The device comprises a gas extraction pipe, an extraction hose, a water injection pipe, a tapping device, a main connection pipe, an extraction main pipe and a water injection main pipe, wherein the tapping device consists of tapping device branch pipes and tapping device main pipes which are communicated, and a plurality of tapping device branch pipes are arranged on the same side of the tapping device main pipes; the gas extraction pipe is arranged in the drill hole through a bag type grouting hole packer, or the water injection pipe is arranged in the gas extraction pipe in a sealing way through a capsule type hole packer; the gas extraction pipe or the water injection pipe is connected with the extraction main pipe or the water injection main pipe through the tapping device. The invention can utilize and reform the conventional extraction drilling hole into the water injection drilling hole according to actual needs, plays a role in the dual-purpose high-efficiency utilization of one hole, utilizes the branching device to carry out intensive extraction-water injection on a plurality of drilling holes, can optimize the extraction-water injection coupling drilling hole sealing effect, shortens the underground gas extraction-water injection period, improves the working efficiency of underground operators, and has great significance for the efficient, quick and economic underground exploitation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device and a construction method for simultaneously serving as underground gas extraction holes and coal seam water injection holes, in particular to an intensive device and method capable of realizing simultaneous extraction and water injection of a plurality of drilling holes.
Background
The coal resources of China are rich, the regional distribution is wide, but the occurrence condition difference of the coal beds is large, the coal beds containing gas are more, the gas content is high, and the coal and gas outburst is serious. According to the standard regulation of gas extraction of coal mine, a gas control working system with reliable ventilation, standard extraction, effective monitoring and in-place management is established for implementing the gas control guidelines of 'first extraction and then extraction, monitoring and control and wind fixed production', so that the gas accident of the coal mine is restrained, and the gas extraction of the coal mine is up to standard. The underground gas extraction is normalized and generalized, underground resources are reasonably utilized for enhancing the gas extraction treatment effect, the extraction drill holes left after extracting the gas are often further reasonably utilized, and a drill hole water injection method is usually combined. The coal seam water injection is to inject pressurized water into the coal body through drilling holes, so that the pressurized water permeates into the coal body, the balance of the original coal-gas two-phase system in the coal body is destroyed, a coal-gas-water three-phase system is formed, and all media in the system interact, so that the physicochemical property, mechanical property and thermodynamic property of the coal are changed. Coal seam water injection is the most fundamental and effective measure for reducing the generation of coal dust.
However, the existing extraction-water injection coupling method generally constructs a water injection drilling hole on the basis of the original extraction drilling hole, or directly uses the original extraction drilling hole. The former is easy to deviate due to the sleeve holes, and the consumption of manpower and material resources is large, so that the cost of single hole is high. And the latter generally adopts yellow mud to carry out drilling shutoff, leads to drilling leakproofness poor, and the water injection effect is not up to standard. In addition, in the extraction water injection process, a plurality of branch pipes are generally adopted for gas extraction at the present stage, the complex maintenance of pipelines is difficult, and in the water injection stage, single hole single injection is adopted, so that the working period is longer, and the water injection effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention

The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the device comprises a gas extraction pipe, an extraction hose, a water injection pipe, a tapping device, a main connecting pipe, an extraction main pipe and a water injection main pipe, wherein the tapping device consists of tapping device branch pipes and tapping device main pipes which are communicated with each other, a plurality of tapping device branch pipes are arranged on the same side of the tapping device main pipes at intervals, and each tapping device branch pipe and tapping device main pipe are provided with valves; the gas extraction pipe is arranged in the drill hole through a bag type grouting hole packer, or the water injection pipe is arranged in the gas extraction pipe in a sealing way through a capsule type hole packer; the gas extraction pipe is connected with a tapping branch pipe on the tapping device through an extraction hose, or the water injection pipe is connected with the tapping branch pipe in a matching way through an adapter; and a tap main pipe on the tap is connected with a drainage main pipe or a water injection main pipe through a main connecting pipe.
The construction method of the device adopting the underground gas extraction hole to be used as the coal seam water injection hole comprises the following steps:
a. constructing a drilling hole from a roadway to a coal seam, sealing the drilling hole according to a two-plug one-injection drilling hole sealing method after the drilling hole construction is completed, and enabling a gas extraction pipe to pass through a hole sealing section after hole sealing to enable the coal seam to be communicated with the outside; connecting a gas extraction pipe in the drill hole with one tapping branch pipe on the tapping device through an extraction hose, connecting a tapping main pipe on the tapping device with the extraction main pipe through a main connecting pipe, and opening valves on the tapping branch pipe and the tapping main pipe to implement gas extraction;
b. c, sequentially constructing a group of drilling holes according to the step a, connecting the group of drilling holes with the same tapping device, and implementing synchronous gas extraction of the group of drilling holes;
c. when the gas extraction effect is lost or when the tunneling head is 20-60m away from the extraction hole or the extraction surface, closing valves on the branch pipe of the tapping device and the main pipe of the tapping device, dismantling the connection between the gas extraction pipe and the tapping device, and stopping extraction; meanwhile, the connection between the main connecting pipe and the extraction main pipe is removed, and the main connecting pipe is connected with the water injection main pipe;
d. inserting a hole sealing capsule into the gas extraction pipe, wherein the hole sealing capsule is positioned in the grouting hole sealing section, injecting high-pressure water into the hole sealing capsule through a capsule water injection pipe to expand the hole sealing capsule, tightly attaching the hole sealing capsule with the gas extraction pipe to realize hole sealing, and connecting the water injection pipe with a tapping device branch pipe through an adapter;
e. c and d, interconnecting the same tap 5 with a set of all bores;
f. and opening valves on the branch pipe and the main pipe of the tapping device to realize synchronous water injection of a group of drilling holes.
Compared with the prior art, the device and the construction method for using the underground gas extraction hole as the coal seam water injection hole have the advantages that after the coal seam gas extraction is finished, the residual extraction holes are used for sealing capsules, the extraction holes are converted into water injection holes, complex procedures of trepanning construction water injection holes or re-drilling water injection holes are omitted, the workload of underground operators is greatly reduced, and the cost of underground gas extraction and coal seam water injection is also reduced. And the gas extraction pipe is embedded with the water injection pipe, so that the protection of the water injection pipe is enhanced, and the possibility of rod breakage, breakage and the like caused by external factors in the water injection process is reduced. And the two-plug one-injection extraction drilling plugging technology is combined with the capsule sealing water injection hole sealing technology, so that the sealing performance of the water injection drilling is ensured, the defect of poor sealing performance of the water injection hole is overcome, and the water injection efficiency is improved. According to the tap-changer system designed by the invention, the extraction pipelines and the water injection pipelines are connected through hoses with different performances and tap-changer in an intensive manner, so that gas extraction and coal seam water injection can be performed on a plurality of drilling holes at the same time, the underground rapid extraction-water injection integration is realized, the working efficiency of operators is improved, the underground coal mining working period is accelerated, and the coal mining cost is reduced. Has great significance for reducing the underground outstanding danger, improving the operation environment and optimizing the production structure.

Fig. 2a and fig. 3a show a pipeline for extracting gas, a gas extraction pipe 11 is installed in a drill hole 2 through a bag type grouting hole packer, the bag type grouting hole packer comprises plugs 18 at two ends, a bag type grouting pipe 12 is connected between the two plugs 18 and outside, slurry is poured between the plugs 18 through the bag type grouting pipe 12, and finally the slurry is solidified into a solid state to realize hole sealing. The gas extraction pipe 11 is connected with a tapping branch pipe 20 on the tapping device 5 through an extraction hose 4, and a tapping main pipe 21 on the tapping device 5 is connected with the extraction main pipe 7 through a main connecting pipe 6.
Fig. 2b and 3b show a water injection pipeline formed on the basis of the original gas extraction drilling hole, wherein a water injection pipe 17 is hermetically arranged in a gas extraction pipe 11 through a capsule type hole packer, the capsule type hole packer comprises a hole sealing capsule 15 and a capsule type water injection pipe 16 communicated with the outside, and the water injection pipe 17 is in matched connection with a tapping device branch pipe 20 through an adapter 19; the tap main pipe 21 on the tap 5 is connected with the water injection main pipe 8 through the main connecting pipe 6.
In this embodiment, the tap 5 has hydraulic fracture resistance, which can withstand pressures of 0-40 mpa; the extraction hose 4 has certain deformation resistance, and the pipe diameter is larger, so that the extraction hose can be directly matched with the tapping branch pipe 20 for use; the water injection pipe 17 has certain compression resistance, can bear 0-40 MPa, has smaller pipe diameter and needs to be matched with the tapping branch pipe 20 through the adapter 19; the main connecting pipe 6 has certain deformation resistance and certain compression resistance, and can bear 0-40 MPa of pressure. The interfaces of the gas extraction pipe 11, the extraction hose 4, the water injection pipe 17 and the main connecting pipe 6 are all quick connectors, and can be quickly connected with the tapping device 5, the extraction main pipe 7 and the water injection main pipe 8.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a construction method using a device with a downhole gas extraction hole serving as a coal seam water injection hole comprises the following steps:
a. constructing a drilling hole 2 from a bottom plate rock roadway or a top plate rock roadway or the coal seam roadway to the coal seam 1 by adopting a conventional method, sealing the drilling hole 2 according to a conventional two-plug one-injection drilling hole sealing method or a conventional bag grouting drilling hole sealing method after the drilling hole 2 is constructed, and enabling a gas extraction pipe 11 to pass through a hole sealing section after hole sealing to enable the coal seam 1 to be communicated with the outside; connecting a gas extraction pipe 11 in the drill hole 2 with a tapping branch pipe 20 on the tapping device 5 through a extraction hose 4, connecting a tapping main pipe 21 on the tapping device 5 with a extraction main pipe 7 through a main connecting pipe 6, and opening valves on the tapping branch pipe 20 and the tapping main pipe 21 to implement gas extraction;
b. c, sequentially constructing a group of drilling holes 2 according to the step a, connecting the group of drilling holes 2 with the same tapping device 5, and synchronously extracting gas from the group of drilling holes 2;
c. when the gas extraction effect is lost or when the tunneling head is 20-60m away from the extraction hole, closing valves on the tapping device branch pipe 20 and the tapping device main pipe 21, dismantling the connection between the gas extraction pipe 11 and the tapping device 5, and stopping extraction; meanwhile, the connection between the main connecting pipe 6 and the extraction main pipe 7 is removed, and the main connecting pipe 6 is connected with the water injection main pipe 8;
d. inserting a hole sealing capsule 15 into the gas extraction pipe 11, wherein the hole sealing capsule 15 is positioned in a grouting hole sealing section, injecting high-pressure water into the hole sealing capsule 15 through a capsule water injection pipe 16 to expand the hole sealing capsule 15, tightly attaching the hole sealing capsule with the gas extraction pipe 11 to realize hole sealing, and connecting a water injection pipe 17 with a tapping branch pipe 20 through an adapter 19;
e. c and d, connecting the group of all drilling holes 2 to one another and the same tap 5;
f. valves on the tap manifold 20 and tap main 21 are opened to achieve simultaneous water injection into a set of boreholes 2.
The invention utilizes and reforms the conventional extraction drilling hole into the water injection drilling hole according to actual needs, plays a role in high-efficiency utilization of one hole, utilizes the branching device to carry out intensive extraction-water injection on a plurality of drilling holes 2, optimizes the hole sealing effect of the extraction-water injection drilling holes, shortens the underground gas extraction-water injection period, improves the working efficiency of underground operators, and has great significance for high-efficiency, rapid and economic underground exploitation.
