边加入纳米银,加入量为聚氨酯重量的0.7%,调节真空度至-59kPa,保温搅拌30min,提高聚氨酯的抑菌性和强度,熔融纺丝,线密度在1.47dtex,得Ag-聚氨酯纤维。
所述的改性纳米蛭石,将蛭石粉碎至140目,加入蛭石重量1.2倍量的水,混合均匀,置于-54℃冷冻8h,取出,快速加热至380℃进行煅烧,保温50min,降温至270℃,再加入蛭石重量0.18%的醋酸锌溶液,混合均匀,保温90min,球磨至40nm,提高蛭石的孔隙度和吸附性,利于透气,同时油污净纳米蛭石吸附而无法渗透,减轻油污在厨师服表面的残留痕迹,得改性纳米蛭石。
所述的快速加热,升温速度为7℃/min;所述醋酸锌溶液的浓度为67mg/L。
一种防霉抗油厨师服面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将亚麻纤维、竹纤维、壳聚糖纤维和Ag-聚氨酯纤维混合后置于丁香提取液中,能够提高面料的舒适性和透气性,易于清洗,增强面料的抑菌效果,避免油污积累导致的厨师服变色和发霉,使厨师服长期保持干净整洁的状态,延长厨师服的使用时间,充分搅拌均匀,进行混纺,得混纺面料;所述的丁香提取液,将丁香洗净,粉碎,加入丁香重量60倍量的体积分数为88%的酒精溶液,于32kHz超声30min,过滤,向滤渣中加入丁香重量80倍量的体积分数为67%的酒精溶液,于35kHz超声40min,过滤除渣,合并所有滤液,浓缩着无酒精,经0.45μm的超微滤膜进行超滤,得丁香提取液;
(2)将聚四氟乙烯加热至完全熔融,搅拌均匀后,加入改性纳米蛭石,保温搅拌20min,加入丙烯酸酯乳液,以114r/min搅拌35min,使处理液能够与面料紧密结合,避免脱落,提高聚四氟乙烯的流动性和吸附性,使喷涂面料后避免闷热感和粘连感,提高面料舒适度,得处理液;
(3)将处理液均匀喷涂于混纺面料的一面,喷涂厚度为8μm,再置于79℃静置40s,自然冷却,使处理液快速固化和粘贴于面料,避免脱落,整理,得防霉抗油厨师服面料。
所述防霉抗油厨师服面料的使用方法,喷涂处理液的一面作为厨师服内侧。

实施例和对比例厨师服面料的性能:
随机选取实施例和对比例的厨师服面料39块,随机分为13组,每组3块,采用国家标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》进行抗菌性定量测试,测试实施例和对比例的厨师服面料水洗前、水洗30次和水洗50次的霉菌抑菌率,并检测水洗200次后是否变形变色,并从未喷涂处理液的一侧滴加食用油5滴,10min后在喷涂处理液的一侧检测是否渗透食用油,实施例和对比例厨师服面料的性能见表2。

注:“—”表示未检测到,“+”表示检测到,并且数量越多,程度越严重。
从表1可以看出,实施例中防霉抗油厨师服面料,随着清洗次数的增加,抗菌率下降缓慢,能够进行长久抗菌,并且长久洗涤后不变形不变色,将食用油滴至面料表面也不会出现渗透,表明本发明提供的防霉抗油厨师服面料具有较好的防霉抗油性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种防霉抗油厨师服面料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:亚麻纤维43~45、竹纤维31~33、壳聚糖纤维12~14、Ag-聚氨酯纤维3~5、聚四氟乙烯2.5~2.7、丙烯酸酯乳液1.7~1.9、改性纳米蛭石1.4~1.6。
2.根据权利要求1所述防霉抗油厨师服面料,其特征在于,所述的Ag-聚氨酯纤维,将聚氨酯颗粒加热至充分熔融,保温搅拌10~15min,再加入聚氨酯重量2~3%的季戊四醇,于110~130r/min保温搅拌8~10min,改善聚氨酯的柔软性,再边搅拌边加入纳米银,加入量为聚氨酯重量的0.5~0.7%,调节真空度至-57~-59kPa,保温搅拌20~30min,提高聚氨酯的抑菌性和强度,使口罩更加亲肤,增强抑菌性,熔融纺丝,线密度在1.45~1.47dtex,得Ag-聚氨酯纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述防霉抗油厨师服面料,其特征在于,所述的改性纳米蛭石,将蛭石粉碎至100~140目,加入蛭石重量0.8~1.2倍量的水,混合均匀,置于-57~-54℃冷冻6~8h,取出,快速加热至340~380℃进行煅烧,保温40~50min,降温至230~270℃,再加入蛭石重量0.14~0.18%的醋酸锌溶液,混合均匀,保温70~90min,球磨至35~40nm,得改性纳米蛭石。
4.根据权利要求3所述防霉抗油厨师服面料,其特征在于,所述的快速加热,升温速度为6~7℃/min;所述醋酸锌溶液的浓度为63~67mg/L。
5.一种权利要求1所述防霉抗油厨师服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将亚麻纤维、竹纤维、壳聚糖纤维和Ag-聚氨酯纤维混合后置于丁香提取液中,充分搅拌均匀,进行混纺,得混纺面料;
(2)将聚四氟乙烯加热至完全熔融,搅拌均匀后,加入改性纳米蛭石,保温搅拌15~20min,加入丙烯酸酯乳液,以96~114r/min搅拌25~35min,得处理液;
(3)将处理液均匀喷涂于混纺面料的一面,喷涂厚度为6~8μm,再置于72~79℃静置30~40s,自然冷却,整理,得防霉抗油厨师服面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述防霉抗油厨师服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的丁香提取液,将丁香洗净,粉碎,加入丁香重量40~60倍量的体积分数为86~88%的酒精溶液,于30~32kHz超声20~30min,过滤,向滤渣中加入丁香重量60~80倍量的体积分数为65~67%的酒精溶液,于33~35kHz超声30~40min,过滤除渣,合并所有滤液,浓缩着无酒精,经0.45μm的超微滤膜进行超滤,得丁香提取液。
7.一种权利要求1所述防霉抗油厨师服面料的使用方法,其特征在于,所述防霉抗油厨师服面料的使用方法,喷涂处理液的一面作为厨师服内侧。
