the rapping device (4) comprises driving bearings (41), a driving shaft (42), driving blades (43), driving grooved wheels (44), a stabilizing box (45), a speed reducing motor (46), a partition plate (47), a driving pipe (48), a driving rod (49), a limiting plate (411), a positioning groove block (412), a reset spring (413) and a rapping rod (414), wherein the two driving bearings (41) are embedded at the tops of two side surfaces of the machine body (1), the driving shaft (42) is inserted into inner cavities of the driving bearings (41), the driving blades (43) are welded at the top and the bottom of the surface of the driving shaft (42), the two driving grooved wheels (44) are sleeved on the surfaces of two ends of the driving shaft (42), the stabilizing box (45) is fixedly installed at the top of the right side surface of the machine body (1), the speed reducing motor (46) is fixedly installed at the right end of the inner cavity of the stabilizing box (45), the tail end of an output shaft at the left end of the speed reducing motor (46) is fixedly connected with the right end of the driving shaft (42) through a coupler, partition plates (47) are fixedly connected to inner walls below the driving shaft (42) and located on two sides of the machine body (1), a driving pipe (48) is embedded in the top surface of each partition plate (47), driving rods (49) are inserted into inner cavities of the driving pipes (48), limiting plates (411) are welded to the top end and the bottom end of each driving rod (49), a positioning groove block (412) is welded to the top surface of the limiting plate (411) above, a return spring (413) is sleeved on the surface of the top surface of the limiting plate (411) below and located at the bottom end of each driving rod (49), and knocking rods (414) are welded to the bottom surfaces of the limiting plates (411) below;
