the delivery pipeline is provided with a one-way door, the one-way door can be opened through self overturning to allow goods on the first conveyor belt to enter the delivery pipeline, and the one-way door can only overturn towards the inner side of the side wall of the delivery pipeline; a heating device is also arranged in the transfer bin and can be used for heating goods;
the vending machine also comprises a vacuum pump used for controlling the internal vacuum degree;

Among the prior art, in order to improve the shelf life of the well goods of vending machine, most vending machines all can be equipped with the refrigerator, refrigerate the inside of vending machine, thereby make the goods be in lower storage temperature, however, vending machine is when selling goods, inside shipment mechanism need open the door and shift out the goods, and at this in-process, the time that current vending machine's shipment door often opened is longer, and open too big, lead to inside temperature rising too much, thereby need continuous the refrigerator of opening, in order to satisfy microthermal environmental requirement, so serious the energy has been wasted.
In the invention, the one-way door 31 has the characteristic of one-way opening between the first conveyor belt 20 and the delivery pipeline 30, and can be automatically closed after the goods leave, thereby effectively avoiding the loss of cold air in the vending machine and avoiding the energy waste caused by repeated opening of the refrigerator 70 and the vacuum pump 60;

According to the present invention, the present invention provides a specific structure of a delivery mechanism, the delivery mechanism comprises a coil spring 13 laid along the length direction of a cargo channel 12, the pitch of the coil spring 13 is used for accommodating cargo, one end of the coil spring 13 is connected with a driving motor 14, and the driving motor 14 drives the coil spring 13 to rotate and pushes the cargo to move in a direction away from the driving motor 14 and fall onto a first conveyor belt 20.
When the software system of the vending machine receives the goods selected and successfully paid by the user, the internal system turns on the corresponding driving motor 14 and drives the coil spring 13 to rotate, thereby pushing the goods placed within the pitch of the coil spring 13 to move forward and drop onto the first conveyor belt 20.
Further, according to the present invention, a counter 32 is provided on the one-way door 31 for counting the number of the dropped goods. Through the signal feedback of the counter 32, the system receives the information and feeds the information back to the interactive page to remind the user that the goods reach the transfer bin 40 and are ready for picking.
According to the present invention, the one-way door 31 of the present invention has a one-way passing feature, and specifically, the one-way door 31 includes a door panel 311 installed on the delivery pipe, two hinges 312 are symmetrically disposed on one side of the door panel 311, one end of each hinge 312 is fixed on the inner side of the door panel 311, and the other end of each hinge 312 is fixed on the inner wall of the delivery pipe 30, and an elastic member 313 is disposed between the inner side of the door panel 311 and the inner wall of the delivery pipe 30, and the elastic member 313 has an elastic force to keep the door panel 311 in a closed state.
In the invention, in order to improve the sealing performance of the one-way door 31, the edge of the door panel 311 is coated with soft silica gel, and when the door panel 311 is driven by the elastic force of the elastic member 313, the door panel can effectively abut against the pipe wall of the delivery pipeline 30, thereby ensuring the sealing performance.
Further, a one-way door 31 is also arranged between the delivery pipeline 30 and the transfer bin 40, and one side of the one-way door 31, which is close to the delivery pipeline, is provided with foam 314. Through the design of this bubble cotton 314, the goods also can not be injured through falling higher position.

Further, in order to further reduce the influence on the temperature of the internal space, a one-way door 31 is also arranged between the transfer bin 40 and the goods taking bin 50, the one-way door 31 is matched with the second conveyor belt 41, and the structure of the one-way door 31 is the same as that of the one-way door 31 arranged between the first conveyor belt 20 and the goods outlet pipeline 30; the one-way door 31 between the transfer bin 40 and the picking bin 50 can also be flipped open for the goods on the second conveyor belt 41 to be transferred into the picking bin 50. By the arrangement of the one-way door 31, the influence on the temperature and vacuum conditions in the delivery pipe 30 is avoided.
According to the invention, in order to increase the functions of the vending machine of the invention, a heating device is further arranged in the transfer bin 40, the heating device comprises a heater 42 and a power supply device, and the heater 42 is electrically connected with the power supply device and is used for heating goods falling into the transfer bin 40.
Further, to ensure fast and good heating of the goods, the heater 42 is a microwave heater.
In the invention, the vacuum pump is electrically connected with the power supply device and is used for controlling the vacuum degree in the vending machine to be 0.45-0.5 Mpa. Specifically, the vacuum pump 60 is used to control the degree of vacuum of the internal storage space; more preferably, vacuum ports are also provided in the delivery pipe 30 and the transfer bin 40 to facilitate evacuation of the delivery pipe 30 and the transfer bin 40.
In the invention, the refrigerator is electrically connected with the power supply device and is used for controlling the temperature in the vending machine to be-5 to-2 ℃.
According to the invention, the automatic vending machine is also internally provided with an ultraviolet lamp for sterilizing the interior of the automatic vending machine, and the automatic vending machine is irradiated by periodically turning on the ultraviolet lamp, so that the purposes of disinfection and sterilization are achieved.
The vending method of the vending machine provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
(1) the vending machine is used for operating an operation interface of the vending machine and selecting needed goods;
(2) according to the instruction of the automatic vending machine, the driving motor of the goods channel where the selected goods are located drives the spiral spring to rotate and pushes the goods to move in the direction far away from the driving motor and fall onto the first conveying belt;
(3) the first conveyor belt conveys and pushes the goods to open the one-way door leading to the goods outlet pipeline, at the moment, due to the opening of the one-way door, the temperature of a goods storage area is slightly improved due to the temperature of the goods outlet pipeline, the vacuum is slightly increased, and due to the existence of the one-way door arranged between the goods outlet pipeline and the transfer bin, the condition of the goods storage area cannot be changed too severely;
(4) after the selected goods enter the goods outlet pipeline, a one-way door arranged between the first conveyor belt and the goods outlet pipeline is immediately closed so as to prevent the temperature and the vacuum degree from being continuously influenced; the selected goods pass through the goods outlet pipeline and then extrude the one-way door arranged between the goods outlet pipeline and the transfer bin and fall into the transfer bin;
(5) in the transfer bin, the selected goods are heated or not according to the instruction of the vending machine or are directly conveyed into the goods taking bin by the second conveyor belt, and the one-way door arranged in front of the goods outlet pipeline and the transfer bin is closed immediately after the selected goods completely fall into the transfer bin; the user can take the goods selected for purchase in the goods taking bin.
