In addition, examples of various specific processes and materials are provided herein, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize applications of other processes and/or use of other materials.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present application provides a handle assembly 100 and an air conditioner, wherein the handle assembly 100 is installed at a terminal window (not shown) of an outdoor unit (not shown), and includes: the baffle 110 is provided with a handle 111; the limiting plate 120 is arranged opposite to the baffle plate 110, and the limiting plate 120 and the baffle plate 110 form a limiting groove 130 together; a plurality of clamping pieces 140, a plurality of clamping pieces 140 are arranged in the limiting groove 130 at intervals, and each clamping piece 140 is abutted with the wiring window.
It should be noted that the existing split type air conditioner generally includes an outdoor unit and an indoor unit (not shown), and the indoor unit is in communication with the outdoor unit. The outdoor unit generally has a connection terminal electrically connected to the indoor unit disposed on a side surface thereof, and the outdoor unit has a wiring window reserved on the side surface thereof, the wiring window is used for providing a space for passing wires and an installation position of the handle assembly 100, and the handle assembly 100 is used for manually lifting the outdoor unit.
It should be noted that, in view of the demand of some users to reduce the floor space of the air conditioner and the increasingly strict building requirements, more and more users select one outdoor unit to be simultaneously connected with a plurality of indoor units. Therefore, the weight of one outdoor unit is increased, and at the same time, one outdoor unit needs more connecting terminals to be in telecommunication connection with a plurality of indoor units, so that the size of the wiring window needs to be increased, and the size of the handle assembly 100 needs to be increased.
When the user manually lifts the handle assembly 100, the user grips the handle 111 to exert force. The contact area between the handle assembly 100 and the upper edge of the wiring window is stressed unevenly, but because the size of the handle assembly 100 is large, the middle part of the contact area is stressed greatly, and the stress on the two sides is small, the phenomenon that the two sides of the contact area of the handle assembly 100 are separated from the upper edge of the wiring window may occur, so that the connection between the handle assembly 100 and the outdoor unit is unstable, and the waterproof requirement of the outdoor unit cannot be met.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of fastening members 140 are disposed in the limiting groove 130 at intervals, when the handle assembly 100 is installed at the junction window, the plurality of fastening members 140 abut and fasten the edge of the junction window, and cooperate with the limiting groove 130 to fix the handle assembly 100 to the outdoor unit; when the user lifts the handle assembly 100 manually, the clamping members 140 on both sides and the clamping member 140 in the middle are not affected by different forces because the clamping members 140 are spaced from each other, so that the clamping members 140 on both sides are still fixedly engaged with the edge of the wiring window. The connection stability and the sealing performance between the handle assembly 100 and the outdoor unit are improved, and the waterproof performance of the outdoor unit is improved. Accordingly, the arrangement of sealing sponge between the handle assembly 100 and the wiring window can be reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the number of the clamping members 140 is preferably 10 to 15. The installation stability of the handle assembly 100 at the junction window can be ensured, and the over-setting of the clamping piece 140, which results in the over-high production cost, can be avoided.
Further, in other embodiments, the clamping member 140 may be 5-9, 16-20, etc., and is not limited herein.
Preferably, the clamping member 140 is in interference fit with the upper edge of the wiring window.
Further, in other embodiments, the clamping member 140 may also be in interference fit with the left edge, the right edge, or the lower edge of the wire connection window, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in particular, the handle 111 may be formed by recessing one end of the baffle 110 inward, that is, the handle 111 is integrally formed with the baffle 110. The manufacturing cost of the handle assembly 100 may be reduced and the structural strength of the handle assembly 100 may be improved.
Further, in other embodiments, the handle 111 and the baffle 110 may be detachably connected, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, the limiting plate 120 is disposed opposite to the side of the baffle 110 facing the wiring window, that is, when the handle assembly 100 is installed on the outdoor unit, the limiting plate 120 is located inside the wiring window. Therefore, the edge of the baffle 110 can be completely attached to the wiring window, so that the sealing performance between the handle assembly 100 and the outdoor unit is improved, and the waterproof performance is improved.
Further, in other embodiments, the limiting plate 120 may be disposed opposite to the side of the baffle 110 away from the wiring window, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the abutting surfaces of the clamping members 140 and the wire connection window are flat surfaces, each clamping member has a bearing surface 144, and the bearing surfaces 144 are on the same plane.
The plurality of bearing surfaces 144 are disposed on the same plane, so that the wiring window with smooth edge can be adapted. Thus, the design difficulty of the handle assembly 100 is reduced, and the production cost of the handle assembly 100 is reduced.
In some embodiments, said gripping member 140 comprises a first gripping member 141 and a second gripping member 142, said first gripping member 141 having a thickness not greater than the thickness of said second gripping member 142.
When the user lifts the handle assembly 100 manually, the contact area between the first clamping piece 141 and the second clamping piece 142 and the upper edge of the wiring window is increased by arranging the clamping pieces 140 with different thicknesses, so that the clamping degree between the handle assembly 100 and the wiring window is improved.
Preferably, the number of the second clamping members 142 is 3.
Further, in other embodiments, the number of the second clamping members 142 may also be 2, or 4, or 5, etc. And are not intended to be unduly limited herein.
In some embodiments, a plurality of said second clamping members 142 are equally spaced from each other. Therefore, the clamping capacity of the second clamping piece 142 to the upper edge of the wiring window can be utilized to the maximum extent, and the stability of the handle assembly 100 installed on the outdoor unit is improved.
Further, in other embodiments, the second clamping members 142 may be randomly arranged, and are not limited herein.
In some embodiments, said first gripping member 141 is arranged on both sides of said second gripping member 142.
By arranging the second clamping member 142 in the middle of a plurality of said first clamping members 141, it is possible to arrange all of the areas where the force is concentrated, for example the areas of said check groove 130 corresponding to the handle 111, as the second clamping member 142, while the other areas, i.e. both sides of said second clamping member 142, are provided with said first clamping members 141. Thus, the handle assembly 100 can withstand greater pressure, increasing the useful life of the handle assembly 100.
In some embodiments, second retainer 142 has a thickness a, wherein a satisfies: a is more than or equal to 1.5 and less than or equal to 2 mm.
Further, in other embodiments, a may further satisfy: a is more than or equal to 1.2 and less than 1.5mm, or more than 2mm and less than or equal to 2.5mm, etc., and the limitation is not made herein.
In some embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of said first gripping member 141 and/or said second gripping member 142 is T-shaped.
It should be noted that the household electrical appliance may be made of plastic, but the shrinkage phenomenon is usually generated during the cooling process after the die pressing is completed, which may affect the structural strength and the aesthetic property of the region where the shrinkage phenomenon is generated.
Therefore, by setting the cross-sectional shape of first clamping member 141 and/or second clamping member 142 to be T-shaped, the glue shrinkage phenomenon of first clamping member 141 and/or second clamping member 142 can be reduced, and the structural strength and the aesthetic property of first clamping member 141 and/or second clamping member 142 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the retainer 140 further has a guiding surface 143 on a side close to the position limiting plate 120.
By providing the guiding surface 143, the upper edge of the wire connection window can slide more smoothly onto the clamping member 140 when the handle assembly 100 is installed. Thus, the handle assembly 100 can be more easily and smoothly installed, and the structural strength of the handle assembly 100 can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the handle assembly 100 further includes a fire shield 150, the fire shield 150 being disposed on a side of the flap 110 adjacent the wiring window, the fire shield 150 being removably attached to the flap 110.
It should be noted that, because the baffle 110 and the limiting plate 120 in the embodiment of the present application are made of plastic, the fireproof performance is poor. When accidental conditions such as fire catching and the like occur, effective fire prevention cannot be realized, and the fire prevention defect exists.
The fire-resistant performance of the handle assembly 100 can be greatly improved by adding the fire-resistant plate 150 to the side of the flap 110 adjacent to the wiring window. By detachably connecting the fire prevention plate 150 to the blocking plate 110, convenience in mounting and dismounting the fire prevention plate 150 can be improved.
Preferably, the fireproof plate 150 is a metal plate, and the shape of the fireproof plate matches with the shape of the baffle 110. Thus, the fire-resistant performance of the handle assembly 100 can be ensured, the production cost of the fire-resistant plate 150 can be reduced, and the mass production of the handle assembly 100 is facilitated.
Further, in other embodiments, the fireproof material may be asbestos, glass, or the like, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the flame retardant panel 150 is snap-fit to the baffle 110.
By snap-fitting the fire shield 150 to the shield 110, ease of attachment and detachment of the fire shield 150 may be improved.
