背景技术
在城市里,市政工程的施工现场往往会产生大量的灰尘污染空气;在房屋内部装修时,也会有较为严重的空气污染现象。这些局部的空气污染不仅有损施工人员健康,对周边居民及过往行人健康都有影响。从目前的检测数据分析,我国居民家庭中的空气污染较严重,其中灰尘、棉絮、粉尘、纤维是空气中的主要污染物,它们携带着细菌和病毒,会随着呼吸进入肺泡,造成人体免疫系统的负担。然而,现有的空气净化处理设备对空气中的甲醛和粉尘净化效果差,不利于保持空气的清新卫生。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服空气净化处理设备对空气中的甲醛和粉尘净化效果差的缺陷,提供一种多功能空气除尘净化装置。

作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述除尘净化装置本体外壳上设有电源开关,且其通过导线与集尘器、风机相连。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述除尘净化装置本体外壳上设有第二电源开关,且其通过导线与蓄水箱内雾化器连接。
本实用新型所达到的有益效果是:本实用新型首先经过过滤网过滤掉空气颗粒大的物体,再经过集尘器将空气中的灰尘颗粒清除掉,然后经过冷触煤网板将空气中的甲醛等有害气体去除,经过活性炭网板将空气中的异味吸附掉,当室内空气较干燥时,通过雾化器可以对空气进行加湿,从而使排出的空气不含灰尘和甲醛等有害物体,并能保持室内空气的相对湿度,有利于保持空气的清新卫生,并通过设置滚轮,可以自由移动,方便人们的生活。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供一种多功能空气除尘净化装置,包括除尘净化装置本体1,除尘净化装置本体1左侧设有进风口2,进风口2内设有过滤网3,进风口2通过管道13与集尘器4相连,集尘器4左侧下方设有集尘腔5,集尘器右侧设有冷触媒网板6,冷触媒网板6右侧设有活性炭吸附板8,活性炭吸附板 8右侧管道下方设有蓄水箱9,蓄水箱9通过喷雾口10与管道13相连,管道13 右侧设有出风口12,喷雾口10与出风口12之间管道13上设有风机11,除尘净化装置本体1底部设有滚轮7。
蓄水箱8内安装有雾化器。除尘净化装置本体1外壳上设有电源开关,且其通过导线与集尘器4、风机11相连。除尘净化装置本体1外壳上设有第二电源开关,且其通过导线与蓄水箱9内雾化器连接。
具体的,工作时,将该装置通电,打开第一电源开关,风机11开始工作,抽取外界的空气,外界空气首先通过过滤网3将空气中较大的棉絮、柳絮等颗粒较大的物体过滤掉,经过过滤网3过滤的空气到达集尘器时,集尘器利用离心分离及高效过滤技术处理空气中的灰尘等颗粒,处理的灰尘等颗粒堆积在集尘腔内,空气再经过冷触媒网板,冷触媒网板可以将甲醛等有害物体分解成水,最后经过活性炭网板将空气中的异味吸除;当室内空气较干燥时,打开第二电源开关,雾化器开始工作,将蓄水箱的空气雾化并通过喷雾口喷出,随空气从出风口排出。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能空气除尘净化装置,其特征在于,所述除尘净化装置本体(1)外壳上设有第一电源开关,且其通过导线与集尘器(4)、风机(11)相连。
