The collecting box is characterized by further comprising a second connecting rod 34, a spherical knocking block 35 and an elastic sleeve 36, wherein the second connecting rod 34 is arranged on the left side of the top of the first moving rod 13, the spherical knocking block 35 is arranged on the left side of the second connecting rod 34, the elastic sleeve 36 is arranged on the left side of the spherical knocking block 35, and the left side of the elastic sleeve 36 is in contact with the right side of the collecting box 7.
The screen plate 19 is provided with a bearing seat 37 in an embedded mode, the bearing seat 37 is connected with a second rotating rod 38 in the bearing seat 37 in an interference mode, the rotating handle 39 is arranged at the bottom of the second rotating rod 38, the scraping blade 40 is arranged on the upper portion of the left side of the second rotating rod 38, and the bottom of the scraping blade 40 is in contact with the top of the screen plate 19.
When a user needs to use the device, firstly, prepared chicken feed is injected into the discharging rotary drum 4 through the feeding hole 3 and the discharging hole 5, then the speed reducing motor 6 is started, the speed reducing motor 6 drives the discharging rotary drum 4 to rotate through the output shaft, and further drives the discharging hole 5 to rotate, when the discharging hole 5 rotates to the top of the collecting box 7, the chicken feed in the discharging rotary drum 4 falls into the collecting box 7 through the discharging hole 5, when the discharging hole 5 rotates away from the top of the collecting box 7, the collecting box 7 is filled with the chicken feed, at the moment, the user pulls the pull rod 14 to move rightwards, the pull rod 14 drives the movable baffle 15 to move rightwards through the first movable rod 13, the first movable rod 13 is matched with the guide sleeve 12 to play a guiding role, the movable baffle 15 moves rightwards on the fixed rod 10 through the roller 16, the movable baffle 15 drives the scraper 17 to move rightwards, when the, the chicken feed in the collecting box 7 can fall down on the ground, the chicken can eat the chicken feed, when the chicken feed in the collecting box 7 flows out completely, when a user pulls the pull rod 14 to move leftwards, the pull rod 14 drives the movable baffle 15 to move leftwards through the first movable rod 13, the first movable rod 13 is matched with the guide sleeve 12 to play a guiding role, the movable baffle 15 moves leftwards on the fixed rod 10 through the roller 16, when the movable baffle 15 moves leftwards to be contacted with the stop block 9, the user stops moving the pull rod 14, the movable baffle 15 drives the scraper 17 to move leftwards, the scraper 17 scrapes off the chicken feed on the fixed rod 10, the discharge port 5 is continuously rotated to the top of the collection box 7 through the continuous rotation of the speed reducing motor 6, the chicken feed can be continuously filled in the collecting box 7, and the user continuously pulls the pull rod 14 to move rightwards and leftwards, so that the chicken feed can be intermittently fed to the chickens.
When the chicken feed in the collecting box 7 flows out, the chicken feed falls on the screen plate 19, a user can pull the holding rod 24 to move left, the holding rod 24 can drive the moving plate 25 to move left through the pulling and pushing rod 23, the first guide rail 21 and the first guide sleeve 22 are matched to play a role in guiding, the moving plate 25 pushes the swinging rod 18 on the right side to rotate left, the swinging rod 18 on the right side drives the screen plate 19 to swing left, then the user pulls the holding rod 24 to move right, the holding rod 24 can drive the moving plate 25 to move right through the pulling and pushing rod 23, the first guide rail 21 and the first guide sleeve 22 are matched to play a role in guiding, the swinging rod 18 on the right side rotates right along with the moving plate 25, so that the screen plate 19 swings right, the user pulls the holding rod 24 to move left and right continuously, so that the screen plate 19 swings left and right, finally the chicken feed on the screen plate 19, and the chicken feed falling on the ground can not be piled up.
When the discharging rotary drum 4 rotates clockwise, the cam 27 is driven to rotate clockwise by the first rotary rod 26, the farthest end of the cam 27 gradually rotates clockwise to the uppermost, at this time, the discharging rotary drum 4 drives the discharging port 5 to rotate clockwise to the top of the collecting box 7, the chicken feed in the discharging rotary drum 4 falls into the collecting box 7 through the discharging port 5, when the cam 27 rotates clockwise with the first rotary rod 26, the discharging rotary drum 4 drives the discharging port 5 to rotate clockwise away from the top of the collecting box 7, the cam 27 pushes the contact wheel 32 to move rightwards, so as to push the second moving rod 31 to move rightwards, the spring 33 is compressed, the second moving rod 31 drives the pull rod 14 to move rightwards by the support rod 30, the second guide rail 28 and the second guide sleeve 29 are matched to play a guiding role, finally, the moving baffle 15 moves rightwards, the chicken feed in the collecting box 7 falls on the mesh plate 19, when the farthest end of the cam 27 is positioned at the rightmost side and continues to rotate clockwise, the spring 33 can restore the original position and push the second moving rod 31 to move leftwards, the second moving rod 31 can drive the pull rod 14 to move leftwards through the supporting rod 30, the second guide rail 28 and the second guide sleeve 29 are matched to play a role in guiding, finally, the moving baffle 15 moves leftwards, the baffle moves leftwards to block the bottom of the collecting box 7, the cam 27 continuously rotates clockwise, the baffle can automatically move rightwards and leftwards, and therefore the chicken feed can automatically and intermittently fall down.
When the first moving rod 13 moves rightwards, the second connecting rod 34 drives the spherical knocking block 35 and the elastic sleeve 36 to move rightwards, when the first moving rod 13 moves leftwards, the second connecting rod 34 drives the spherical knocking block 35 and the elastic sleeve 36 to move forwards, and the elastic sleeve 36 knocks the right wall of the collecting box 7 leftwards, so that the chicken feed stuck on the inner wall of the collecting box 7 is shaken off.
When the net plate 19 has large chicken feed, a user can hold the rotating handle 39 to rotate rapidly, the rotating handle 39 drives the scraping blade 40 to rotate rapidly through the second rotating rod 38, and the scraping blade 40 crushes the large chicken feed on the net plate 19, so that the crushed chicken feed can be shaken down when the net plate 19 swings left and right.
