Abstract

本发明提供一种地面打磨装置，包括底板，底板上端中间设有第一电机和第二电机，第一电机设置在第二电机左侧，底板下端中间设有第一打磨盘和第二打磨盘，第一打磨盘设置在第二打磨盘左侧，第一打磨盘高于第二打磨盘，第一电机和第二电机穿过底板分别对应与第一打磨盘和第二打磨盘连接，底板上端左侧设有集尘箱，吸尘箱右侧设有吸尘装置，底板上端右侧设有水箱，水箱下端设有洒水装置。本发明通过设置一高一低两个打磨盘进行多次打磨，降低了打磨盘损耗，提高了打磨效果；设置吸尘装置、洒水装置和挡尘帘有效的减少了粉尘的散发，结构简单，使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑机械设备领域，尤其涉及地面打磨装置。
背景技术
建筑行业中，使用地面打磨机抹平压光水泥砂浆或混凝土的地面、楼板或屋面。但是目前的打磨机在操作时，由于地面凸起高度不一，增加了打磨盘的损耗，并且在打磨时会产生大量的粉尘，长时间作业严重损害工人的身体健康。因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种地面打磨装置，通过设置一高一低两个打磨盘进行多次打磨，降低了打磨盘损耗，提高了打磨效果；通过设置吸尘装置进行吸尘，设置洒水装置进行降尘，降低了粉尘污染，解决了粉尘大和打磨盘损耗大的问题。
本发明提供一种地面打磨装置，包括底板，底板上端中间设有第一电机和第二电机，第一电机设置在第二电机左侧，底板下端中间设有第一打磨盘和第二打磨盘，第一打磨盘设置在第二打磨盘左侧，第一打磨盘高于第二打磨盘，第一电机和第二电机穿过底板分别对应与第一打磨盘和第二打磨盘连接，底板上端左侧设有集尘箱，吸尘箱右侧设有吸尘装置，底板上端右侧设有水箱，水箱下端设有洒水装置。
进一步改进在于：所述吸尘装置包括吸尘总管，吸尘总管上设有吸尘电机，吸尘总管下端设有第一吸尘管和第二吸尘管，第一吸尘管设在第一打磨盘前方，第二吸尘管设在第二打磨盘前方。
进一步改进在于：所述洒水装置包括洒水管，洒水管围绕设置在底板四周，洒水管表面设有雾化喷头。
进一步改进在于：第一吸尘管和第二吸尘管下端进口处设有滤网。
进一步改进在于：底板下端四周设有挡尘帘。
进一步改进在于：底座下端设有万向轮，底座右端设有伸缩推杆。
本发明的有益效果：通过设置第一打磨盘和第二打磨盘，两个打磨盘一高一低设置，对地面进行粗磨和细磨，降低了打磨盘的损耗，也提高了打磨效果；通过设置挡尘帘，减少了粉尘散发；通过在底板四周设置洒水管，洒水管表面设置雾化喷头，有效的对散发到空气中的粉尘进行降尘处理；第一吸尘管和第二吸尘管下端进口出设有滤网，防止碎石堵塞吸尘管。

如图1所示，本实施例提供一种地面打磨装置，包括底板1，底板1上端中间设有第一电机2和第二电机3，第一电机2设置在第二电机5左侧，底板1下端中间设有第一打磨盘4和第二打磨盘5，第一打磨盘4设置在第二打磨盘5左侧，第一打磨盘4高于第二打磨盘5，第一电机2和第二电机3穿过底板1分别对应与第一打磨盘4和第二打磨盘5连接，底板1上端左侧设有吸尘箱6，吸尘箱6右侧设有吸尘装置，底板1上端右侧设有水箱7，水箱7下端设有洒水装置。所述吸尘装置包括吸尘总管8，吸尘总管8上设有吸尘电机9，吸尘总管8下端设有第一吸尘管10和第二吸尘管11，第一吸尘管10设在第一打磨盘4前方，第二吸尘管11设在第二打磨盘5前方。所述洒水装置包括洒水管12，洒水管12围绕设置在底板1四周，洒水管12表面设有雾化喷头13。第一吸尘管10和第二吸尘管11下端进口处设有滤网14。底板1下端四周设有挡尘帘15。底座1下端设有万向轮16，底座1右端设有伸缩推杆17。
本实施例通过伸缩推杆17推动底板1运动，底板1下端的第一打磨盘4和第二打磨盘5对地面进行打磨，底板1四周的挡尘帘15对粉尘进行遮挡，第一吸尘管10和第二吸尘管11通过吸尘电机9作用对打磨产生的粉尘进行吸尘，洒水管12上的雾化喷头13喷出雾状水汽，对四周的粉尘进行降尘。

1.一种地面打磨装置，包括底板（1），其特征在于：底板（1）上端中间设有第一电机（2）和第二电机（3），第一电机（2）设置在第二电机（3）左侧，底板（1）下端中间设有第一打磨盘（4）和第二打磨盘（5），第一打磨盘（4）设置在第二打磨盘（5）左侧，第一打磨盘（4）高于第二打磨盘（5），第一电机（2）和第二电机（3）穿过底板（1）分别对应与第一打磨盘（4）和第二打磨盘（5）连接，底板（1）上端左侧设有吸尘箱（6），吸尘箱（6）右侧设有吸尘装置，底板（1）上端右侧设有水箱（7），水箱（7）下端设有洒水装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的地面打磨装置，其特征在于：所述吸尘装置包括吸尘总管（8），吸尘总管（8）上设有吸尘电机（9），吸尘总管（8）下端设有第一吸尘管（10）和第二吸尘管（11），第一吸尘管（10）设在第一打磨盘（4）前方，第二吸尘管（11）设在第二打磨盘（5）前方。
3.如权利要求1所述的地面打磨装置，其特征在于：所述洒水装置包括洒水管（12），洒水管（12）围绕设置在底板（1）四周，洒水管（12）表面设有雾化喷头（13）。
4.如权利要求2所述的地面打磨装置，其特征在于：第一吸尘管（10）和第二吸尘管（11）下端进口处设有滤网（14）。
5.如权利要求1所述的地面打磨装置，其特征在于：底板（1）下端四周设有挡尘帘（15）。
6.如权利要求1所述的地面打磨装置，其特征在于：底座（1）下端设有万向轮（16），底座（1）右端设有伸缩推杆（17）。
