针对上述现有技术中存在的缺点,本发明的一种复配饲料及利用该复配饲料养殖土鸡的方法,极大的提高了存活率、产蛋率、生长速度,且具有节约成本的优点,其肉质鲜美,受到人们的广泛欢迎。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明的一种复配饲料,由以下重量份原料组成:玉米55-60份,豆粕18-22份,麦麸3-5份、红薯秧10-15份、土元13-16份、蛴螬3-5份,黑水虻粉1-2份,鲜活黑水虻0.5-0.8份和诱食剂0.5-1份。
土元具有破瘀血,续筋骨的作用,用于闭经、产后瘀阻、症瘕等症,亦可用于骨折损伤、瘀滞疼痛、腰部扭伤等症。食用土元具有强健筋骨的功效。其含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪和矿物质,干燥的土元粉中蛋白质含量可高达60%以上,属于典型的高蛋白昆虫,通过测量,土元中的氨基酸含量多种多样,其中,含有人体必需的氨基酸:苏氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸和色氨酸,还含有婴儿必需的氨基酸组氨酸,而且,土元中还含有多达12种脂肪酸,其中,不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的75%,亚油酸占不饱和脂肪酸和28.5%,同时,其中还含有丰富的矿物元素,包括人体必需的微量元素等,具有丰富的营养价值。
蛴螬中也含有丰富的脂肪酸、氨基酸、蛋白质、多糖和生物碱中,且其中的谷氨酸、甘氨酸含量较高,占水解氨基酸总量的40%左右,蛴螬粉对于一些疮疔、脓毒和跌打损伤具有很好的治愈效果和作用。
黑水虻含粗蛋白44%—48%,脂肪34%-35%。,无论从原物质,或是干粉,黑水虻的粗蛋白含量都和鲜鱼,鱼粉及肉骨粉相近或略髙,为腐生性的水虻科昆虫,能够取食畜禽粪便和生活垃圾,生产高价值的动物蛋白饲料,因其繁殖迅速,生物量大、食性广泛、吸收转化率高,容易管理、饲养成本低、动物适口性好等特点,从而进行资源化利用,通过喂食黑水虻,能显著降低饲料原料成本。
其中,上述诱食剂由以下重量份原料组成:猪油1-2份、葡萄籽干粉3-4份、陈皮2-3份、山楂0.5-0.8份。葡萄籽干粉为将葡萄籽晒干磨制而成的粉状物质,其中也含有丰富的氨基酸、维生素和矿物质,还含有丰富的油脂和少量的挥发性成分,散发出香气,能诱导鸡苗进食;而陈皮和山楂则具有养胃和开胃的作用,能保证鸡苗正常生长。
本发明中,上述复配饲料的制备方法如下:
(1)将除鲜活黑水虻以外的其他所有组份放入粉碎机中粉碎均匀成粉末;
(2)将上述粉末混合均匀制成粒径为2-3mm的饲料颗粒;
(3)在饲料颗粒中放入鲜活黑水虻,并搅拌均匀。
本发明还提供了一种利用上述的复配饲料养殖土鸡的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)建舍:在山间小河旁边的树林中建造6m*4m*3m体积的鸡舍,鸡舍一角处设置0.8m*1m面积的鸡门,鸡舍另一角上设置4m*1.5m面积的开口,该开口处用钢丝网进行封闭,鸡舍内部放置温湿度控制装置、光照强度控制装置、食槽和水槽;
(2)选种:选择绒毛均匀丰盈有光泽、叫声响亮、健康好动、体重为35-45克、公鸡母鸡比为1:20~1:25的200只鸡苗,放入鸡舍中进行养殖;
(3)养殖管理:将鸡舍内温度设置为32-35℃,湿度设置为45-50%,每天鸡苗光照时间8小时,光照强度800-1500Lux,喂以复配饲料,待鸡苗长至20天龄后,打开鸡门,进行放养,让其自由觅食,配合人工补料;
(4)鸡舍管理:定期对鸡舍进行清理、冲洗和消毒管理。
a、鸡舍清理管理:鸡舍清理的时间宜早,一般在上批鸡转出或淘汰后1~2 天内开始:(1)将料塔、饲料储存间及料槽清理干净以避免饲料浪费;(2)将鸡舍内的鸡粪清出舍外,保证冲洗效果;(3)按照从上到下的原则对屋顶、坨架、房梁、墙壁、风机、进风口、排风口等处的尘土、蜘蛛网进行清扫;(4)对饮水系统(如饮水管、减压阀)、供电系统(配电箱、开关、电线)、笼具等设备设施进行清扫;(5)对舍内的风机、电器设备控制开关、闸盒等进行包裹或其他保护。鸡舍整理时尽量不要将设施和物品移出舍外,要在舍内进行统一整理、冲洗和消毒。如设施或物品必须移出,则在移出前应进行严格的清扫和消毒,以防止细菌或病毒污染其它区域。
b、鸡舍冲洗管理:鸡舍整理完毕后2~3 天可对鸡舍进行冲洗。冲洗时按照先上后下、先里后外的原则,保证冲洗效果和工作效率,同时还可以节约成本,冲洗的顺序为:顶棚、笼架、料槽、粪板、进风口、墙壁、地面、储料间、休息室、操作间、粪沟,防止已经冲洗好的区域被再度污染,墙角、粪沟等角落是冲洗的重点,避免形成死角;冲洗的废水通过鸡舍后部排出舍外并及时清理或发酵处理,防止其对场区和鸡舍环境造成污染。对饮水管与笼具接触处、线槽、料槽、电机、风机等冲洗不到或不易冲洗的部位进行擦洗。进入鸡舍的人员必须穿干净工作服、工作鞋;擦洗时使用清洁水源和干净抹布;及时对抹布进行清洗;洗抹布的污水不能在鸡舍内排放或泼洒,要集中到鸡舍外排放。冲洗整理完毕后,对工作效果要进行检查,储料间、鸡笼、粪板、粪沟、设备的控制开关、闸盒、排风口等部位均要进行检查(每个部位至少取5 个点以上),保证无残留饲料、鸡粪及鸡毛等污物。对于冲洗不合格的,应立即组织重新冲洗并再次进行检查,直到符合要求。
c、鸡舍消毒管理:(1)饮水管消毒:在鸡舍冲洗完毕当天进行,用0.04%的安福消毒液浸泡至少30分钟,最好待鸡舍熏蒸完毕开封后,再用清水冲洗干净;(2)火焰消毒:鸡舍冲洗干燥后进行,主要对笼具、地面等耐高温部位进行,目的是杀灭各种微生物及虫卵;(3)喷洒消毒:在火焰消毒的当天或第二天,舍外墙壁用白灰喷撒消毒,舍内屋顶、地面、笼具及设备,用季铵盐类、络合醛类等消毒液全面喷洒消毒。特殊情况下,可用驱虫药物喷洒,消灭舍内残留的寄生虫和虫卵;(4)熏蒸消毒:在喷洒消毒当天进行,消毒前将所需物及工具移入,将鸡舍的进、出风口,门窗、风机等封严,用21 克/立方米漂白粉和42 毫升/立方米甲醛溶液熏蒸,保证熏蒸时间在24 小时以上,进鸡前1~3 天可进行通风换气并对熏蒸的残留药品清理和冲洗。(5)微生物监测。
其中,上述温湿度控制装置为空调及湿度器。
其中,上述光照强度控制装置为光照强度测量仪和紫外灯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的利用上述复配饲料养殖土鸡的方法极大的提高了存活率(存活率达98%以上)、产蛋率(产蛋率提高15%-25%)、生长速度(提高19%-32%),且具有节约成本的优点(节约20%-30%成本),其肉质鲜美,受到人们的广泛欢迎。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、优点及实施方式显得更加清晰明了,现结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,应当理解,此处所描述的实施例仅仅是对本发明的解释说明,并不构成对本发明的限制。
实施例1
实施例1为2017年度土鸡的养殖过程
养殖位置:湖北省十堰市郧西县
养殖品种:贵妃鸡
养殖时间:2017年4月至2018年4月
养植过程主要包含以下步骤:
一、制备复配饲料
取玉米55-60份,豆粕18-22份,麦麸3-5份、红薯秧10-15份、土元13-16份、蛴螬3-5份,黑水虻粉1-2份,鲜活黑水虻0.5-0.8份和以猪油1-2份、葡萄籽干粉3-4份、陈皮2-3份、山楂0.5-0.8份制成的诱食剂0.5-1份,依次放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,然后将上述粉末混合均匀制粒成粒径为2-3mm的饲料颗粒,然后,再在饲料颗粒中,放入鲜活的黑水虻,并搅拌均匀,以供鸡苗实用。
二、养殖土鸡
(1)建舍:在山间小河旁边的树林中建造6m*4m*3m体积的鸡舍,鸡舍一角处设置0.8m*1m面积的鸡门,以供鸡苗放养,鸡舍另一角上设置4m*1.5m面积的开口,该开口处用钢丝网进行封闭,一方面,可以便于阳光的照射,另一方面能避免鸡苗走失。在鸡舍内部放置温湿度控制装置、光照强度控制装置、食槽和水槽;
(2)选种:选择绒毛均匀丰盈有光泽、叫声响亮、健康好动、体重为35-45克、公鸡母鸡比为1:20~1:25的200只鸡苗,放入鸡舍中进行养殖;
(3)养殖管理:将鸡舍内温度设置为32-35℃,湿度设置为45-50%,每天鸡苗光照时间8小时,光照强度800-1500Lux,喂以复配饲料,待鸡苗长至20天龄后,打开鸡门,进行放养,让其自由觅食,配合人工补料;
(4)鸡舍管理:定期对鸡舍进行清理、冲洗和消毒管理。
其中,上述温湿度控制装置为空调及湿度器,通过空调调节适宜的温度,通过湿度器控制鸡舍内合适的湿度。
其中,上述光照强度控制装置为光照强度测量仪和紫外灯。光照强度测量仪可以测试光照强度,若光照强度不足,则可以通过打开紫外灯进行光照补偿。
对照组1
按照常规方法规模化养殖土鸡,此处不做详细说明。
实施例1与对照组1的实验结果如表1所示:

其中,存活率为出栏前的存活率;感官评定均值为30人(男15女15)进行香味和口感等指标打分,总分为5分,5分为非常诱人,2-4分为一般,1分为差评;平均售价为2018年5月-8月的平均售价(包括零售价与批发价)。
从以上列表可以看出,与常规的规模化养殖土鸡的方法相比,本实施例采用的养殖方法,具有更高的存活率,同时土鸡的生长速度、重量和产蛋率也达到了显著的提升,且口感也更好,能带来极高的经济效益。
另外,长期食用通过上述养殖方法养殖的土鸡的鸡肉和鸡蛋还可以改善腰椎病和女性妇科病。

Claims (6)
1.一种复配饲料,其特征在于:所述复配饲料由以下重量份原料组成:玉米55-60份,豆粕18-22份,麦麸3-5份、红薯秧10-15份、土元13-16份、蛴螬3-5份,黑水虻粉1-2份,鲜活黑水虻0.5-0.8份和诱食剂0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复配饲料,其特征在于:所述诱食剂由以下重量份原料组成:猪油1-2份、葡萄籽干粉3-4份、陈皮2-3份、山楂0.5-0.8份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的土鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述复配饲料的制备方法如下:
(1)将除鲜活黑水虻以外的其他所有组份放入粉碎机中粉碎均匀成粉末;
(2)将上述粉末混合均匀制成粒径为2-3mm的饲料颗粒;
(3)在饲料颗粒中放入鲜活黑水虻,并搅拌均匀。
4.一种利用权利要求1所述的复配饲料养殖土鸡的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
建舍:在山间小河旁边的树林中建造6m*4m*3m体积的鸡舍,鸡舍一角处设置0.8m*1m面积的鸡门,鸡舍另一角上设置4m*1.5m面积的开口,该开口处用钢丝网进行封闭,鸡舍内部放置温湿度控制装置、光照强度控制装置、食槽和水槽;
选种:选择绒毛均匀丰盈有光泽、叫声响亮、健康好动、体重为35-45克、公鸡母鸡比为1:20~1:25的200只鸡苗,放入鸡舍中进行养殖;
养殖管理:将鸡舍内温度设置为32-35℃,湿度设置为45-50%,每天鸡苗光照时间8小时,光照强度800-1500Lux,喂以复配饲料,待鸡苗长至20天龄后,打开鸡门,进行放养,让其自由觅食,配合人工补料;
