A soil cleaning device 1005 is arranged on one side of the U-shaped frame II 1007, the soil cleaning device 1005 is a scraper or a brush or the combination of the scraper and the brush, and the lower end of the soil cleaning device 1005 is in contact with the outer wall of the soil pressing roller 1006; soil cleaning device 1005 cleans soil on soil pressing roller 1006 surface in real time, has avoided soil to harden on soil pressing roller 1006 surface.
