本发明涉及农业治理,具体是指一种果蔬酵素除草液及其制备方法,包括下述重量份的组份:果蔬酵素液90‑95份,甲基纤维素钠2‑5份,海藻酸钠2‑5份,烷基糖苷2‑4份;其制备方法包括制备果蔬发酵液与制备成品液两个步骤,其中,果蔬发酵液经过果蔬边料的一次发酵与二次发酵制成。本发明的配方合理,制备出的除草液对环境友好、对作物的安全性高、对杂草的防治效果好;对果蔬边料进行了再利用,提高了果蔬边料的利用价值,节约资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业治理,特别涉及一种果蔬酵素除草液及其制备方法。
背景技术
杂草是农业生产的三害之一,它与作物争夺生长空间,影响作物的正常生长,使作物产量降低,给农业生产造成了巨大的损失。为了有效去除杂草,人们发明了各种各样的除草剂。除草剂是指可使杂草彻底地或选择地发生枯死的药剂,用以消灭或抑制植物生长的一类物质。有机化学除草剂的发现和大规模地应用,曾经为保障全球粮食生产安全作出了巨大贡献,但是,长时间的有机除草剂使用,不仅会使一些杂草产生抗药性,化学成分的残留还会对土壤造成一定的污染,因此,很多地方已经禁止使用毒性较强的有机除草剂。现有毒性较低的除草剂大多除草效果较差,而且仍旧对环境安全和农业可持续发展有着一些负面影响。因此,寻求新的生物除草剂成了保护环境、发展绿色农业、维持人类健康的必然途径。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种果蔬酵素除草液,其环保、稳定且高效。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:

为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
一种果蔬酵素除草液,包括下述重量份的组份:果蔬酵素液90-95份,甲基纤维素钠2-5份,海藻酸钠2-5份,烷基糖苷2-4份,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制备果蔬发酵液:将果蔬边料粉碎,加入适量的水,经过一次发酵、二次发酵后制成果蔬发酵液;
步骤二、制备成品液:按照重量组分进行称重,在果蔬酵素液中依次加入羧甲基纤维素钠、海藻酸钠、份烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀。
作为优选的,制备果蔬发酵液的具体步骤包括:
(1)一次发酵:将果蔬边料粉碎加入发酵罐,再加入占果蔬边料重量30%的水,然后加入醋酸钙、果胶酶及纤维素酶,混合均匀后,酶解15-20h,升温至80℃,保温20min,降温至36-28℃,加入酿酒酵母,搅拌均匀、保温发酵,从第6天开始取样测定发酵液的酒精度,连续2天酒精度不变则停止发酵,过滤,得一次发酵液;
(2)二次发酵:在一次发酵液中加入三乙醇胺及醋酸菌,充分通氧,40-45天后得果蔬酵素液。
作为优选的,果蔬酵素液的主要成分包括果蔬边料、果胶酶、纤维素酶、醋酸钙、酿酒酵母、三乙醇胺与醋酸菌,其中果胶酶与纤维素酶的加入量占果蔬边料重量的0.8-1%,酿酒酵母的加入量占果蔬边料重量的0.5-0.8%,三乙醇胺的加入量占果蔬重量的3-4%,醋酸菌在一次发酵液中的加入量为25mg/L。
作为优选的,果胶酶与纤维素酶的质量比为2:0.5,醋酸钙与纤维素酶的质量比为1:0.5。
作为优选的,果蔬边料采用纤维素含量最低的水果或蔬菜的下脚料。
实施例一:
一种果蔬酵素除草液,包括果蔬酵素液90份,羧甲基纤维素钠2份,海藻酸钠5份,烷基糖苷2份,通过以下方法制备而成:
(1)制备果蔬一次发酵液:将100份果蔬边料粉碎加入发酵罐,再加入30份的水,然后加入0.64份的果胶酶、0.16份纤维素酶与0.32份醋酸钙,混合均匀后,酶解20h,升温至80℃,保温20min,降温至36℃,加入0.68份酿酒酵母,搅拌均匀、保温发酵,从第6天开始取样测定发酵液的酒精度,连续2天酒精度不变则停止发酵,过滤,得一次发酵液;
(2)制备果蔬酵素液:在一次发酵液中3.6份三乙醇胺,再在一次发酵液中按照25mg/L加入酸酸菌,充分通氧,室温下42天后,得果蔬酵素液;
(3)取90份果蔬酵素液,加入2份羧甲基纤维素钠、5份海藻酸钠、2份烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀。
实施例二:
一种果蔬酵素除草液,包括果蔬酵素液93份,羧甲基纤维素钠3份,海藻酸钠4份,烷基糖苷3份,通过以下方法制备而成:
(1)制备果蔬一次发酵液:将100份果蔬边料粉碎加入发酵罐,再加入30份的水,然后加入0.72份的果胶酶、0.18份纤维素酶与0.36份醋酸钙,混合均匀后,酶解18h,升温至80℃,保温20min,降温至36℃,加入0.5份酿酒酵母,搅拌均匀、保温发酵,从第6天开始取样测定发酵液的酒精度,连续2天酒精度不变则停止发酵,过滤,得一次发酵液;
(2)制备果蔬酵素液:在一次发酵液中3份三乙醇胺,再在一次发酵液中按照25mg/L加入酸酸菌,充分通氧,室温下42天后,得果蔬酵素液;
(3)取93份果蔬酵素液,加入3份羧甲基纤维素钠、4份海藻酸钠、3份烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀。
实施例三:
一种果蔬酵素除草液,包括果蔬酵素液95份,羧甲基纤维素钠5份,海藻酸钠3份,烷基糖苷4份,通过以下方法制备而成:
(1)制备果蔬一次发酵液:将100份果蔬边料粉碎加入发酵罐,再加入30份的水,然后加入0.8份的果胶酶、0.2份纤维素酶与0.4份醋酸钙,混合均匀后,酶解15h,升温至80℃,保温20min,降温至36℃,加入0.8份酿酒酵母,搅拌均匀、保温发酵,从第6天开始取样测定发酵液的酒精度,连续2天酒精度不变则停止发酵,过滤,得一次发酵液;
(2)制备果蔬酵素液:在一次发酵液中4份三乙醇胺,再在一次发酵液中按照25mg/L加入酸酸菌,充分通氧,室温下42天后,得果蔬酵素液;
(3)取95份果蔬酵素液,加入5份羧甲基纤维素钠、3份海藻酸钠、4份烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀。
本发明的有益效果为:配方合理,制备出的除草液对环境友好、对作物的安全性高、对杂草的防治效果好;对果蔬边料进行了再利用,提高了果蔬边料的利用价值,节约资源。

1.一种果蔬酵素除草液,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组份:果蔬酵素液90-95份,甲基纤维素钠2-5份,海藻酸钠2-5份,烷基糖苷2-4份,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制备果蔬发酵液:将果蔬边料粉碎,加入适量的水,经过一次发酵、二次发酵后制成果蔬发酵液;
步骤二、制备成品液:按照重量组分进行称重,在果蔬酵素液中依次加入羧甲基纤维素钠、海藻酸钠、份烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种果蔬酵素除草液,其特征在于:制备果蔬发酵液的具体步骤包括:
(1)一次发酵:将果蔬边料粉碎加入发酵罐,再加入占果蔬边料重量30%的水,然后加入醋酸钙、果胶酶及纤维素酶,混合均匀后,酶解15-20h,升温至80℃,保温20min,降温至36-28℃,加入酿酒酵母,搅拌均匀、保温发酵,从第6天开始取样测定发酵液的酒精度,连续2天酒精度不变则停止发酵,过滤,得一次发酵液;
(2)二次发酵:在一次发酵液中加入三乙醇胺及醋酸菌,充分通氧,40-45天后得果蔬酵素液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种果蔬酵素除草液,其特征在于:所述果蔬酵素液的主要成分包括果蔬边料、果胶酶、纤维素酶、醋酸钙、酿酒酵母、三乙醇胺与醋酸菌,其中,所述果胶酶与所述纤维素酶的加入量占所述果蔬边料重量的0.8-1%,所述酿酒酵母的加入量占所述果蔬边料重量的0.5-0.8%,所述三乙醇胺的加入量占所述果蔬重量的3-4%,所述醋酸菌在所述一次发酵液中的加入量为25mg/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种果蔬酵素除草液,其特征在于:所述果胶酶与所述纤维素酶的质量比为2:0.5,所述醋酸钙与所述纤维素酶的质量比为1:0.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种果蔬酵素除草液,其特征在于:所述果蔬边料采用纤维素含量最低的水果或蔬菜的下脚料。
