Abstract
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,特别涉及一种建筑用防火砖及其砌墙方法。本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种建筑用防火砖,包括有砖体,其组分按重量比如下:氧化镁20%—30%、氯化镁16%—20%、发泡剂0.5%—1%及碳纤维0.8%—3.5%,水50%—60%;所述的砖体为矩形体,矩形体的纵向一端的端面上设有朝向外部延伸的至少一个纵向定位延伸凸起,纵向另一端的端面上设有与该纵向定位延伸凸起匹配的纵向定位卡槽,矩形体的横向一端的端面上设有朝向外部延伸的横向定位延伸凸起,横向另一端的端面上开设有与横向定位延伸凸起匹配的横向定位卡槽。采用上述技术方案,提供了一种具有防火性、降低建筑成本、砌墙方便的建筑用防火砖及其砌墙方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,特别涉及一种建筑用防火砖及其砌墙方法。
背景技术
目前,运用于建筑外墙的砖主要为硅酸盐混凝土外墙空心砖,此类硅酸盐混凝土外墙空心砖无法达到国家规定的防火标准。因此,在实施砌墙时,需要另外在其表面涂设防火材料,不仅使施工工序增加,而且提高了建筑成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种具有防火性、降低建筑成本、砌墙方便的建筑用防火砖及其砌墙方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种建筑用防火
砖,包括有砖体,其特征在于,其组分按重量比如下:氧化镁20%—30%、氯化镁16%—20%、发泡剂0.5%—1%及碳纤维0.8%—3.5%,水50%—60%;所述的砖体为矩形体,矩形体的纵向一端的端面上设有朝向外部延伸的至少一个纵向定位延伸凸起,纵向另一端的端面上设有与该纵向定位延伸凸起匹配的纵向定位卡槽,矩形体的横向一端的端面上设有朝向外部延伸的横向定位延伸凸起,横向另一端的端面上开设有与横向定位延伸凸起匹配的横向定位卡槽。
采用上述技术方案,采用该组分配比加工出的砖体不仅重量轻、防火、防水、防腐,而且隔音及隔热效果好,碳纤维的添加强度高,加工时更为环保。砖体上特定结构的设置,使各砖体之间的拼接较为方便,拼接后的连接结构牢固;同时缩短了操作时间,降低了建筑成本。
本发明进一步设置为:矩形体上用于衔接两横向端面的另两端面上分别开设有混凝土浇筑槽。
采用上述技术方案,这样设置使各砖体之间实施拼接后的结构更加牢固,不会出现松动的情况。
本发明更进一步设置为:纵向定位延伸凸起的横截面呈三角形,纵向定位卡槽为与其适配的三角形;所述的横向定位延伸凸起为波纹状凸起,横向定位卡槽为与其适配的波纹状凹槽。
采用上述技术方案,这样设置拼接方便,结构简单。
本发明提供了一种采用建筑用防火钻实施的砌墙方法,其特征在于:a、在砌墙处设立一块立板;b、贴着步骤a中的立板将各砖体实施拼接,以三块砖体为例,砖体A的纵向定位延伸凸起插入砖体B的纵向定位卡槽内,将砖体C的横向定位卡槽与砖体A或砖体B的横向定位延伸凸起实施连接,以此类推,沿着立板拼接出墙体;c、将步骤b中完成拼接的墙体中各砖体的混凝土浇筑槽内注入混凝土;d、再设置一块立板,使墙体处于两立板之间,然后对两立板之间的墙体浇铸混凝土;e、完成混凝土的建筑后,将立板拆除。
其中,步骤c对混凝土浇筑槽内浇铸的混凝土内添加有玻璃丝。
步骤d完成混凝土浇筑后,需养护至少十天。
采用上述技术方案,拼接快捷、操作时间短,缩短了建筑加工时间,节约了建筑成本,而且墙体的牢固性、防火性皆得到保证。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种建筑用防火砖,包括有砖体,其组分按重量比如下:氧化镁20%—30%、氯化镁16%—20%、发泡剂0.5%—1%及碳纤维0.8%—3.5%,水50%—60%;采用该组分配比加工出的砖体不仅重量轻、防火、防水、防腐,而且隔音及隔热效果好,碳纤维的添加强度高,加工时更为环保。砖体1为矩形体,矩形体的纵向一端的端面上设有朝向外部延伸的至少一个纵向定位延伸凸起11,纵向另一端的端面上设有与该纵向定位延伸凸起11匹配的纵向定位卡槽12,矩形体的横向一端的端面上设有朝向外部延伸的横向定位延伸凸起13,横向另一端的端面上开设有与横向定位延伸凸起13匹配的横向定位卡槽14。砖体1上纵向定位延伸凸起11、纵向定位卡槽12、横向定位延伸凸起13及横向定位卡槽14的设置方便了砖体1与砖体1之间的拼接,节约了拼接时间,降低了建筑成本。
在本发明实施例中,纵向定位延伸凸起11的横截面呈三角形,纵向定位卡槽12为与其适配的三角形;横向定位延伸凸起13为波纹状凸起,横向定位卡槽14为与其适配的波纹状凹槽。当然,需要说明的是,纵向定位延伸凸起及也横向定位延伸凸起可为梯形、半圆行或燕尾状,都是可行的。
在本发明实施例中,矩形体上用于衔接两横向端面的另两端面上
分别开设有混凝土浇筑槽15。
一种建筑用防火砖实施的砌墙方法,步骤如下:a、在砌墙处设立一块立板;b、贴着步骤a中的立板将各砖体实施拼接,以三块砖体为例,砖体A的纵向定位延伸凸起插入砖体B的纵向定位卡槽内,将砖体C的横向定位卡槽与砖体A或砖体B的横向定位延伸凸起实施连接,以此类推,沿着立板拼接出墙体; c、将步骤b中完成拼接的墙体中各砖体的混凝土浇筑槽内注入混凝土;d、再设置一块立板,使墙体处于两立板之间,然后对两立板之间的墙体浇铸混凝土;e、完成混凝土的建筑后,将立板拆除。其中,步骤c对混凝土浇筑槽内浇铸的混凝土内添加有玻璃丝。步骤d完成混凝土浇筑后,需养护至少十天。该砌墙方法不仅拼接快捷、操作时间短,缩短了建筑加工时间,节约了建筑成本,而且墙体的牢固性、防火性皆得到保证。
Claims (6)
1.一种建筑用防火砖,包括有砖体,其特征在于,其组分按重量比如下:氧化镁20%—30%、氯化镁16%—20%、发泡剂0.5%—1%及碳纤维0.8%—3.5%,水50%—60%;所述的砖体为矩形体,矩形体的纵向一端的端面上设有朝向外部延伸的至少一个纵向定位延伸凸起,纵向另一端的端面上设有与该纵向定位延伸凸起匹配的纵向定位卡槽,矩形体的横向一端的端面上设有朝向外部延伸的横向定位延伸凸起,横向另一端的端面上开设有与横向定位延伸凸起匹配的横向定位卡槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用防火砖,其特征在于:所述的矩形体上用于衔接两横向端面的另两端面上分别开设有混凝土浇筑槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的建筑用防火砖,其特征在于:所述的纵向定位延伸凸起的横截面呈三角形,纵向定位卡槽为与其适配的三角形;所述的横向定位延伸凸起为波纹状凸起,横向定位卡槽为与其适配的波纹状凹槽。
4.一种采用权利要求1—3中任意一项中的建筑用防火砖实施的砌墙方法,其特征在于:a、在砌墙处设立一块立板;
b、贴着步骤a中的立板将各砖体实施拼接,以三块砖体为例,砖体A的纵向定位延伸凸起插入砖体B的纵向定位卡槽内,将砖体C的横向定位卡槽与砖体A或砖体B的横向定位延伸凸起实施连接,以此类推,沿着立板拼接出墙体;
c、将步骤b中完成拼接的墙体中各砖体的混凝土浇筑槽内注入混凝土;
d、再设置一块立板,使墙体处于两立板之间,然后对两立板之间的墙体浇铸混凝土;
e、完成混凝土的建筑后,将立板拆除。
5.根据权利要求4所述的砌墙方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤c对混凝土浇筑槽内浇铸的混凝土内添加有玻璃丝。
6.根据权利要求4所述的砌墙方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤d完成混凝土浇筑后,需养护至少十天。
