本发明产品属化工领域,尤其涉及一种金属填补胶的生产方法。
背景技术
金属填补胶是专门用来填补铸造零件的砂眼、气孔、凹坑和裂纹等缺陷的一种材料,经金属填补胶修补后可使铸造零件表面平整.而且不影响其机械性能,修补后还可以进行车、铣、刨、磨、锤等机械加工,从而达到设计要求。目前常用的金属填补胶有两种:一种是有机硅类;一种是环氧树脂类,橡胶改性的环氧树脂类是常用的金属填补胶,可耐300℃以上的高温,适用于铸铝零件、铸镁零件、铸钢零件和铸铁零件的修补。结果表明铸造零件的砂眼或气孔缺陷进行金属填补胶填补修复后,不仅不会影响抗拉强度,其抗拉强度反而有所提高,对延伸率也无明显的影响。本发明是一种金属填补胶,产品主要用于铸件缺陷填补,产品可用于铸件缺陷填补及发动机缸体缺陷及裂纹的修补,对铸造气孔、砂眼、划伤、尺寸超差的修复也具有较好的效果,可长期耐温220℃,短期耐温380℃左右。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种批量生产金属填补胶的方法,生产该产品使用的原料按重量配比包括:液态环氧树脂30%-32%、新癸酸缩水甘油脂20%-22%、丁晴橡胶7%、环氧固化剂1%、铁粉 25%、氧化铝粉15%。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
(1)将配方量的液态环氧树脂送入搅拌箱,开动搅拌机搅拌,将温度升高到32-34℃,边搅拌边缓慢的加入配方量的新癸酸缩水甘油脂,搅拌0.1-0.15小时后加入配方量的丁晴橡胶,搅拌反应0.2-0.4小时。
(2)将搅拌箱内温度降至常温,继续搅拌,将配方量的环氧固化剂加入搅拌箱,搅拌均匀,然后将配方量的铁粉、氧化铝粉同时加入搅拌箱,搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,包装即得成品。
优选的:所述的液态环氧树脂为EP-13环氧树脂;
优选的:所述的新癸酸缩水甘油脂浓度为70%。
本发明的有益效果是:提供了一种金属填补胶的生产方法,该生产方法工艺简单,产品可用于铸件缺陷填补,对铸造气孔、砂眼、划伤、尺寸超差的修复也具有较好的效果,可长期耐温220℃,短期耐温380℃。

将占总量为30%的液态环氧树脂送入搅拌箱,开动搅拌机搅拌,将温度升高到32℃,边搅拌边缓慢的加入占总量为22%的新癸酸缩水甘油脂,搅拌0.15小时后加入占总量为7%的丁晴橡胶,搅拌反应0.2小时;将搅拌箱内温度降至常温,继续搅拌,将占总量为1%的环氧固化剂加入搅拌箱,搅拌均匀,然后将占总量为25%的铁粉、占总量为15%的氧化铝粉同时加入搅拌箱,搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,包装即得成品。

将占总量为30%的液态环氧树脂送入搅拌箱,开动搅拌机搅拌,将温度升高到33℃,边搅拌边缓慢的加入占总量为22%的新癸酸缩水甘油脂,搅拌0.125小时后加入占总量为7%的丁晴橡胶,搅拌反应0.3小时;将搅拌箱内温度降至常温,继续搅拌,将占总量为1%的环氧固化剂加入搅拌箱,搅拌均匀,然后将占总量为25%的铁粉、占总量为15%的氧化铝粉同时加入搅拌箱,搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,包装即得成品。

1.一种金属填补胶,生产该产品使用的原料按重量配比包括:液态环氧树脂30%-32%、新癸酸缩水甘油脂20%-22%、丁晴橡胶7%、环氧固化剂1%、铁粉 25%、氧化铝粉15%,其特征是:
(1)将配方量的液态环氧树脂送入搅拌箱,开动搅拌机搅拌,将温度升高到32-34℃,边搅拌边缓慢的加入配方量的新癸酸缩水甘油脂,搅拌0.1-0.15小时后加入配方量的丁晴橡胶,搅拌反应0.2-0.4小时;
(2)将搅拌箱内温度降至常温,继续搅拌,将配方量的环氧固化剂加入搅拌箱,搅拌均匀,然后将配方量的铁粉、氧化铝粉同时加入搅拌箱,搅拌均匀后停止搅拌,包装即得成品。
