Abstract
本发明公开了一种移动式焊烟净化器,包括箱体,箱体外壁上端设有扶手,箱体底部安装有万向轮,箱体内壁安装有隔音板,吸尘臂通过连接法兰固定在进风管上,吸尘罩安装在吸尘臂的顶端上,吸尘臂与箱体通过进风管连接,箱体内壁顶端设有粗颗粒过滤板,粗颗粒过滤板下方设有储尘箱,储尘箱下端设有抽风机,粗颗粒过滤板与气体过滤室相连接,气体过滤室下方分别设有第一滤毒层、第二滤毒层和第三滤毒层,第三滤毒层下方还设有活性炭过滤器,活性炭过滤器下方分别安装有脉冲反冲装置、电控箱和集灰抽屉,箱体外壁一侧下端设有出风口,本新型操作方便,减少了噪音,通过多层过滤净化,有效提高净化器的过滤效果,降低排出气体对环境的污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,具体为一种移动式焊烟净化器。
背景技术
焊烟净化器是一种用于针对治理焊接、切割、打磨时产生在空气中大量悬浮对人体有害的细小金属颗粒而设计的净化装置,对产生的烟尘进行处理的设备,其在废气净化的领域中得到了广泛的使用,随着焊接生产规模不断扩大,焊接材料大量消 耗,焊接生产的劳动卫生与环境保护问题也提到了议事日程上,这些产生的烟尘不仅污染环境,而且长期在这种粉尘的环境下工作,影响员工的身体健康,而且目前市场上的焊烟净化器大都只有单层过滤系统,导致过滤效果低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种移动式焊烟净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种移动式焊烟净化器,包括箱体 ,所述箱体外壁上端设有扶手,所述箱体底部安装有万向轮,所述箱体内壁安装有隔音板,吸尘臂通过连接法兰固定在进风管上,吸尘罩安装在所述吸尘臂的顶端上,所述吸尘臂与所述箱体通过所述进风管连接,所述箱体内壁顶端设有粗颗粒过滤板,所述粗颗粒过滤板下方设有储尘箱,所述储尘箱下端设有抽风机,所述粗颗粒过滤板与气体过滤室相连接,所述气体过滤室下方分别设有第一滤毒层、第二滤毒层和第三滤毒层,所述第三滤毒层下方还设有活性炭过滤器,所述活性炭过滤器下方分别安装有脉冲反冲装置、电控箱和集灰抽屉,所述箱体外壁一侧下端设有出风口。
优选的,所述所述万向轮共设置有四个,且四个万向轮分别对应安装在箱体外壳下表面的四个拐角处,且所述万向轮上设有刹车片。
优选的,所述进风管内安装有阻火网,且阻火网右侧安装有阻燃高效滤芯。
优选的,所述吸尘臂为万向吸尘臂。
优选的,所述控制面板安装在所述箱体外壁上端,所述控制面板上设有风量调节按钮、启动开关和电源指示灯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1) 本发明设备配有万向轮,方便设备的定位和移动,可灵活移动于厂房的任意位置,不受发尘点和岗位不固定的约束,吸尘臂为万向吸尘臂,角度和方向便于旋转和移动,提高适应能力。
(2) 本发明箱体内壁安装的隔音板,能够将抽风机转动产生的噪音有效的吸附和降低,减少了设备给工作环境带来的噪音污染。
(3) 本发明安装的阻火网和阻燃高效滤芯,能够有效的阻挡焊烟中含有的火花因子,避免了发生火灾事故,提高了设备的安全性。
(4) 本发明先经过先经过粗颗粒过滤板过滤掉大颗粒杂物,并能通过储尘箱对大颗粒杂物进行收集,然后分别经过三层滤毒层对焊烟再次处理,最后再经过活性炭过滤器进行焊烟中微小颗粒过滤和除臭,通过多种过滤装置对焊烟进行净化,过滤效果优异。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种移动式焊烟净化器,包括箱体1,所述箱体1外壁上端设有扶手2,所述箱体1底部安装有万向轮3,所述箱体1内壁安装有隔音板5,吸尘臂6通过连接法兰固定在进风管8上,吸尘罩7安装在所述吸尘臂6的顶端上,所述吸尘臂6与所述箱体1通过所述进风管8连接,所述箱体1内壁顶端设有粗颗粒过滤板9,所述粗颗粒过滤板9下方设有储尘箱10,所述储尘箱10下端设有抽风机11,所述粗颗粒过滤板9与气体过滤室12相连接,所述气体过滤室12下方分别设有第一滤毒层13、第二滤毒层14和第三滤毒层15,所述第三滤毒层15下方还设有活性炭过滤器16,所述活性炭过滤器16下方分别安装有脉冲反冲装置17、电控箱18和集灰抽屉19,所述箱体1外壁一侧下端设有出风口20。
本实施例中,所述所述万向轮3共设置有四个,且所述四个万向轮3分别对应安装在所述箱体1外壳下表面的四个拐角处,且所述万向轮3上设有刹车片4,方便设备的定位和移动,可灵活移动于厂房的任意位置,不受发尘点和岗位不固定的约束。
本实施例中,所述进风管8内安装有阻火网22,且所述阻火网22右侧安装有阻燃高效滤芯23,能够有效的阻挡焊烟中含有的火花因子,避免了发生火灾事故,提高了设备的安全性。
本实施例中,所述吸尘臂6为万向吸尘臂,角度和方向便于旋转和移动,提高适应能力。
本实施例中,所述控制面板24安装在所述箱体1外壁上端,所述控制面板24上设有风量调节按钮25、启动开关26和电源指示灯27。
工作原理:本发明设备配有万向轮,方便设备的定位和移动,可灵活移动于厂房的任意位置,不受发尘点和岗位不固定的约束,吸尘臂为万向吸尘臂,角度和方向便于旋转和移动,提高适应能力,箱体内壁安装的隔音板,能够将抽风机转动产生的噪音有效的吸附和降低,减少了设备给工作环境带来的噪音污染,通过抽风机将焊烟经过吸尘臂吸入到进风管,进风管内安装有阻火网和阻燃高效滤芯,能够有效的阻挡焊烟中含有的火花因子,避免了发生火灾事故,提高了设备的安全性,焊烟先经过粗颗粒过滤板过滤掉大颗粒杂物后进入到箱体内,并能通过储尘箱对大颗粒杂物进行收集,然后焊烟经过气体过滤室将气体进行过滤,然后分别经过三层滤毒层对焊烟再次处理,最后再经过活性炭过滤器进行焊烟中微小颗粒过滤和除臭,本新型通过多种过滤装置对焊烟进行净化,过滤效果优异,保证该焊烟净化器的有效性,提高工作效率。

1.一种移动式焊烟净化器,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)外壁上端设有扶手(2),所述箱体(1)底部安装有万向轮(3),所述箱体(1)内壁安装有隔音板(5),吸尘臂(6)通过连接法兰固定在进风管(8)上,吸尘罩(7)安装在所述吸尘臂(6)的顶端上,所述吸尘臂(6)与所述箱体(1)通过所述进风管(8)连接,所述箱体(1)内壁顶端设有粗颗粒过滤板(9),所述粗颗粒过滤板(9)下方设有储尘箱(10),所述储尘箱(10)下端设有抽风机(11),所述粗颗粒过滤板(9)与气体过滤室(12)相连接,所述气体过滤室(12)下方分别设有第一滤毒层(13)、第二滤毒层(14)和第三滤毒层(15),所述第三滤毒层(15)下方还设有活性炭过滤器(16),所述活性炭过滤器(16)下方分别安装有脉冲反冲装置(17)、电控箱(18)和集灰抽屉(19),所述箱体(1)外壁一侧下端设有出风口(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式焊烟净化器,其特征在于:所述所述万向轮(3)共设置有四个,且所述四个万向轮(3)分别对应安装在所述箱体(1)外壳下表面的四个拐角处,且所述万向轮(3)上设有刹车片(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式焊烟净化器,其特征在于:所述进风管(8)内安装有阻火网(22),且所述阻火网(22)右侧安装有阻燃高效滤芯(23)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式焊烟净化器,其特征在于:所述吸尘臂(6)为万向吸尘臂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式焊烟净化器,其特征在于:所述控制面板(24)安装在所述箱体(1)外壁上端,所述控制面板(24)上设有风量调节按钮(25)、启动开关(26)和电源指示灯(27)。
