阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS）是患者睡眠时反复发生低氧和高碳酸血症，睡眠结构紊乱，既形成心、脑、肺、肾、内分泌紊乱等一系列系统并发症，又是安全生产关注的重要问题，该病是一潜在影响患者生活质量、身体健康和家庭与社会生活的疾患，是近年引起医学界重视的课题 。
OSAS的危害，OSAS患者睡眠时反复的呼吸暂停及低通气 ，导致低氧血症和高碳酸血症，严重者可导致神经调节功能失衡，儿茶酚胺、肾素一血管紧张素、内皮素分泌增加，内分泌功能紊乱及血液动力学等改变 ，造成组织器官缺血、缺氧 ，多系统多器官功能障碍。如对大脑 功能损害引起 的白天嗜睡、困倦乏力、记忆力下降 ，晨间头痛等 ；对心、肺、脑血管损 害引起的肺动脉高压、夜间心律失常、心绞痛 、高血压 、心力衰竭等。
现已证实OSAS是高血压、冠心病、心肌梗塞及脑中风等发病的独立危险因素。很多证据提示，高血压和OSAS有某种关系，OSAS中有 15％ ～30％合并高血压，高血压患者中20％ ～30％伴有 OSAS。OSAS病因。上呼吸道狭窄或堵塞是OSAS的主要病因。有结果表明77．8％有上呼吸道某个或几个相邻的解剖平面狭窄 。睡眠时上气道狭窄 、软组织松驰、舌根的后置、松驰等，在吸气时胸腔负压的作用下，软腭、舌体坠入咽腔紧贴咽后壁 ，造成上气道阻塞 ，引起阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停。

进一步优选，所述的中药枕芯的制备方法为：将中药原料按照重量份原料配比后将铁皮石斛叶、合欢花、冬花、淡竹叶、茶叶进行揉碎处理为揉碎混合物，将黄芪、橙皮、酸枣仁、香附、瓜蒌皮、薤白、半夏、茯苓、炒白术、桂枝、川芎、决明子、女真子在65-75℃温度下烘焙50-70min后采用粉碎机粉碎成200-300目的颗粒物，将揉碎混合物和颗粒物与香蒲绒、苦荞麦壳、决明子直接填充在中药枕芯内即可。

1.一种OSAS成人安睡枕，其特征在于：所述的安睡枕包含头枕(1)、抱枕(2)和侧枕(3)，所述的抱枕(2)和侧枕(3)分别通过第一连接拉链(2-1)和第二连接拉链(3-1)与头枕(1)连接，所述的头枕(1)上设置有凹槽(1-1),头枕(1)的内部设置有带有凹槽的枕芯(1-2)，所述的枕芯(1-2)的周围均布有数个磁疗片(1-3)，所述的枕芯(1-2)采用太空棉或者是天然乳胶材料制成，所述的抱枕(2)和侧枕(3)内部设置有填充物层和中药枕芯，且所述的填充物层将中药枕芯包覆在内部，填充物层的厚度为5-8mm，填充物层为树脂棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种OSAS成人安睡枕，其特征在于：所述的头枕(1)的正反面结构相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药枕芯，其特征在于：所述的中药枕芯中填充以下重量份中药原料：铁皮石斛叶50-80份、香蒲绒30-40份、冬花10-20份、淡竹叶30-40份、苦荞麦壳100-150份、合欢花20-30份、黄芪20-30份、橙皮20-30份、酸枣仁10-30份、香附15-30份、瓜蒌皮15-20份、薤白10-15份、半夏15-20份、茯苓20-30份、炒白术20-30份、桂枝15-20份、川芎 45-55 份，茶叶 40-50份，决明子45-55 份，女真子 45-55 份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种中药枕芯，其特征在于：所述的中药枕芯中填充以下重量份中药原料：铁皮石斛叶60份、香蒲绒35份、冬花15份、淡竹叶35份、苦荞麦壳120份、合欢花25份、黄芪25份、橙皮25份、酸枣仁15份、香附18份、瓜蒌皮18份、薤白12份、半夏18份、茯苓25份、炒白术25份、桂枝18份、川芎 50份，茶叶45份，决明子50份，女真子50份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种中药枕芯，其特征在于：所述的中药枕芯的制备方法为：将中药原料按照重量份原料配比后将铁皮石斛叶、合欢花、冬花、淡竹叶、茶叶进行揉碎处理为揉碎混合物，将黄芪、橙皮、酸枣仁、香附、瓜蒌皮、薤白、半夏、茯苓、炒白术、桂枝、川芎、决明子、女真子在65-75℃温度下烘焙50-70min后采用粉碎机粉碎成200-300目的颗粒物，将揉碎混合物和颗粒物与香蒲绒、苦荞麦壳、决明子直接填充在中药枕芯内即可。
