Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于绞吸式挖泥船的滑轨式旁通蝴蝶门装置,包括:导轨、密封结构和滑轮组,导轨铺设于旁通的出泥口位置,密封结构用于密闭旁通的出泥口,滑轮组用于下发和回收密封结构。本发明满足了蝴蝶门装置的存放、下发及回收,也解决了蝴蝶门装置上密封圈与旁通出口接触面的密封性要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及工程船舶,更具体地说,涉及一种用于绞吸式挖泥船的滑轨式旁通蝴蝶门装置。
背景技术
绞吸式挖泥船是利用转动着的绞刀绞松河底或海底的土壤,与水泥混合成泥浆,经过吸泥管吸入泵体并经过排泥管送至排泥区。绞吸式挖泥船施工时,挖泥,输泥和卸泥都是一体化,自身完成,生产效率较高。适用于风浪小、流速低的内河湖区和沿海港口的疏浚,以开挖砂、砂壤土、淤泥等土质比较适宜,采用有齿的绞刀后可挖黏土,但是工效较低。
一般绞吸式挖泥船上都配置通用、粘土、挖岩及重型挖岩四种不同类型的绞刀,可适用于挖掘淤泥、粘土、密实砂质土、砾石、强风化岩及抗压强度45MPa以内的中弱风化岩,利用转动着的绞刀绞松河底或海底的土壤,与水泥混合成泥浆,经过吸泥管吸入泵体并经过排泥管送至排泥区。
如图1所示,在泵舱管系内,液压闸阀1安装在船体尾部进口处,通过液压闸阀1通往一级或二级舱内泵。主船体尾部泵舱吸排管系适用频繁,泥管需要进邬维修,当液压闸阀1失效时,通过在主船体尾部设置了旁通来解决,并在旁通的出泥口上安装蝴蝶门装置,通过蝴蝶门装置实现旁通的开通和闭合。
但是,由于主船体尾部的旁通出泥口到甲板面之间为非平面结构,使得蝴蝶门装置的导轨不能按照常规方法进行安装,而且,蝴蝶门装置上的密封圈与旁通出泥口的接触面之间的平面贴合度要求又非常高,使得现有蝴蝶门装置上的密封圈与旁通出泥口的接触面之间的密性要求达不到设计要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于绞吸式挖泥船的滑轨式旁通蝴蝶门装置,满足了蝴蝶门装置的存放、下发及回收,也解决了蝴蝶门装置上密封圈与旁通出口接触面的密封性要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于绞吸式挖泥船的滑轨式旁通蝴蝶门装置,包括:导轨、密封结构和滑轮组,导轨铺设于旁通的出泥口位置,密封结构用于密闭旁通的出泥口,滑轮组用于下发和回收密封结构;
所述密封结构,包括:门板,门板的正面上通过密封圈底座设有气胀式密封圈,气胀式密封圈上连有气动结构,门板的上端设有用于连接滑轮组的连接结构,门板下端的两侧均连有下滑块,门板中部的两侧均连有上滑块,上滑块、下滑块沿导轨移动;
所述连接结构,包括:设于门板上端中部的第一眼板,及分别开设于门板上端两侧对角上的吊耳;
所述气动结构,包括:气动软管,气动软管的一端与气胀式密封圈相连,气动软管的另一端依次连有三通卡套阀、减压阀和卡套阀;
所述滑轮组,包括:索具头、钢丝绳、摆动结构、钢索滑轮、转向滑轮、吊索和吊环,钢丝绳的一端与吊环相连,钢丝绳的另一端依次穿过转向滑轮、钢索滑轮与索具头相连,索具头又与第一眼板相连,钢索滑轮连于摆动结构上,吊索具有两根,分别与门板上端两侧对角上的吊耳相连;
所述摆动结构,包括:第二眼板,第二眼板上穿设有转轴,连于转轴上的摆动板,钢索滑轮连于摆动板上。
所述的气胀式密封圈的压强为3bar。
所述的气动软管通过尼龙管卡固定于门板上。
所述的气动软管的长度为8米。
所述的三通卡套阀、减压阀和卡套阀之间通过空气管路相连。
所述的空气管路的压强为10bar。
所述的三通卡套阀的压强为2bar、卡套阀的压强为10bar、减压阀的压强为2~10bar。
所述的摆动板焊接于转轴上。
所述的第一眼板上连有卸扣,卸扣与索具头相连。
所述的吊环上连有钢丝绳夹。
在上述的技术方案中,本发明所提供的一种用于绞吸式挖泥船的滑轨式旁通蝴蝶门装置,设置了专门的导轨、气胀式密封圈的气动装置及摆动式滑轮,满足了蝴蝶门装置的存放、下发及回收,蝴蝶门装置上密封圈与主船体旁通的出泥口接触面的密性要求。最终避免了泥管的进邬维修,提升了安全性,降低了建造成本,建造过程中及完工后满足了船东对于设备维修的要求,对今后大型挖泥船泥管维修具有重要参考价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请结合图1至图6所示,本发明所提供的一种用于绞吸式挖泥船的滑轨式旁通蝴蝶门装置,包括:导轨101、密封结构3和滑轮组4,导轨101铺设于旁通的出泥口100位置,密封结构3用于密闭旁通的出泥口100,滑轮组4用于下发和回收密封结构3。
较佳的,所述密封结构3,包括:门板31,门板31的正面上通过密封圈底座32设有气胀式密封圈33,密封圈底座32的机械加工表面做油脂保护,气胀式密封圈33上还连有气动结构5,气动结构5,包括:气动软管51,气动软管51的一端与气胀式密封圈33相连,气动软管51的另一端通过空气管路52依次连有三通卡套阀53、减压阀54和卡套阀55,气动软管51的长度为8米,并通过尼龙管卡固定于门板31上,气胀式密封圈33的压强为3bar,空气管路52的压强为10bar,三通卡套阀53的压强为2bar,卡套阀55的压强为10bar,减压阀54的压强为2~10bar,通过气动结构5对气胀式密封圈33进行充气,实现蝴蝶门装置上的气胀式密封圈33与旁通的出泥口100接触面的密封,气动软管51与空气管路52之间通过固定块56、及软管接头57连接。门板31的上端设有用于连接滑轮组4的连接结构,门板31下端的两侧均连有下滑块34,门板31中部的两侧均连有上滑块35,上滑块35、下滑块34均可沿导轨101移动,使蝴蝶门装置在旁通的出泥口100位置上下移动。
常规的法兰密封是在法兰面上加密封圈,由于蝴蝶门装置位置位于船体尾部,接触面位于不同的设备上,泥管法兰与结构焊接,焊接后法兰面的平面度难以控制,而本发明蝴蝶门装置采用了气胀式密封圈33,通过外接的气动结构5的原理连接,给气胀式密封圈33充气,实现密封功能。
较佳的,所述连接结构,包括:设于门板31上端中部的第一眼板36,及分别开设于门板31上端两侧对角上的吊耳37。
较佳的,所述滑轮组4,包括:索具头41、钢丝绳42、摆动结构、钢索滑轮43、转向滑轮44、吊索45和吊环46,钢丝绳42的一端与吊环46相连,并再通过钢丝绳夹47固定,钢丝绳42的另一端依次穿绕过转向滑轮44、钢索滑轮43与索具头41相连,索具头41又通过卸扣与第一眼板36相连,钢丝绳42用于拉升密封结构3,钢索滑轮43安装于摆动结构上,吊索45具有两根,分别与门板31上端两侧对角上的吊耳37相连,用于平衡及辅助拉升密封结构3。
较佳的,所述摆动结构,包括:第二眼板47,第二眼板47上穿设有转轴48,焊接于转轴48上的摆动板49,钢索滑轮43安装于摆动板49上,实现滑轮的摆动,避免拉升过程中由于斜面导致的拉升空间不足。同时设置专门的吊耳37、钢索滑轮43、转向滑轮44配合以实现本蝴蝶门装置的升降机回收。
请结合图7所示,将导轨101按出泥口100的斜面布置完成,根据本蝴蝶门装置的拉升高度布置摆动结构及滑轮组4,需要使用时,首先确认钢丝绳42与气动结构5连接到位,且无漏气现象。
将本蝴蝶门装置下放:使用两侧两根吊索45调整本蝴蝶门装置到导轨101位置,人力稍微辅助使门板31贴紧舱壁,沿导轨101下放门板31,同时松两侧吊索45,中间钢丝绳42利用钢索滑轮43张紧缓慢下放,直至钢丝绳42完全不受力,使门板31到位,记录钢丝绳42的长度,常规状态气胀式密封圈33一直有气,如要放气,需要操作放气阀(即为三通卡套阀53)。
将本蝴蝶门装置下放:打开三通卡套阀53放气,将中间的钢丝绳42一端连接吊环46或手拉葫芦,另一端穿过钢索滑轮43、转向滑轮44,牵引本蝴蝶门装置缓慢上行,本蝴蝶门装置上行至箭头标志位置(从桥架侧面可以观察),动用两侧的吊索45向船舶中线方向拉出本蝴蝶门装置,当本蝴蝶门装置到甲板后打开卸扣,松开钢丝绳42,如果要拆卸气动软管51,需要对软管接头57保持封口。
将本蝴蝶门装置存放:本蝴蝶门装置存放于甲板上栏杆旁,左右两根吊索45可直接与之相连,也可以存放在备件舱,中间的钢丝绳42穿过各个滑轮,拆卸后最好挂在原位,气动结构5可与之相连,或存放甲板间,存放时,空气管路52的各个附件上需要做好封口。

1.一种用于绞吸式挖泥船的滑轨式旁通蝴蝶门装置,其特征在于包括:导轨、密封结构和滑轮组,导轨铺设于旁通的出泥口位置,密封结构用于密闭旁通的出泥口,滑轮组用于下发和回收密封结构;
所述密封结构,包括:门板,门板的正面上通过密封圈底座设有气胀式密封圈,气胀式密封圈上连有气动结构,门板的上端设有用于连接滑轮组的连接结构,门板下端的两侧均连有下滑块,门板中部的两侧均连有上滑块,上滑块、下滑块沿导轨移动;
所述连接结构,包括:设于门板上端中部的第一眼板,及分别开设于门板上端两侧对角上的吊耳;
所述气动结构,包括:气动软管,气动软管的一端与气胀式密封圈相连,气动软管的另一端依次连有三通卡套阀、减压阀和卡套阀;
所述滑轮组,包括:索具头、钢丝绳、摆动结构、钢索滑轮、转向滑轮、吊索和吊环,钢丝绳的一端与吊环相连,钢丝绳的另一端依次穿过转向滑轮、钢索滑轮与索具头相连,索具头又与第一眼板相连,钢索滑轮连于摆动结构上,吊索具有两根,分别与门板上端两侧对角上的吊耳相连;
