Abstract
本发明公开了一抗菌复合纤维面料,其特征在于,包括:它由经纱和纬纱相互交错编织而成,所述经纱由甲壳素黏胶纤维、涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维混合制成,所述纬线由纬线1和纬线2混合编织而成,所述纬线1由动物蛋白纤维和竹纤维混合编织而成,所述纬线2由氨纶纤维、阿克力纤维和天然彩棉纤维混合编织而成。所述纬线1和纬线2的面料纤维中增加了氧化钛纳米微粒。通过上述方式,本发明的一抗菌复合纤维面料,舒适透气,纤维中加入氧化钛纳米微粒,通过阳光中或灯泡中的紫外线的照射,可以将此纤维织造的布料上的污垢分解成水和二氧化碳,还能杀灭细菌。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料设计领域,特别是涉及一抗菌复合纤维面料。
背景技术
近年来,随着科学技术的不断发展,人们对面料的要求也越来越高,为满足人们不同需要,纺织品面料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,在生产力迅猛的当下,化纤成分的面料也逐步被人们重新重视起来,现有的化纤布料有着不透气,抗菌功能差等问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明主要是针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种抗菌复合纤维面料,具有优良的吸湿保温功能,舒适透气,纤维中加入氧化钛纳米微粒,通过阳光中或灯泡中的紫外线的照射,可以将此纤维织造的布料上的污垢分解成水和二氧化碳,还能杀灭细菌。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一抗菌复合纤维面料,其特征在于,它由经纱和纬纱相互交错编织而成, 所述经纱由甲壳素黏胶纤维、涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维混合制成,所述纬线由纬线1和纬线2混合编织而成,所述纬线1由动物蛋白纤维和竹纤维混合编织而成,所述纬线2由氨纶纤维、阿克力纤维和天然彩棉纤维混合编织而成。所述纬线1和纬线2的面料纤维中增加了氧化钛纳米微粒。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的经线密度为28根/cm,所述的纬线密度为32根/cm。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的经线直径为25微米,所述的纬线直径为35微米。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的动物蛋白纤维包括桑天线纤维和/或羊毛纤维。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的经线中, 所述甲壳素黏胶纤维、涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维的重量比分别为:15-20份、8-12份、1-5份。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的经线中, 所述纬线2中氨纶纤维、阿克力纤维和天然彩棉纤维的重量比分别为:2-8份、6-12份份、1-6份。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明的一抗菌复合纤维面料,通过上述方式,本发明的一抗菌复合纤维面料,舒适透气,纤维中加入氧化钛纳米微粒,通过阳光中或灯泡中的紫外线的照射,可以将此纤维织造的布料上的污垢分解成水和二氧化碳,还能杀灭细菌。

1.一抗菌复合纤维面料,其特征在于,它由经纱和纬纱相互交错编织而成, 所述经纱由甲壳素黏胶纤维、涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维混合制成,所述纬线由纬线1和纬线2混合编织而成,所述纬线1由动物蛋白纤维和竹纤维混合编织而成,所述纬线2由氨纶纤维、阿克力纤维和天然彩棉纤维混合编织而成。
2.所述纬线1和纬线2的面料纤维中增加了氧化钛纳米微粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌复合纤维面料,其特征在于,所述的经线密度为28根/cm,所述的纬线密度为32根/cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌复合纤维面料,其特征在于,所述的经线直径为25微米,所述的纬线直径为35微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌复合纤维面料,其特征在于,所述的动物蛋白纤维包括桑天线纤维和/或羊毛纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌复合纤维面料,其特征在于,所述的经线中, 所述甲壳素黏胶纤维、涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维的重量比分别为:15-20份、8-12份、1-5份。
