Abstract
本发明公开了一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、称取板坯原料;S2、将板坯原料粉碎,通过挤压机将熔融状态下的混合物挤压成型,形成板坯;S3、称取耐磨漆原料;S4、将耐磨漆原料使用超声波分散,过滤后得到耐磨漆,向板坯的四周涂刷上耐磨漆,待其自然风干后得到板材;S5、根据装修需求设计隔断墙的三维图,并确定隔断墙各个组件的长宽高,根据隔断墙的三维图将板材和玻璃切割,并使用玻璃胶将玻璃装配到板材上,待透明胶风干后得到装配式双面隔断墙。本发明通过在板坯加工时使用填料,可以减少板坯生产过程中的生产成本,增韧三氧化二铝的添加可以提高板坯的耐磨性能,云母粉末的添加使得板坯的耐高温和绝缘性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及室内装修技术领域,尤其涉及一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺。
背景技术
隔断墙又称高隔间,高隔断,高隔墙,甚至有人叫做办公屏风,主要用于办公场所,也就是这个特点,使隔断墙区别于卫生隔断,隔断墙萌芽于美国发展于五六十年代,由于在这些国家建材商品和构件的专业化、商品化和社会的程度很高,所以装修的工业化发展的到目前已经很成熟,隔断墙工业化在前几年打入中国市场,目前在中国的使用率是2%,使用群体仅仅限制于写字楼,我们透过中国新近发展得比较成熟的卫浴和橱柜的组合化和工业化进程,可以清晰地预见中国装修产业的未来。现有的隔断墙在室内使用的过程中经常会受到碰撞和刮伤,使得隔断墙受到磨损,造成了隔断墙的使用寿命缩短。因此,我们提出了一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在隔断墙的耐磨程度低的缺点,而提出的一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺。
一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取以下重量份的板坯原料:聚氯乙烯树脂100-120份,滑石粉12-15份,碳酸钙11-13份,增韧三氧化二铝7-9份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-7份,偶氮二甲酰胺6-9份,二氧化硅3-5份,三环氧丙烷丙基醚5-8份,云母粉末10-13份和酸酐类固化剂1-2份;
S2、将板坯原料在超微粉碎机内粉碎,并混合均匀后加热至融状态,通过挤压机将熔融状态下的混合物挤压成型,形成板坯;
S3、称取以下重量份的耐磨漆原料:环氧树脂100-120份,金刚砂12-15份,石棉纤维6-9份,环氧丙烷丁基醚5-8份,增韧三氧化二铝2-3份,氮化硅3-4份,甲基乙基酮肟1-2份,聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷1-2份,抗静电剂2-3份和纯净水48-56份;
S4、将耐磨漆原料使用超声波分散,混合均匀后使用目数为100目的滤布过滤后得到耐磨漆,向板坯的四周涂刷上耐磨漆,待其自然风干后得到板材;
S5、根据装修需求设计隔断墙的三维图,并确定隔断墙各个组件的长宽高和比例尺寸,根据隔断墙的三维图将板材和玻璃切割,并使用玻璃胶将玻璃装配到板材上,待透明胶风干后得到装配式双面隔断墙。
优选的,所述板坯原料包括以下重量份:聚氯乙烯树脂110份,滑石粉13份,碳酸钙12份,增韧三氧化二铝8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6份,偶氮二甲酰胺7份,二氧化硅4份,三环氧丙烷丙基醚7份,云母粉末11份和酸酐类固化剂1份。
优选的,所述增韧三氧化二铝为氧化铝和氧化锆的混合物,且氧化铝和氧化锆在增韧三氧化二铝中的比例为1:1,所述酸酐类固化剂为甲基内次甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、六氯内次甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、甲基六氢邻苯二甲酸酐和邻苯二甲酸酐中的一种。
优选的,所述耐磨漆原料包括以下重量份:环氧树脂110份,金刚砂14份,石棉纤维7份,环氧丙烷丁基醚7份,增韧三氧化二铝3份,氮化硅4份,甲基乙基酮肟1份,聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷2份,抗静电剂2份和纯净水52份。
优选的,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺、乙氧基化油胺、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种。
优选的,所述耐磨漆的厚度为5cm-8cm。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明,通过在板坯加工时使用滑石粉,碳酸钙,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,偶氮二甲酰胺,二氧化硅和三环氧丙烷丙基醚为填料,可以减少板坯生产过程中的生产成本,增韧三氧化二铝的添加可以提高板坯的耐磨性能,云母粉末的添加使得板坯的耐高温和绝缘性能好。
2、本发明,通过添加金刚砂,石棉纤维,氧化铝,增韧三氧化二铝和氮化硅可以使得耐磨漆具有良好的耐磨性能,抗静电剂的添加赋予了耐磨漆良好的抗静电性能,使得隔断墙在涂抹上耐磨漆后的耐磨性能和抗静电性能好。
3、本发明,生产过程简单,而且可以一次性生产大量的板材,根据不同的需求进行裁剪和装配,装配过程方便。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一:一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取以下重量份的板坯原料:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,滑石粉12份,碳酸钙11份,增韧三氧化二铝7份(增韧三氧化二铝为氧化铝和氧化锆的混合物,且氧化铝和氧化锆在增韧三氧化二铝中的比例为1:1),邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份,偶氮二甲酰胺6份,二氧化硅3份,三环氧丙烷丙基醚5份,云母粉末10份和甲基内次甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐1份;
S2、将板坯原料在超微粉碎机内粉碎,并混合均匀后加热至融状态,通过挤压机将熔融状态下的混合物挤压成型,形成板坯;
S3、称取以下重量份的耐磨漆原料:环氧树脂100份,金刚砂12份,石棉纤维6份,环氧丙烷丁基醚5份,增韧三氧化二铝2份(增韧三氧化二铝为氧化铝和氧化锆的混合物,且氧化铝和氧化锆在增韧三氧化二铝中的比例为1:1),氮化硅3份,甲基乙基酮肟1份,聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷1份,乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺2份和纯净水48份;
S4、将耐磨漆原料使用超声波分散,混合均匀后使用目数为100目的滤布过滤后得到耐磨漆,向板坯的四周涂刷上厚度为6cm的耐磨漆,待其自然风干后得到板材;
S5、根据装修需求设计隔断墙的三维图,并确定隔断墙各个组件的长宽高和比例尺寸,根据隔断墙的三维图将板材和玻璃切割,并使用玻璃胶将玻璃装配到板材上,待透明胶风干后得到装配式双面隔断墙。
实施例二:一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取以下重量份的板坯原料:聚氯乙烯树脂110份,滑石粉13份,碳酸钙12份,增韧三氧化二铝8份(增韧三氧化二铝为氧化铝和氧化锆的混合物,且氧化铝和氧化锆在增韧三氧化二铝中的比例为1:1),邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6份,偶氮二甲酰胺7份,二氧化硅4份,三环氧丙烷丙基醚7份,云母粉末11份和甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐1份;
S2、将板坯原料在超微粉碎机内粉碎,并混合均匀后加热至融状态,通过挤压机将熔融状态下的混合物挤压成型,形成板坯;
S3、称取以下重量份的耐磨漆原料:环氧树脂110份,金刚砂14份,石棉纤维7份,环氧丙烷丁基醚7份,增韧三氧化二铝3份(增韧三氧化二铝为氧化铝和氧化锆的混合物,且氧化铝和氧化锆在增韧三氧化二铝中的比例为1:1),氮化硅4份,甲基乙基酮肟1份,聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷2份,十二烷基磺酸钠2份和纯净水52份;
S4、将耐磨漆原料使用超声波分散,混合均匀后使用目数为100目的滤布过滤后得到耐磨漆,向板坯的四周涂刷上厚度为5cm的耐磨漆,待其自然风干后得到板材;
S5、根据装修需求设计隔断墙的三维图,并确定隔断墙各个组件的长宽高和比例尺寸,根据隔断墙的三维图将板材和玻璃切割,并使用玻璃胶将玻璃装配到板材上,待透明胶风干后得到装配式双面隔断墙。
实施例三:一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,包括以下步骤:

S4、将耐磨漆原料使用超声波分散,混合均匀后使用目数为100目的滤布过滤后得到耐磨漆,向板坯的四周涂刷上厚度为8cm的耐磨漆,待其自然风干后得到板材;
S5、根据装修需求设计隔断墙的三维图,并确定隔断墙各个组件的长宽高和比例尺寸,根据隔断墙的三维图将板材和玻璃切割,并使用玻璃胶将玻璃装配到板材上,待透明胶风干后得到装配式双面隔断墙。
实施例四:一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取以下重量份的板坯原料:聚氯乙烯树脂120份,滑石粉15份,碳酸钙13份,增韧三氧化二铝9份(增韧三氧化二铝为氧化铝和氧化锆的混合物,且氧化铝和氧化锆在增韧三氧化二铝中的比例为1:1),邻苯二甲酸二辛酯7份,偶氮二甲酰胺9份,二氧化硅5份,三环氧丙烷丙基醚8份,云母粉末13份和邻苯二甲酸酐2份;
S2、将板坯原料在超微粉碎机内粉碎,并混合均匀后加热至融状态,通过挤压机将熔融状态下的混合物挤压成型,形成板坯;
S3、称取以下重量份的耐磨漆原料:环氧树脂120份,金刚砂15份,石棉纤维9份,环氧丙烷丁基醚8份,增韧三氧化二铝3份(增韧三氧化二铝为氧化铝和氧化锆的混合物,且氧化铝和氧化锆在增韧三氧化二铝中的比例为1:1),氮化硅4份,甲基乙基酮肟2份,聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷2份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份和纯净水56份;
S4、将耐磨漆原料使用超声波分散,混合均匀后使用目数为100目的滤布过滤后得到耐磨漆,向板坯的四周涂刷上厚度为6cm的耐磨漆,待其自然风干后得到板材;
S5、根据装修需求设计隔断墙的三维图,并确定隔断墙各个组件的长宽高和比例尺寸,根据隔断墙的三维图将板材和玻璃切割,并使用玻璃胶将玻璃装配到板材上,待透明胶风干后得到装配式双面隔断墙。
对比例:一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取以下重量份的板坯原料:聚氯乙烯树脂110份,滑石粉13份,碳酸钙12份,增韧三氧化二铝8份(增韧三氧化二铝为氧化铝和氧化锆的混合物,且氧化铝和氧化锆在增韧三氧化二铝中的比例为1:1),邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6份,偶氮二甲酰胺7份,二氧化硅4份,三环氧丙烷丙基醚7份,云母粉末11份和甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐1份;
S2、将板坯原料在超微粉碎机内粉碎,并混合均匀后加热至融状态,通过挤压机将熔融状态下的混合物挤压成型,形成板材;
S3、根据装修需求设计隔断墙的三维图,并确定隔断墙各个组件的长宽高和比例尺寸,根据隔断墙的三维图将板材和玻璃切割,并使用玻璃胶将玻璃装配到板材上,待透明胶风干后得到装配式双面隔断墙。
将实施例一,实施例二,实施例三,实施例四和对比例制成的装配式双面隔断墙在1500g负载,30cycles/min 速度作用下用CS10橡皮摩擦10000次进行耐磨测试,观察配式双面隔断墙的表面磨损情况并记录,记录结果如下:

由上述的结果可知,本发明提出的装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺生产的隔断墙的耐磨性能好。

1.一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取以下重量份的板坯原料:聚氯乙烯树脂100-120份,滑石粉12-15份,碳酸钙11-13份,增韧三氧化二铝7-9份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-7份,偶氮二甲酰胺6-9份,二氧化硅3-5份,三环氧丙烷丙基醚5-8份,云母粉末10-13份和酸酐类固化剂1-2份;
S2、将板坯原料在超微粉碎机内粉碎,并混合均匀后加热至融状态,通过挤压机将熔融状态下的混合物挤压成型,形成板坯;
S3、称取以下重量份的耐磨漆原料:环氧树脂100-120份,金刚砂12-15份,石棉纤维6-9份,环氧丙烷丁基醚5-8份,增韧三氧化二铝2-3份,氮化硅3-4份,甲基乙基酮肟1-2份,聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷1-2份,抗静电剂2-3份和纯净水48-56份;
S4、将耐磨漆原料使用超声波分散,混合均匀后使用目数为100目的滤布过滤后得到耐磨漆,向板坯的四周涂刷上耐磨漆,待其自然风干后得到板材;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,其特征在于,所述板坯原料包括以下重量份:聚氯乙烯树脂110份,滑石粉13份,碳酸钙12份,增韧三氧化二铝8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6份,偶氮二甲酰胺7份,二氧化硅4份,三环氧丙烷丙基醚7份,云母粉末11份和酸酐类固化剂1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,其特征在于,所述增韧三氧化二铝为氧化铝和氧化锆的混合物,且氧化铝和氧化锆在增韧三氧化二铝中的比例为1:1,所述酸酐类固化剂为甲基内次甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、六氯内次甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、甲基六氢邻苯二甲酸酐和邻苯二甲酸酐中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,其特征在于,所述耐磨漆原料包括以下重量份:环氧树脂110份,金刚砂14份,石棉纤维7份,环氧丙烷丁基醚7份,增韧三氧化二铝3份,氮化硅4份,甲基乙基酮肟1份,聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷2份,抗静电剂2份和纯净水52份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺、乙氧基化油胺、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式双面隔断墙生产工艺,其特征在于,所述耐磨漆的厚度为5cm-8cm。
