An opening 3 is formed in one side wall of the channel 2, the sliding plate can be movably inserted into the channel 2 through the opening 3 to adjust the size of the channel 2, and the situation that peanut buds are broken or bent due to the fact that peanut buds grow to the bottom of the peanut bud cultivation disc is effectively avoided. According to the actual situation, the openings 3 can be symmetrically arranged on the two opposite side walls of the channel 2.
As another implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, when the space between two adjacent rows of channels 2 is a solid space, corresponding to the opening 3, a sliding groove 4 is further provided on the side wall of the channel 2, and the sliding plate located in the sliding groove 4 can be inserted into the channel 2 through the opening 3 to adjust the size of the channel 2. As one implementation mode of the sliding plate, the thickness of one side of the sliding plate, which is close to the peanut buds, is smaller than that of one side, which is far away from the peanut buds, so that the sliding plate is arranged, the root removing operation in the later stage of the peanut buds is facilitated, and the root removing operation can be performed quickly only by moving the sliding plate to enable the sliding plate to be inserted into a channel, so that the sliding plate is convenient and practical. As shown in fig. 7, the peanut bud cultivation disk further includes a supporting frame 5, and the supporting frame 5 is used for supporting the peanut bud cultivation disk, which may be cylindrical or square, and may be provided in a plate-like form as shown in fig. 8. when the device works, firstly, a proper amount of water is filled in the water storage disc 7, the water quantity is controlled to be about 10mm lower than the disc opening of the water storage disc 7, and in order to ensure the quality of peanut buds, the water is tap water or groundwater sterilized by ozone; placing peanut buds into a peanut bud cultivation device for later use; the box body 6 is placed in the water storage disc 7, the upper cover of the box body 6 is opened, the peanut bud cultivation device is placed in the box body, the upper cover of the box body 6 is closed, and if the peanut bud cultivation device is placed in a superposition mode, the upper cover of the uppermost box body 6 is closed, and the upper cover is not needed to be used for the lower box body 6.
When it is found that the water in the water storage tray 7 is reduced and the water is added or the water is changed and the water is changed, the box 6 is lifted up to separate the box 6 from the peanut cultivation tray and the water storage tray 7. When the harvesting time is up, opening the upper cover of the box body 6, taking out the peanut bud cultivation disc, and pulling out peanut buds; if the peanut bud without root needs to be obtained, the sliding plate is moved to cut off the root of the peanut bud.
Example 2
The present embodiment 2 provides a method for producing peanut sprouts, comprising the steps of:
1. seed selection
The method comprises the steps of selecting the peanuts produced in the current year, removing diseased seeds, shrunken seeds and broken seeds when the seeds are shelled, and leaving the seeds which are large in size, full in seeds, fresh in color, complete in epidermis and almost in shape.
2. Seed soaking
The seed is sterilized by using hypochlorous acid with the weight percent of 0.1 or bleaching powder with the weight percent of 0.1, then is washed for at least 3 times by using clean water, is placed in an environment with the temperature of 25-28 ℃, and is soaked by the clean water until the seed fully absorbs water and swells.
3. Sowing and sprouting
In the sterilized seedling tray, a layer of seeds is paved, the seed amount of each tray is generally 0.5 kg, and the seedling tray is covered with clean wet gunny bags or wet cloth and the like for moisturizing. Accelerating germination for 24-48 hours until the bud length of peanut buds is 0.5-1 cm.
4. Growth
