S4，将步骤S3的混合溶液进行均质后，再搅拌5-10分钟开始降温，搅拌均匀降温到30-45℃出料，即得产品。
步骤S3中搅拌转速控制在120-180r/min。
步骤S2中，可选择送入高压锅内进行加热，持续加热时间控制在
15-25min。
实施例
柑橘8g、艾叶10g、茯苓15g、薏米22g、苦瓜干13g、荷叶15g、玉竹20g、薄荷4g、枸杞10g、蒋白15g、桑叶8g、百合15g、天冬5g、黄菊18g,决明子7g,番泻叶9g,姜皮4g，山楂19g、车前子0.4g、泽泻0.3g、白术0.2g和莱菔子0.7g。

临床试验一，张某，女性，28岁，体重162kg，中度肥胖，服用本配方产品，坚持食用20天，并坚持锻炼，20天后体重达到138kg。
临床试验二，方某，男性，36岁，体重204kg，中度肥胖，服用本配方产品，坚持食用35天，并坚持锻炼，35天后体重达到156kg。
综上，本发明采用多种中药进行混合制作出的营养减肥混合物，可以快速进行祛除人体内部湿气，抑制食欲，长期服用，通过减少体内脂肪的积累并促进瘦肌肉生长从而改变身体成分，提高健康水平，其对肥胖的预防也具有非常显著的积极作用。

1.一种功能医学营养减重配方及方法，其特征在于，包括以下原料及重量分数：柑橘3-8份、艾叶3-10份、茯苓7-15份、薏米9-22份、苦瓜干6-13份、荷叶12-15份、玉竹10-20份、薄荷2-4份、枸杞8-10份、蒋白11-15份、桑叶4-8份、百合6-15份、天冬2-5份、黄菊12-18份,决明子3-7份,番泻叶4-9份,姜皮2.5-4份，山楂6-19份、车前子0.2-0.4份、泽泻0.15-0.3份、白术0.1-0.2份和莱菔子0.3-0.7份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能医学营养减重配方及方法，其特征在于，制作工艺步骤如下：
S1,将苦瓜干、荷叶、玉竹、薄荷、枸杞、蒋白、桑叶、百合、天冬、黄菊,决明子,番泻叶,姜皮，山楂、车前子、泽泻、白术和莱菔子分别进行筛选和过滤清除杂质，然后将其放入清水浸泡5-20min，然后加入温水中进行充分的煎熬，煎熬时间控制在30-45min，先文火，再大火进行煎熬，完成后将煎熬后的液体进行收集；
S2，将柑橘、艾叶、茯苓、薏米加入容器中搅拌，升温到85-120℃，制作出粘稠混合物；
S3，将步骤S2中的粘稠混合物与步骤S1的溶液进行充分的混合，过滤，合并滤液，然后进行加热蒸发，浓缩至总量的二分之一；
S4，将步骤S3的混合溶液进行均质后，再搅拌5-10分钟开始降温，搅拌均匀降温到30-45℃出料，即得产品。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能医学营养减重配方及方法，其特征在于，步骤S3中搅拌转速控制在120-180r/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能医学营养减重配方及方法，其特征在于，步骤S2中，可选择送入高压锅内进行加热，持续加热时间控制在15-25min。
