The air pump 16 can automatically inflate the inflatable bathtub 13, and the air pressure sensor is arranged on the air pump 16, so that when the air pressure of the inflatable bathtub 13 during unfolding and use is reached, the air pump 16 automatically stops working. Preferably, the ribbon-shaped flexible connecting member 8 is a fiber ribbon, and the use of the fiber ribbon has the advantages that: light weight, high strength and can ensure the safety of human body in use. The invention can enable a patient to freely control own postures such as turning over by controlling the up-and-down movement of each jacking mechanism 2 through the controller 6, when the patient needs to dress or change a bed sheet, the controller 6 controls the first motor 7 to drive the two adjacent rotating rods 31 to rotate forward and relatively, so that the elastic supporting piece 5 is in a tightened state to support the human body to move upwards for a certain distance, the belt-shaped flexible connecting piece 8 is in a loosened state and separated from the human body, then the fabric bed sheet 4 on the belt-shaped flexible connecting piece 8 can be changed, clothes can be placed on the fabric bed sheet 4, the controller 6 controls the first motor 7 to drive the two adjacent rotating rods 31 to rotate reversely and relatively, so that the elastic supporting piece 5 is in a loosened state, the belt-shaped flexible connecting piece 8 is in a tightened state and is in contact with the human body, and then the controller 6 is used for controlling the up-and-down, thereby conveniently and quickly putting on the clothes. When a patient needs to be cleaned and bathed, the controller 6 controls the jacking mechanism 2 to ascend, then controls the first motor 7 to drive the two adjacent rotating rods 31 to rotate forward and relatively, so that the elastic supporting piece 5 is in a tightened state, supports the human body to move upwards for a certain distance, the belt-shaped flexible connecting piece 8 is in a loose state and is separated from the human body, then the fabric bed sheet 4 on the belt-shaped flexible connecting piece 8 is pulled out, the inflatable bathtub 13 is inflated and drained, finally, the controller 6 controls the jacking mechanism 2 to descend, so that the patient falls into the inflatable bathtub 13 to bathe, the telescopic transmission shaft 32 can be manually controlled to stretch, so that the rotating rods 31 and the first motor 7 can be separated, the rotating rods 31 are matched with the belt-shaped flexible connecting piece 8 or the elastic supporting piece 5 to form a simple stretcher, and the practicability of the invention is further enhanced. The multifunctional turnover bed is simple and convenient to operate, integrates the functions of assisting in turnover, convenient bed sheet changing, convenient clothes changing, simple stretcher, bathing and the like, and is high in automation degree and low in labor intensity.

the controller is respectively connected with the jacking mechanisms and the first motors and is used for controlling each jacking mechanism and each first motor to act;
when two adjacent rotating rods rotate forwards and oppositely, the belt-shaped flexible connecting piece is in a loose state, and the elastic supporting piece is in a tight state and is positioned above the belt-shaped flexible connecting piece; when two adjacent rotating rods oppositely and relatively rotate, the belt-shaped flexible connecting piece is in a tightened state, and the elastic supporting piece is in a loosened state and attached to the upper surface of the fabric bed sheet;
