The working principle of the whole system is as follows: the initial non-woven fabric winding drum is placed on a winding shaft in a non-woven fabric winding traction device, the head end of a single non-woven fabric is sequentially penetrated through a non-woven fabric traction roller (the non-woven fabric penetrates through the traction roller in a W shape from top to bottom), an arc-shaped cloth sliding rod, an upper cloth folding partition plate, a lower cloth folding partition plate, two vertical conveying rollers, a leveling structure, a transverse pulling roller group and a rotary shearing cutter group, the non-woven fabric sheet is folded and cut into long strips with a certain length, then the long strips arrive at the front of two strip sheet doubling devices which are conveyed to the tail end on a sheet strip conveying belt, an operator standing in front of the strip sheet doubling devices picks up the long strips of sheet material to place at a limit baffle for alignment, presses an operation start button, and completes the operation of folding and blocking the long strips of sheet material, so that the package can be taken down.
The whole operation process is an integral work flow of the whole equipment, and the system work process and the principle can show that the invention provides brand-new operation drape cloth from a cloth roll to a single packaged blocky drape cloth folding, cutting and doubling system equipment, which has the advantages of high efficiency, continuity and smoothness, regular products, flexible and convenient equipment adjustment, effectively saving labor cost, greatly improving the whole work efficiency and obvious use effect.
