The general diagnosis device 400 integrates blood pressure detection, blood sugar detection, oxyhemoglobin saturation detection, pulse rate detection, body temperature detection and ECG electrocardiogram which are commonly used by general doctors, and can acquire the measurement results of height and weight in a wired or wireless connection mode, and the measurement data is automatically digitally fused with other data of a patient, so that the working intensity of nursing personnel can be effectively reduced, and the general diagnosis device becomes an effective auxiliary tool for diagnosis and treatment of the general doctors.
In one embodiment, the medical nursing bed further comprises a camera disposed on the general diagnosis apparatus 400, and the camera is used for collecting videos of the user of the intelligent nursing bed 100 in real time and sending the videos to the monitoring system 300 for displaying.
The technical scheme of this embodiment helps family members and nursing staff to know the real-time situation of patient directly through monitored control system 300 through the camera on the diagnosis equipment 400 of the branch of academic or vocational study, has further improved the convenience of nursing the patient.

Claims (10)

1. A medical care apparatus, comprising: the intelligent nursing bed comprises an intelligent nursing bed, an intelligent medicine box and a monitoring system; wherein the intelligent nursing bed and the intelligent medicine box are communicatively connected to the monitoring system;
the intelligent nursing bed is provided with an attitude adjusting mechanism controlled by the monitoring system;
the intelligent medicine chest is arranged on the intelligent nursing bed; the intelligent medicine box is provided with a medicine conduit for leading out the medicines in the intelligent medicine box; the posture adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the posture of a user of the intelligent nursing bed so that the intelligent medicine box can lead out the medicine to the user through the medicine conduit;
the monitoring system stores nursing information of a user of the intelligent nursing bed, and is used for controlling the posture adjusting mechanism to adjust the posture of the user on the intelligent nursing bed according to the nursing information and controlling the intelligent medicine box to lead out medicines to the user through the medicine guide pipe according to the nursing information; the care information includes: the condition, the time of taking the medicine, the record of taking the medicine, and the care condition information of the user.

The medical care apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring system includes an information management server and a monitoring terminal; the monitoring terminal is respectively connected to the intelligent nursing bed and the intelligent medicine box in a communication mode through the information management server;
the information management server is used for storing nursing information of a user of the intelligent nursing bed;
the monitoring terminal is used for acquiring the nursing information stored by the information management server and controlling the posture adjusting mechanism and the intelligent medicine box through the information management server according to the nursing information.
3. The medical nursing equipment as set forth in claim 2, wherein the information management server is an information management server based on an MVC framework, and is provided with a MySQL database server and an HBase database server for storing the nursing information;
the monitoring terminal comprises a handheld terminal or a personal computer of a nursing staff, and is used for the nursing staff to log in the information management server and obtain the nursing information from the MySQL database server or the HBase database server.
4. The medical care apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the smart care bed comprises a bed body and a control system; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the bed body is provided with the posture adjusting mechanism; the control system is in communication connection with the monitoring system;
the control system is used for receiving the control instruction sent by the monitoring system and controlling the attitude adjusting mechanism according to the control instruction.
5. The medical care apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising a gesture detection device signally connected to the control system; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the gesture detection device is used for detecting a gesture signal sent by a user of the intelligent nursing bed, and controlling the gesture adjusting mechanism to adjust the gesture of the user through the control system according to the gesture signal.
6. The medical care device of claim 4, further comprising a vital signs monitoring device wirelessly connected to the control system; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the sign monitoring equipment is used for being worn on a user of the intelligent nursing bed, collecting sign information of the user, sending the sign information to the control system, and transmitting the sign information to the monitoring system through the control system to be displayed.
7. The medical care equipment of claim 1, wherein the intelligent medicine box comprises a microcontroller, and a network interface and a liquid crystal touch screen in signal connection with the microcontroller; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the microcontroller is in communication connection with the monitoring system through the network interface, acquires drug export time set by a user through the liquid crystal touch screen, and exports the drug through the drug catheter according to the drug export time.
8. The medical care equipment of claim 7, wherein the intelligent medicine chest further comprises a voice module, a photosensitive sensor and a temperature and humidity sensor in signal connection with the microcontroller; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the voice module is used for inputting medicine taking prompt voice and sending the medicine taking prompt voice to the microcontroller, and playing the medicine taking prompt voice sent by the microcontroller;

the temperature and humidity sensor is used for collecting temperature and humidity information of the environment around the intelligent nursing bed, sending the temperature and humidity information to the microcontroller, and transmitting the temperature and humidity information to the monitoring system through the microcontroller to be displayed.
9. The medical care apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a general diagnosis apparatus; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the general diagnosis equipment is arranged on the intelligent nursing bed and is in communication connection with the monitoring system;
the general diagnosis equipment is used for acquiring nursing information of a user of the intelligent nursing bed and sending the nursing information to the monitoring system.
10. The medical nursing equipment as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a camera disposed on the general diagnosis equipment for collecting a video of a user of the intelligent nursing bed in real time and sending the video to the monitoring system for displaying.
