The spraying and cleaning process comprises the following steps: and starting the water pump, starting timing according to set time, continuously spraying water in the cleaning cabin, simultaneously carrying out alarm monitoring on the spraying pressure, and stopping the water pump after the timing time is up.
The drainage process comprises the following steps: the drain valve works, begins to drain, after the liquid level under the drainage is triggered, the drain valve is closed after a period of time delay; the drainage alarm time can be set, the setting range is 50 s-2 min, the default is 65s, and the system drainage overtime alarm is given.
And a cleaning stage, wherein the cleaning stage comprises the procedures of water feeding, spray heating, evacuation, emptying, timing and water drainage.
The water inlet process comprises the following steps: opening a pure water valve to feed water, operating a liquid adding pump, adding enzyme liquid (the concentration can be set according to the requirement), opening a steam valve when detecting that the water level reaches the spraying water level, starting heating, and continuing adding water if the water level does not reach the spraying water level; similarly, the water inlet time is overtime, and the water inlet overtime of the system alarms.
The spraying and heating process comprises the following steps: the starting conditions of the water pump are that liquid adding is completed and water feeding is completed. A drying stage; the drying is carried out by vacuumizing and heating, so that the moisture on the instrument can be evaporated, and the drying effect is good.
In the cooling stage, the instrument can be cooled in a standing cooling mode.

Claims (5)

1. A negative pressure cleaning machine comprises a rack and a cleaning cabin arranged on the rack, and is characterized by further comprising a control system, a liquid supply mechanism, a steam heating system, a circulating heating system and a vacuum mechanism, wherein the liquid supply mechanism, the steam heating system, the circulating heating system and the vacuum mechanism are controlled to operate by the control system;

the circulation heating system comprises a heating box, a water pump, a spray pipe, a circulation inlet pipe and a circulation outlet pipe, wherein a first heating cavity for heating liquid is arranged in the heating box, the heating box is wound with the heating coil, the steam heating system is used for supplying steam into the heating coil, the spray pipe is arranged in the cleaning cabin and is positioned at the top of the cleaning cabin, one end of the circulation inlet pipe is communicated with the spray pipe, the other end of the circulation inlet pipe is communicated with the heating box, one end of the circulation outlet pipe is communicated with the bottom of the cleaning cabin, the other end of the circulation outlet pipe is communicated with the heating box, the water pump is arranged on the circulation outlet pipe, the circulation inlet valve is arranged on the circulation inlet pipe, the circulation outlet pipe is provided with a circulation outlet valve, the water pump is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning cabin, and the circulation outlet valve is arranged between the cleaning cabin and the water, a drain valve is further arranged between the water pump and the heating box, a heating rib for heating is arranged on the peripheral surface of the cleaning cabin, and a second heating cavity is formed in the heating rib;
the steam heating system comprises a steam inlet pipe, a first steam pipe and a second steam pipe, wherein one end of the steam inlet pipe is used for being communicated with external steam equipment, the other end of the steam inlet pipe is respectively communicated with the first steam pipe and the second steam pipe, one end, far away from the steam inlet pipe, of the first steam pipe is communicated with the heating coil, one end, far away from the steam inlet pipe, of the second steam pipe is communicated with the second heating cavity, the first steam pipe is provided with a heating valve, and the second steam pipe is provided with a steam valve;
the vacuum mechanism comprises a vacuum pump, an air processor, a first vacuum tube, a second vacuum tube and a third vacuum tube, one end of the first vacuum tube is communicated with the cleaning cabin, a one-way valve is installed at the other end of the first vacuum tube, one end of the second vacuum tube is communicated with the first vacuum tube and the air processor, the other end of the second vacuum tube is communicated with the cleaning cabin, the air processor is used for purifying external air and then leading the air to the second vacuum tube, one end of the third vacuum tube is communicated with the second vacuum tube, the other end of the third vacuum tube is communicated with the vacuum pump, a return air valve is installed on the second vacuum tube, and a cabin evacuation valve is installed on the third vacuum tube.

the cleaning stage comprises the procedures of water inlet, spraying and heating, evacuation, emptying, timing and water drainage, wherein the water inlet procedure comprises the following steps: opening a pure water valve to feed water, enabling a liquid adding pump to act, adding enzyme liquid, opening a steam valve when detecting that the water level reaches the spraying water level, starting heating, and continuing adding water if the water level does not reach the spraying water level; the spraying and heating process comprises the following steps: after liquid adding is completed, starting a water pump to spray, opening a heating valve to heat to a set temperature and then keeping the temperature constant, starting timing according to set time, simultaneously carrying out alarm monitoring on spraying pressure, after the timing time is up, closing the water pump and the heating valve, firstly closing the heating valve, then closing the water pump, then closing a circulating water inlet valve and a circulating water outlet valve, and then closing a cabin body emptying valve; the evacuation process comprises the following steps: starting a vacuum pump when all valves except the steam valve are closed, delaying the opening of a cooling valve of the vacuum pump for two seconds, closing the steam valve when the temperature of the inner chamber and the pressure of the jacket reach set values simultaneously, and starting the steam valve when the temperature is lower than the set values; the emptying procedure comprises the following steps: opening an air return valve of the cleaning cabin, and enabling a steam valve to work normally; the timing procedure is as follows: opening an emptying valve at the bottom of the cabin body, starting timing, and closing the vacuum pump after timing is finished; the drainage process comprises the following steps: opening a circulating water inlet valve, a circulating water outlet valve, opening a drain valve, starting draining, delaying for a period of time after detecting a lower liquid level, and closing the drain valve after draining;

the rinsing stage comprises pure water feeding, spraying cleaning and water discharging procedures, wherein the pure water feeding procedure comprises the following steps: the pure water valve is opened to feed water, and after the water level is detected to reach the spraying water level, the pure water valve is closed, and water injection is stopped; the spraying and cleaning process comprises the following steps: starting a water pump, starting timing according to set time, continuously spraying water in the cleaning cabin, simultaneously carrying out alarm monitoring on spraying pressure, and stopping the water pump after timing; the drainage process comprises the following steps: the drain valve works, begins to drain, after the liquid level under the drainage is triggered, the drain valve is closed after a period of time delay;
