Preferably, the shovel drive cylinder 1530 is a two-bar cylinder.

Such arrangement serves to support and fix the shovel portion connecting sleeve 1540, and enables the shovel portion connecting sleeve 1540 to rotate more smoothly.
In particular, as shown in fig. 8, the roll mechanism further includes a roll bearing assembly 1440, wherein the roll bearing assembly 1440 is disposed between the roll 1400 and the roll shaft housing 1410 to support the roll 1400. Such an arrangement serves to support and fix the winding roller 1400 and to make the rotation of the winding roller 1400 smoother.
In particular implementations, the first shovel portion bearing assembly 1550 includes two second bearing members that are located within the cavity of the shovel portion connecting sleeve 1540 and are disposed opposite to each other at two ends of the shovel portion connecting sleeve 1540; wherein the second bearing member comprises two second bearings.
Preferably, the second bearing is a 6906 bearing.
In particular, as shown in fig. 8, the shovel connecting sleeve 1540 has a mounting portion 1541, the mounting portion 1541 is an annular protrusion provided around an outer circumferential surface of the shovel connecting sleeve 1540, and the mounting portion 1541 has a first end surface and a second end surface; wherein, shovel portion transmission gear 1520 is sleeved on shovel portion connecting sleeve 1540, shovel portion transmission gear 1520 is in contact with the first end face of mounting portion 1541.

Second shovel bearing assembly 1560 is disposed between a second end surface of mounting portion 1541 and mounting bracket end cap 1210 to limit axial movement of shovel coupling sleeve 1540.
Preferably, second blade bearing assembly 1560 is a 6211 bearing.

In specific implementation, the pressing portion 1600 is obliquely arranged relative to the winding roller 1400, so that the winding roller wound with the winding roller rotates smoothly on the basis that the pressing portion 1600 plays a role in pressing the winding roller; and the straight plate section 1620 and the bent plate section 1630 extend along the extending direction of the roller 1400 so as to be convenient for integrally pressing the roller skin on the roller, and ensure that the diameters of the roller skin in the extending direction are equal after the roller skin is manufactured into a product.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the coil stock mechanism includes a first floating joint 1570, one end of the first floating joint 1570 is connected to the shovel portion transmission rack 1510, and the other end of the first floating joint 1570 is connected to the shovel portion driving cylinder 1530.

To fix the roll driving motor 1430, as shown in fig. 8, the roll mechanism includes a motor mount 1450, the motor mount 1450 is mounted on the mounting frame 1200, and the roll driving motor 1430 is mounted on the motor mount 1450.
The specific implementation mode of the material rolling mechanism comprises the following steps:
As shown in fig. 4, the shoveling action in the coiling of the coiling mechanism: the baking sheet 3 moves in the direction of arrow a, and the winding roller 1400 actively rotates counterclockwise. The roasted egg roll skin without the roll 1400 stuck thereto is scooped up by the scooping section 1500 at an angle, and the length of the scooped egg roll skin exceeds the scooping section 1500.
As shown in fig. 5, the shovel 1500 is driven by the shovel driving rack and the shovel driving gear in fig. 7 to turn over, the baking plate 3 and the roller 1400 stop moving at the moment, and the baked egg roll skin is folded to 3/4 of the roller 1400.
As shown in fig. 6, the shovel 1500 in the coil mechanism is reset, and the pressing unit 1600 presses down: the shovel 1500 is turned back to the first position by the shovel drive rack in fig. 7 driving the shovel drive gear. The pressing portion driving cylinder 1610 drives the pressing portion 1600 to press the baked egg roll skin, and at this moment, the baking plate 3 continues to translate in the direction of arrow a, the winding roller 1400 actively rotates counterclockwise, and the egg roll winding operation starts.
As shown in fig. 7, the power of the shovel driving cylinder 1530 is transmitted to the shovel driving gear 1520 through the shovel driving rack 1510, and the shovel connecting sleeve 1540 is rigidly connected to the shovel driving gear 1520 and the shovel 1500, so that the vertical movement of the shovel driving rack 1510 is converted into the rotational movement of the shovel driving gear 1520, that is, the shovel 1500 performs a turning movement, and the turning angle of the shovel is adjustable by the limit part 1580; the pressing portion driving cylinder 1610 drives the pressing portion 1600 to lift and press down.
As shown in fig. 8, the power of the roller driving motor 1430 is transmitted to the roller 1400 through the first coupling 1460, the roller 1400 is supported and fixed by the roller bearing assembly 1440 sleeved on the roller shaft sleeve 1410, the shovel portion transmission gear 1520 and the shovel portion 1500 are fixed to the shovel portion connecting sleeve 1540, the first shovel portion bearing assembly 1550 supports and fixes the shovel portion connecting sleeve 1540, and the second shovel portion bearing assembly 1560 fixes the shovel portion connecting sleeve 1540 to the mounting frame 1200.
The invention solves the following technical problems:
1. the loss rate of the egg roll material is reduced;
2. Improving the quality of the egg roll finished product.
According to the material rolling mechanism, the material shoveling part 1500 is driven by the gear rack to realize rotary shoveling and rotary resetting of the material shoveling part 1500; the press part 1600 driven by the air cylinder in the process of coiling the egg roll meets the molding quality requirement. The beneficial effects are as follows:
The material rolling mechanism increases the material shoveling part 1500 and the components for driving the material shoveling part 1500, so that the loss rate of egg roll materials is reduced; meanwhile, in the coil stock, the egg roll forming diameter meets the technical requirement because of the auxiliary pressure of the pressing part 1600, and compared with the traditional coil stock mechanism, the egg roll finished product quality is improved from 80% to 99.5%.
In the making process of the egg roll, firstly, the upper baking plate of the baking plate positioned at the grouting position is in an open state, at the moment, the baking plate is heated, a grouting signal is sent to a grouting mechanism after the baking plate is heated to a preset temperature, and a grouting nozzle of the grouting mechanism moves to the upper side of the lower baking plate to perform grouting; after grouting is completed, the baking plate moves to an adjusting position, the grouting nozzle leaves the grouting position, and the baking plate moving to the adjusting position is closed under the action of the stirring component and toasts the slurry into a roll skin; then, the baking plate is opened under the action of the stirring component and moves to the coil stock position along the moving guide rail under the action of the moving component, and at the moment, the coil stock mechanism starts to work to make the coil skin on the baking plate into a coil shape.
The egg roll forming equipment adopts a mode of combining servo grouting, baking by an electric heating tube with a signal output temperature controller and moving of a servo driving baking plate, has the characteristics of monitoring temperature, automatically adjusting grouting amount and automatically adjusting moving speed of the baking plate, meets the production requirements of multi-specification weight egg rolls, improves production efficiency and reduces material loss.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
