Abstract

本发明涉及一种倾斜锯齿尾缘叶片,包括尾缘锯齿叶片,所述尾缘锯齿叶片的尾缘锯齿齿根具有一偏向叶片压力面的倾斜角使齿根“钝”的程度减弱,有效抑制齿根区域的尾迹涡,从而控制叶片绕流降噪。锯齿齿根倾斜角的取值范围为20°~30°。本发明对叶片尾缘锯齿的齿根进行倾斜设计,目的在于控制齿根区域的尾迹厚度及尾迹涡,有效抑制小攻角状态时普通尾缘锯齿叶片噪声频谱的“驼峰”,同时在大攻角范围具备优良的噪声抑制效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种尾缘锯齿叶片,特别涉及一种适于全攻角范围流动噪声抑制的倾斜锯齿尾缘叶片。
背景技术
叶片是旋转叶轮机械的重要做功元件,同时也是叶轮机械运行时的重要流动噪声源。为控制流体绕流叶片时产生的噪声,研究人员发展了多孔介质吸声材料、刷式尾缘、叶片穿孔及尾缘锯齿等噪声控制技术。叶片尾缘锯齿是受具有静音飞行特征的鸮类翅羽结构启发而设计的一种仿生形态,其噪声抑制机制在于两个方面:一是不同叶高处辐射的噪声相位不同,导致观测点声压叠加后总声压水平降低;二是锯齿尾缘改变了叶片尾缘涡流尺度,使大涡破碎为小涡。目前,常见的叶片尾缘锯齿为三角形锯齿,一般在叶片尾缘切除材料获得,如图1所示。气流在尾缘锯齿钝型齿根区域形成较厚的流动尾迹,产生附加噪声。相关研究也表明,在大攻角状态下常规的尾缘锯齿可使叶片辐射的噪声降低2~4dB,但在小攻角运行时,尾缘锯齿叶片的远场噪声频谱曲线在中频范围存在一个“驼峰”状的窄带峰,导致整体噪声水平不将反增,从而降低叶片尾缘锯齿的噪声抑制效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述存在的缺陷,提供一种新型的倾斜锯齿尾缘叶片。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种倾斜锯齿尾缘叶片,包括尾缘锯齿叶片,尾缘锯齿叶片的尾缘锯齿齿根具有一偏向叶片压力面的倾斜角用于抑制齿根区域的尾迹涡和降噪。
所述倾斜角的取值范围为20°~30°。
本发明的有益效果在于:对叶片尾缘锯齿齿根进行倾斜设计,使齿根“钝”的程度减弱,有利于控制齿根区域尾迹厚度及尾迹涡,可有效抑制小攻角状态时普通尾缘锯齿叶片噪声频谱的“驼峰”,同时在大攻角范围具备优良的噪声抑制效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
按照一定相对齿宽λ/c、相对齿高h/c对叶片尾缘进行锯齿化,获得常规锯齿尾缘叶片,如图1所示。
本发明在常规尾缘锯齿叶片(图1)的基础上,对锯齿齿根进行倾斜设计,获得一种新型的倾斜锯齿尾缘叶片,如图2至图3所示,尾缘锯齿叶片上面为吸力面A,下面为压力面B,尾缘锯齿叶片的尾缘锯齿齿根具有一偏向叶片压力面的倾斜角倾斜角度值越小,齿根部分“钝”的程度就越弱,越有利于抑制齿根区域的尾迹涡,降噪效果也就越好,倾斜角的取值范围为20°~30°。

1.一种倾斜锯齿尾缘叶片,包括尾缘锯齿叶片,其特征在于:所述尾缘锯齿叶片的尾缘锯齿齿根具有一偏向叶片压力面的倾斜角用于抑制齿根区域的尾迹涡和降噪。
2.根据权利要求1所述的倾斜锯齿尾缘叶片,其特征在于:所述倾斜角的取值范围为20°~30°。
