本发明公开了一种合成液体燃料,它由如下成分及重量份配比的原料构成:甲醇55~65份、水17~23份、丙酮2.6~3.4份、二茂铁0.01~0.03份、丁醇4~6份、氨水1.8~2.2份、汽油4.5~5.5份、乙醇4.6~5.4份和硝基苯2.8~3.2份,其制备方法如下:a、将二茂铁溶于汽油中,再加入乙醇并充分混合搅拌均匀制成混合溶液;b、将甲醇和混合溶液放入搅拌器中,然后加入水、丙酮、丁醇、氨水和硝基苯搅拌15~25分钟,充分混合搅拌均匀制成合成液体燃料,本发明优点是:燃烧热值高,燃烧充分,十分环保节能,在常温常压密封的保存条件下不会出现分层现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及液体燃料及其制备方法的技术领域,更具体地说是涉及合成液体燃料及其制备方法的技术领域。
背景技术
甲醇和乙醇是目前常用的民用液体燃料,广泛应用于餐馆、酒店和家庭等场合,主要用于火锅和涮锅等的加热。然而目前常见的甲醇和乙醇燃料的生产成本较高,对能源的消耗较大,并且燃烧热值较低,不是十分环保节能,因此急需开发一种新型液体燃料来取代甲醇和乙醇等传统民用液体燃料。虽然目前市面上有部分民用液体燃料是将乙醇、汽油和助溶剂等混合制成乙醇汽油,但这种乙醇汽油质量不是十分稳定,久置后易发生分层现象,且燃烧热值较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述之不足而提供一种燃烧热值高,不易分层,可有效节省能源,降低生产成本和燃烧成本,十分环保节能的合成液体燃料及其制备方法。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题而采用的技术解决方案如下:
合成液体燃料,它由如下成分及重量份配比的原料构成:甲醇55~65份、水17~23份、丙酮2.6~3.4份、二茂铁0.01~0.03份、丁醇4~6份、氨水1.8~2.2份、汽油4.5~5.5份、乙醇4.6~5.4份和硝基苯2.8~3.2份。
优选地,它由如下成分及重量份配比的原料构成:甲醇60份、水20份、丙酮3份、二茂铁0.02份、丁醇5份、氨水2份、汽油5份、乙醇5份和硝基苯3份。
合成液体燃料的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
a、将二茂铁溶于汽油中,再加入乙醇并充分混合搅拌均匀制成混合溶液;
b、将甲醇和混合溶液放入搅拌器中,然后加入水、丙酮、丁醇、氨水和硝基苯搅拌15~25分钟,充分混合搅拌均匀制成合成液体燃料。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:本合成液体燃料燃烧热值高,燃烧充分,并且在其原料中水的比重较大,因而可节省能源消耗,大幅降低生产成本和燃烧成本,十分环保节能,可替代传统的甲醇和乙醇等民用液体燃料,十分适用于餐馆、酒店和家庭等场合,并且本合成液体燃料质量十分稳定,在常温常压密封的保存条件下不会出现分层现象。
具体实施方式
实施例1:合成液体燃料,它由如下成分及重量配比的原料构成:甲醇55千克、水17千克、丙酮2.6千克、二茂铁0.01千克、丁醇4千克、氨水1.8千克、汽油4.5千克、乙醇4.6千克和硝基苯2.8千克。
合成液体燃料的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
a、将二茂铁溶于汽油中,再加入乙醇并充分混合搅拌均匀制成混合溶液;
b、将甲醇和混合溶液放入搅拌器中,然后加入水、丙酮、丁醇、氨水和硝基苯搅拌15分钟,充分混合搅拌均匀制成合成液体燃料。
实施例2:合成液体燃料,它由如下成分及重量配比的原料构成:甲醇60千克、水20千克、丙酮3千克、二茂铁0.02千克、丁醇5千克、氨水2千克、汽油5千克、乙醇5千克和硝基苯3千克。
合成液体燃料的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
a、将二茂铁溶于汽油中,再加入乙醇并充分混合搅拌均匀制成混合溶液;
b、将甲醇和混合溶液放入搅拌器中,然后加入水、丙酮、丁醇、氨水和硝基苯搅拌20分钟,充分混合搅拌均匀制成合成液体燃料。
实施例3:合成液体燃料,它由如下成分及重量配比的原料构成:甲醇65千克、水23千克、丙酮3.4千克、二茂铁0.03千克、丁醇6千克、氨水2.2千克、汽油5.5千克、乙醇5.4千克和硝基苯3.2千克。
合成液体燃料的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
a、将二茂铁溶于汽油中,再加入乙醇并充分混合搅拌均匀制成混合溶液;
b、将甲醇和混合溶液放入搅拌器中,然后加入水、丙酮、丁醇、氨水和硝基苯搅拌25分钟,充分混合搅拌均匀制成合成液体燃料。
附表一为采用上述实施例所制得的合成液体燃料与市面上常见乙醇汽油的分层温度及出现分层前所持续的天数的对比表;
附表二为采用上述实施例所制得的合成液体燃料与市面上常见液体燃料热值的对比表。
由表一可看出本合成液体燃料相较于市面上常见的乙醇汽油,在含水量远高于传统乙醇汽油的前提下,仍具有极低的分层温度,并且在空气湿度为50%,环境温度为-15℃条件下未分层所持续的天数均高于传统乙醇汽油的持续天数。
由表二可看出,本合成液体燃料的热值均大于目前市面上常见液体燃料的热值。

1.合成液体燃料,其特征在于:它由如下成分及重量份配比的原料构成:甲醇55~65份、水17~23份、丙酮2.6~3.4份、二茂铁0.01~0.03份、丁醇4~6份、氨水1.8~2.2份、汽油4.5~5.5份、乙醇4.6~5.4份和硝基苯2.8~3.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成液体燃料,其特征在于:它由如下成分及重量份配比的原料构成:甲醇60份、水20份、丙酮3份、二茂铁0.02份、丁醇5份、氨水2份、汽油5份、乙醇5份和硝基苯3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的合成液体燃料的制备方法,其特征在于其制备方法如下:
a、将二茂铁溶于汽油中,再加入乙醇并充分混合搅拌均匀制成混合溶液;
b、将甲醇和混合溶液放入搅拌器中,然后加入水、丙酮、丁醇、氨水和硝基苯搅拌15~25分钟,充分混合搅拌均匀制成合成液体燃料。
