背景技术
布料是装饰材料中常用的材料,包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料,布料在装饰陈列中起到了相当的作用,常常是整个销售空间中不可忽视的主要力量,大量运用布料进行墙面面饰、隔断、以及背景处理,同样可以形成良好的商业空间展示风格,从织造方式上可以分为,梭织布和针织布二大类,从原材料来划分,棉布、化纤布、麻布、毛纺布、丝绸、及混纺织物等。
军工用布也是布料中的一种,由于军中需要训练,需要长时间在室外进行训练,所以相应的需要在室外进行帐篷的搭建,帐篷长时间在外界会受到外界因素的影响,会被相应的磨损和腐蚀,所以相应的现有的军工用布普遍使用寿命比较短,不利于使用。

本发明的目的在于提供一种使用寿命长的军工用布,具备使用寿命长的优点,解决了现有的军工用布使用寿命短的问题。

2、本发明通过设置多个透气微孔,有效的实现了增加布料的透气性,通过设置耐磨层,耐磨层的材料由有机高分子耐磨材料构成,有效的实现了增加布料的耐磨效果,延长其使用寿命,通过设置隔热层,隔热层的材料由聚苯乙烯树脂制成的泡沫塑料层制成,有效的实现了对外界高热量的阻隔,通过设置抗菌层,抗菌层采用甲壳素纤维包芯纤维织造,能够具有抗感染能力,能够有效的抑制布料内部细菌的滋生,同时在热熔胶层中混合纳米银离子,增强布料的抗菌效果,通过设置防水层,防水层的材料由遇水膨胀型复合阻水带构成,有效的实现了阻水的效果,防止水源对布料的腐蚀,通过设置防紫外线层,防紫外线层的材料由纳米二氧化钛涂层或者丙烯酸涂层构成,防止紫外线对布料的腐蚀,通过设置透气层,透气层的材料由多孔透气薄膜构成,增加了布料的透气性。

请参阅图1,一种使用寿命长的军工用布,包括基层1,基层1以玻璃纤维为经纱,以混纺纤维为纬纱交错编织而成,透气层9的表面开设有多个透气微孔,基层1的内壁固定连接有耐磨层2,耐磨层2的内壁固定连接有阻燃层3,阻燃层3以阻燃纤维为经纱,以阻燃包芯纱为纬纱编织而成,阻燃包芯纱位于阻燃纤维的内壁,阻燃层3的内壁固定连接有隔热层4,隔热层4的内壁固定连接有抗菌层5,抗菌层5的内壁固定连接有缓冲层6,缓冲层6由聚氨酯纤维经纱和聚氨酯纤维纬纱一上一下规律交织而成,缓冲层6的内壁固定连接有防水层7,防水层7的内壁固定连接有防紫外线层8,防紫外线层8的内壁通过粘合剂与透气层9固定连接,粘合剂的材料由热塑性胶黏性纤维或者热固性环氧树脂构成,热塑性胶黏性纤维或者热固性环氧树脂具有高强度的胶接性能,防紫外线层8的内壁固定连有透气层9,通过设置多个透气微孔,有效的实现了增加布料的透气性,通过设置耐磨层2,耐磨层2的材料由有机高分子耐磨材料构成,有效的实现了增加布料的耐磨效果,延长其使用寿命,通过设置隔热层4,隔热层4的材料由聚苯乙烯树脂制成的泡沫塑料层制成,有效的实现了对外界高热量的阻隔,通过设置抗菌层5,抗菌层5采用甲壳素纤维包芯纤维织造,能够具有抗感染能力,能够有效的抑制布料内部细菌的滋生,同时在热熔胶层中混合纳米银离子,增强布料的抗菌效果,通过设置防水层7,防水层7的材料由遇水膨胀型复合阻水带构成,有效的实现了阻水的效果,防止水源对布料的腐蚀,通过设置防紫外线层8,防紫外线层8的材料由纳米二氧化钛涂层或者丙烯酸涂层构成,防止紫外线对布料的腐蚀,通过设置透气层9,透气层9的材料由多孔透气薄膜构成,增加了布料的透气性,通过设置基层1、耐磨层2、阻燃层3、隔热层4、抗菌层5、缓冲层6、防水层7、防紫外线层8和透气层9的配合使用,解决了现有的军工用布使用寿命短的问题,值得推广。
使用时,基层1增加了布料的韧性和耐磨性,增加其使用寿命,耐磨层2进一步的增加了布料的耐磨效果,阻燃层3防止布料在高温时燃烧,隔热层4可以阻挡外界的热量,增加舒适性,抗菌层5使布料具备抗感染的能力,抑制布料内部细菌的滋生,缓冲层6防止外力对布料的损坏,防水层7防止水源对布料的侵蚀,防紫外线层8防止紫外线对布料的腐蚀,透气层9增加布料的透气性,增加使用的舒适性。
综上所述:该使用寿命长的军工用布,通过基层1、耐磨层2、阻燃层3、隔热层4、抗菌层5、缓冲层6、防水层7、防紫外线层8和透气层9的配合使用,解决了现有的军工用布使用寿命短的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种使用寿命长的军工用布,包括基层(1),其特征在于:所述基层(1)的内壁固定连接有耐磨层(2),所述耐磨层(2)的内壁固定连接有阻燃层(3),所述阻燃层(3)的内壁固定连接有隔热层(4),所述隔热层(4)的内壁固定连接有抗菌层(5),所述抗菌层(5)的内壁固定连接有缓冲层(6),所述缓冲层(6)的内壁固定连接有防水层(7),所述防水层(7)的内壁固定连接有防紫外线层(8),所述防紫外线层(8)的内壁固定连有透气层(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的军工用布,其特征在于:所述基层(1)以玻璃纤维为经纱,以混纺纤维为纬纱交错编织而成,所述透气层(9)的表面开设有多个透气微孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的军工用布,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(3)以阻燃纤维为经纱,以阻燃包芯纱为纬纱编织而成,阻燃包芯纱位于阻燃纤维的内壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的军工用布,其特征在于:所述缓冲层(6)由聚氨酯纤维经纱和聚氨酯纤维纬纱一上一下规律交织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的军工用布,其特征在于:所述防紫外线层(8)的内壁通过粘合剂与透气层(9)固定连接,粘合剂的材料由热塑性胶黏性纤维或者热固性环氧树脂构成,热塑性胶黏性纤维或者热固性环氧树脂具有高强度的胶接性能。
