本发明具体涉及一种刹车片。
背景技术
随着我国汽车工业的快速发展,特别是轻型客车的刹车片从性能、成本、寿命和环保等均提出了更高的技术要求。采用石棉和金属纤维作为填充剂的陶瓷刹车片,通过添加其他的抗磨剂,及粘合剂经过硫化热压成型,产品在使用过程和使用后污染环境,且制动效果不稳定。

本发明的目的在于提供一种刹车片。
本发明通过下面技术方案实现:
一种刹车片,通过如下重量份的原料组成:纳米膨润土8-15份、三元乙丙橡胶5-12份、涤纶纤维15-20份、陶瓷纤维10-16份、纳米碳化硅22-28份、氧化锆2-6份、氧化铝1-7份、二氧化锰2-5份、石墨10-18份、椰子油5-7份、硅烷偶联剂3-8份、纳米铜粉6-15份、铁矿粉3-10份、碳纤维20-35份。
优选地,所述的一种刹车片通过如下重量份的原料组成:纳米膨润土11.5份、三元乙丙橡胶8.5份、涤纶纤维17.5份、陶瓷纤维13份、纳米碳化硅25份、氧化锆4份、氧化铝4份、二氧化锰3.5份、石墨14份、椰子油6份、硅烷偶联剂5.5份、纳米铜粉10.5份、铁矿粉6.5份、碳纤维25.5份。
