The height-variable caster assembly according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the grease supplying mechanism further comprises a control mechanism, the control mechanism comprises a control unit, a vertical rack connected to the crosspiece, a gear meshed with the vertical rack, and a detecting unit for detecting the number of turns of the gear, the gear is connected to the central column through a one-way bearing, and when the detecting unit detects that the gear turns for a set number of turns, the control unit opens the air inlet electric valve and the oil nozzle for a set length of time, so that grease in the oil chamber is added into the spare grease storage bowl through the oil nozzle.
