背景技术
急性白血病是造血干细胞的恶性克隆性疾病，发病时骨髓中异常的原始细胞及幼稚细胞大量增殖并抑制正常造血，广泛浸润肝、脾、淋巴结等脏器。表现为贫血、出血、感染和浸润等征象。
中医学认为白血病的发病多在内在虚损、阴阳失和、脏腑虚弱的基础上温热毒邪等乘虚而人所致。1、精气内虚是本病发生的内因，与肝脾肾关系密切。情志不畅，肝气郁结，气血失和，阴阳失调。长期偏食而致脾虚，气血生化无源，在儿童患者中较为明显。2、温热毒邪本病尤其是急性白血病具有起病急，发展迅速，病情险恶，易于复发及预后不良等特点，故温热毒邪是本病发生的重要外因。

黄芪10-20份、茯苓10-20份、当归10-20份、半枝莲10-30份、荨麻10-30份、槐角10-20份、何首乌5-10份、浙贝母5-10份、紫丹参10-15份、青蒿10-15份、女贞子10-20份、龟板胶5-10份、熟地黄10-20份、桂枝10-15份、菟丝子20-30份、蒲葵子20-30份、厚朴5-10份、参三七10-20份。
优选地，由以下重量份的原料制备而成：

S3、将所得的中药粉置于负压罐内，加入6倍量的体积浓度为75～85％的乙醇溶液，在-6MPa、30～50℃的条件下，处理30～60min后，回收乙醇，过滤，得提取液，喷雾干燥，即得组合物。

黄芪10份、茯苓10份、当归10份、半枝莲10份、荨麻10份、槐角10份、何首乌5份、浙贝母5份、紫丹参10份、青蒿10份、女贞子10份、龟板胶5份、熟地黄10份、桂枝10份、菟丝子20份、蒲葵子20份、厚朴5份、参三七10份。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于治疗急性白血病的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料制备而成：
黄芪20份、茯苓20份、当归20份、半枝莲30份、荨麻30份、槐角20份、何首乌10份、浙贝母10份、紫丹参15份、青蒿15份、女贞子20份、龟板胶10份、熟地黄20份、桂枝15份、菟丝子30份、蒲葵子30份、厚朴10份、参三七20份。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于治疗急性白血病的中药组合物，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料制备而成：
黄芪15份、茯苓15份、当归15份、半枝莲20份、荨麻20份、槐角15份、何首乌7.5份、浙贝母7.5份、紫丹参12.5份、青蒿12.5份、女贞子15份、龟板胶7.5份、熟地黄15份、桂枝12.5份、菟丝子25份、蒲葵子25份、厚朴7.5份、参三七15份。
5.用于治疗急性白血病的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
S1、按权利要求1-4任一项所述的配方称取各组分；
S2、将称取的黄芪、茯苓、当归、半枝莲、荨麻、槐角、何首乌、浙贝母、紫丹参、青蒿、女贞子、龟板胶、熟地黄、桂枝、菟丝子、蒲葵子、厚朴份、参三七洗净后，切段、切片，置于低温破壁机中，在-25～10℃、CO2气体保护下进行冷冻破壁，得到破壁中药粉；
S3、将所得的中药粉置于负压罐内，加入6倍量的体积浓度为75～85％的乙醇溶液，在-6MPa、30～50℃的条件下，处理30～60min后，回收乙醇，过滤，得提取液，喷雾干燥，即得组合物。
