The buffer wear-resistant caster connector as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a grease supply mechanism for supplying grease to the spare grease storage bowl, wherein the grease supply mechanism comprises a grease nipple and a grease gun, the grease nipple comprises a grease nipple housing and an outer rotor motor, a grease passage is provided in the grease nipple housing, the grease passage penetrates through the lower side of the grease nipple housing to form a grease outlet located above the spare grease storage bowl, the outer rotor motor comprises an inner stator and an outer rotor, the grease nipple housing is connected to the inner stator, the outer rotor is connected to an outlet plug for closing the grease outlet through a connecting spring plate, the outlet plug abuts against the grease gun outlet under the elastic force of the connecting spring plate when aligned with the grease outlet to close the grease outlet, the grease supply mechanism comprises a gun barrel and a push plate connected in the gun barrel in a sliding and sealing manner, the push plate divides the gun barrel into an oil cavity and an air cavity, the oil cavity is communicated with the inlet end of the lubricating grease channel, and the air cavity is provided with an air inlet electric valve.

The buffer wear-proof caster connector as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outlet plug is of a hollow structure, the inner tank of the outlet plug contains a solvent, the upper end of the outlet plug is provided with a plurality of volatilizing through holes located inside the outlet when the outlet plug is sealed in the grease outlet and a lubrication hole sealing plate made of ferromagnetic iron for covering the volatilizing through holes, the lubrication hole sealing plate is provided with a sliding column penetrating the outlet plug, the outlet plug is provided with a cover closing spring for covering the volatilizing through holes with the driving lubrication hole sealing plate connected with the sliding column, and the lubrication passage is provided with a permanent magnet for adsorbing the lubrication hole sealing plate and opening the lubrication hole sealing plate.

The buffer wear-resistant caster connector as claimed in claim 4, wherein the grease supplying mechanism further comprises a control mechanism, the control mechanism comprises a control unit, a vertical rack connected to the crosspiece, a gear meshed with the vertical rack, and a detecting unit for detecting the number of turns of the gear, the gear is connected to the central column through a one-way bearing, and the control unit opens the air intake electric valve and the grease nipple for a set period of time when the detecting unit detects the number of turns of the gear, so that grease in the grease chamber is added into the spare grease storage bowl through the grease nipple.
