3. The electrothermal film heater according to claim 2, wherein the first clamping plate (4) and the second clamping plate (5) are arranged on the same plane, and the first slot (7) and the second slot (8) enclose a cavity with the cross-sectional shape of the electrothermal film (1) being adapted.
4. A electrothermal film heater according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein there are at least two clamping beams (6), each clamping beam (6) has the projection (9) corresponding thereto and the projection (9) is located between any two clamping beams (6).
5. A electrothermal film heater as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the projection (9) is provided in a radial direction of the first slot (7) and/or the second slot (8).
6. A electrothermal film heater as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the outer contoured edge of the electrothermal film sheet (1) is provided with a protective sleeve (10), and the projection (9) is provided on the protective sleeve (10).
7. An electrothermal film heater according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the support member (11) is a support plate provided at both ends of the clamping beam (6), and the clamping beam (6) and the support plate are spliced and connected.
8. The electrothermal film heater according to claim 7, wherein the insulation structure includes an insulation sheet provided between the clamping beam (6) and the support plate to separate them, the clamping beam (6) and the support plate being connected to the insulation sheet by a connection member (12), respectively.
9. An electrothermal film heater according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the clamping beam (6) is in clamping connection with the electrothermal film sheet (1) at a position away from the connection terminal (2).
10. An electrothermal film heater according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the electrothermal film sheets (1) are plural, and are clamped in the length direction of the clamping beam (6) and form an acute angle with the clamping beam (6).
11. A method of assembling an electrothermal film heater according to any one of claims 1-10, comprising the steps of:
-mounting at least two of said first clamping plates (4) on a support member (11);
inserting one side of the electrothermal film (1) into the first slot (7) of the first clamping plate (4), wherein the convex part (9) on the electrothermal film (1) is positioned between one group of two opposite first clamping plates (4);
mounting at least two second clamping plates (5) to the other side of the electrothermal film sheet (1) through the second slot (8);
mounting the second clamping plate (5) on a supporting part (11);
the connecting terminals (2) are connected to the corresponding connecting terminals.
