一种高档肉鸡养殖技术,是运用微量元素、中医药和生态学原理,采用酵母硒、有机铬、微生物发酵剂、中草药合剂与自配料混合发酵,制成发酵饲料养鸡,养鸡过程采用微生物全面介入。该技术领域利用中国中医药技术、微生态养殖技术、动物营养技术改造传统的养鸡方式,着眼于补硒和改善鸡肉风味。经过120天饲养,鸡肉风味可达到自然放养的同质水平,缩短了土鸡养殖时间,取代了良好的经济效益。
背景技术
1973年,世界卫生组织公布硒为人体必需微量元素。20世纪80年代,我国科学家经系统研究发现,包括癌症、肝炎、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、关节炎等40多种疾病与人体缺硒有关。1988年,中国营养学会将硒列为人体必须的15种微量元素之一,并且建议每天摄食量50-250微克。
我国有72%的县(市)低硒或缺硒,其中:黑龙江、内蒙古、甘肃、青海、四川等地属严重缺硒地区。生产富硒农产品、通过食补方式补硒是最佳的补硒途径。富硒肉、蛋、奶既有利于人体吸收,也更易为消费者所接爱。2012年广西农业厅出台《关于大力开发富硒农产品的意见》(桂农业发〔2012〕102号),广西富硒鸡生产有一定发展,但不少养鸡场仅仅在鸡饲料中添加酵母硒,经宰杀品偿,与饲料鸡口感没有多大差别,消费者不是十分看好,而企业则收效甚微,难打动庞大的富硒鸡、蛋市场。
其实,随着国民生活水平不断提高,公众对鸡肉消费的需求,已从数量转变为质量,更加追求营养补给、风味独特、口感良好、润滑飘香的土鸡肉风味,也就是高档肉鸡。而传统的土鸡生产方法,虽风味绝佳,但要天然放养,喂五谷杂粮,生长速度慢,仅适合农村散养,加上饲养周期长,很难形成规模化养殖,经济效益不太突出,不够适应现代化养鸡生产工艺和要求,因此发展前景还是受到一定限制。
高档肉鸡是绿色食品,绿色食品是未来发展趋势。本发明基于补硒和改善鸡肉品质,以富硒鸡养殖为主线,通过中草药与益生菌发酵,改进养鸡生产工艺及其相应的设施设备,生产高档肉鸡,以期适应规模化养殖要求,非常重要。
本发明依托中医药和微生物工程理论,以“中草药炼制,微生物发酵、添加酵母硒和有机铬、微生物处理饲养环境”为生产工艺,通过中草药和微生物发酵,微生物全程介入,形成规模化养殖,创新发明一种高档肉鸡养殖技术,属国内首创。
本发明生产的高档肉鸡,倡导“中草药炼制、微生物发酵、添加酵母硒和有机铬、微生物处理饲养环境”,既要做到快速生产,又要做到有“风味独特、口感良好、野味十足、四处飘香”的特性。是一种解决我国富硒鸡、土鸡规模化生产、优质肉鸡微生态养殖的核心技术,是高档肉鸡生产新的理论依据。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种高档肉鸡养殖技术,包括以下工艺:首先采用天然中草药两次煎煮;然后将中草药滤液加入红糠水、微生物发酵剂、硒酵母和有机铬,与自配料混合发酵;再将发酵料与全价料混合搅拌,用来养鸡。养鸡过程中采用微生物全程介入,即饲养环境、粪污处理、日常消毒等生产环节均采用微生物处理。经过120天饲养,鸡肉风味可达到自然放养的风味水平。
本发明的一种高档肉鸡养殖技术包括以下步骤:
1、天然中草药两次煎煮
中草药配方由党参20、黄芪15、白术20,杜仲10、陈皮15、紫苏子10、女贞子15、神曲15、山楂15、甘草10、枇杷叶15、葛根20组成。定量称取,首先加10倍重量的水煎煮2小时后得滤液I,然后加入8倍重量的水煎煮2小时后得滤液II,最后合并滤液I和滤液II。
2、中草药、益生菌、微量元素与自配料混合发酵
按照中草药滤液2000ml+饲料发酵剂150g+1%红糠水200kg+硒酵母250g+有机铬150g+自配料300kg的比例,采用搅拌机混合搅拌。然后用薄膜覆盖,分装至容量250kg以上的塑料桶中密封发酵3天,散发酒香味即可使用。该发酵料夏季6天内用完,冬季9天内用完。
3、发酵料与全价料混合
全价料1000kg,与上述发酵料300kg混合而成。即发酵料与全价料混合按3∶10混合。
4、饲养过程微生物全程介入
饲养环境、粪污处理、日常消毒等生产环节全部采用微生物处理,不使用化学消毒剂。
本发明的优点:
1、本发明采用“微生物+硒酵母+有机铬”协同发酵处理,改变没有经过微生物发酵、单独添加酵母硒的富硒鸡养殖模式。适应现代化养鸡生产工艺和要求,实际生产中能缩短生产周期,能形成规模化养殖,经济效益突出,达到快速生产土鸡肉风味的一种饲养方法。
2、利用微生物技术介入养鸡生产全过程。创造了适宜养鸡生长的环境:空气几乎没有氨臭味、温度、湿度、气流舒适怡人,从而挖掘了养鸡生长潜力、解决疫病困扰问题。
3、自配料添加黑豆与构树叶,其主要成分为:玉米60%、豆粕19%、黑豆5%、麦麸8%、构树叶4%、预混料4%。
4、创新动物保健新模式。摒弃非营养性添加剂(含抗生素)动物保健,创新为以微生物发酵中草药为主导的动物保健,再将发酵好的中草药拌入饲料作二次发酵。提高了鸡肉品质。
具体实施方式
实施例1 忻城县润华牧业有限公司高档肉鸡生产
2017年至2018年,来宾市忻城县润华牧业有限公司采用本发明生产高档土鸡。其生产过程如下:
第一步:天然中草药两次煎煮
中草药配方由党参20、黄芪15、白术20,杜仲10、陈皮15、紫苏子10、女贞子15、神曲15、山楂15、松针20、甘草10、枇杷叶15组成。定量称取,首先加10倍重量的水煎煮2小时后得滤液I,然后加入8倍重量的水煎煮2小时后得滤液II,最后合并滤液I和滤液II。
第二步:中草药、益生菌与自配料混合发酵
将中草药滤液2000ml+饲料发酵剂150g+1%红糠水200kg+自配料300kg,采用搅拌机混合搅拌后,装进容量250kg以上的大塑料桶内,用薄膜覆盖,密封发酵3天,散发酒香味即可。自配料主要成分:玉米60%、豆粕19%、黑豆5%、麦麸8%、构树叶4%、预混料4%。
第三步:发酵料与含硒酵母、有机铬的全价料混合
在全价料1000kg中加入硒酵母250g和有机铬150g,混合均匀后,与上述发酵料300kg混合而成。即发酵料与含硒酵母有机铬的全价料混合比为1∶4。
第四步:日常饲养环境采用微生物处理。
养鸡舍内外的日常饲养环境采用微生物处理,即饲养环境安装DDF喷雾装置,并采用200ppm益生菌喷雾,不使用化学消毒剂。
实施结果与分析
2017年6月至2018年8月,本发明人在来宾市忻城县润华牧业有限公司进行高档肉鸡研究,开展快速生产土鸡肉风味饲养试验两次,经测定,采用一种富硒鸡微生态养殖技术,饲养日龄缩短60天,日增重比传统养殖提高19.82%,每公斤增重饲料成本比传统模式降低6.97%,每公斤增重的利润提高31.68%。经屠宰品偿,土鸡肉风味、口感超过传统的自然放牧饲养,可见,这种快速生产土鸡肉风味的饲养方法具有重要的推广价值,对发展高档肉鸡生产具有现实意义。
在广西来宾市的一些地区,已经成功利用本发明饲养高档肉鸡,取得了较好的成绩。但全方位、大面积示范、推广应用上,还有很多工作要做。品牌创建、市场开拓等问题尚待解决。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高档肉鸡养殖技术,其特征在于:所述的发酵料与全价料混合,是指全价料1000kg,与权利要求书3发酵料300kg混合搅拌,用来养鸡。所述养鸡过程微生物介入,是指饲养环境、粪污处理、日常消毒等生产环节均采用微生物处理,不使用化学消毒剂。
