一种环保抑菌型擦手纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本申请属于纸的制备工艺,具体为一种环保抑菌型擦手纸。
背景技术
根据浆料的不同,擦手纸纸浆包括纯木浆、草浆、尾浆、蔗渣浆甚至是再生浆,不同浆料生产的质量不同,有高中低档之分,市面上常见的擦手纸以蔗渣浆原料为主,手感挺硬,擦拭时手感舒适度较差,100%原生木浆精制而成的高档擦手纸质好且微生物指标、物性指标均优于其他原料,近年来发展迅速,产量提升较快。市面上以单层40g/㎡,或者单层20g/㎡以双层中间夹胶复合压花的方式,为了达到在抽取及湿手使用时不易破的目的在生产时添加大量湿强剂,留于纸张表面,带来安全隐患;擦手纸产品仅在原纸抄纸流程中添加杀菌剂控制微生物含量及成型后高温蒸汽等方式消除细菌、微生物、真菌,在后加工折叠成品以及成品运输过程中并没有额外的针对成品的保护措施,虽然更好的操作环境、包装措施以及运输存放要求,但还是存在一定的细菌真菌问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种环保抑菌型擦手纸,本申请是通过下述方式实现的:
一种环保抑菌型擦手纸,包括下述重量份数的原料,针叶木化学浆30-45份,阔叶木化学浆30-55份,高得率浆10-20份,抑菌层0.5-5份。
优选的,所述针叶木化学浆为:采用盘磨式打浆,打浆浓度为5-8%,打浆度为35-45°SR。
优选的,所述阔叶木化学浆为:采用磨盘打浆,打浆浓度为10-15%,打浆度为35-45°SR。
优选的,所述高得率浆为:采用疏解式打浆,打浆浓度为22-30%,控制浆料游离度在350-360mL。
优选的,所述抑菌层为含有壳聚糖的溶液,其制备方法如下:将70份柠檬酸溶解到895份去离子水中并搅拌至柠檬酸完全溶解,向溶液中加入35份壳聚糖并于50-55℃下搅拌6h得抑菌层备用,搅拌速度为100r/min。
优选的,壳聚糖的脱乙酰度≥90%,壳聚糖的分子量为1500-3000。
一种环保抑菌型擦手纸的制备方法,,制备方法如下:将抑菌层加去离子水稀释至粘度为400-500cps的溶液A备用;(2)将针叶木化学浆、阔叶木化学浆、高得率浆混合均匀后经过除渣、上网成形、脱水压榨、烘干、起皱、出卷得原纸;(3)通过辊涂布机将溶液A辊涂在原纸一面,2张经过辊涂的原纸经过复合压花即得环保抑菌型擦手纸,压花时2张原纸的涂液层相对。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中溶液A的上液量为6±3g/m2
本申请的有益效果是:壳聚糖分子中带有活泼的氨基,通过柠檬酸溶液的质子化,可使壳聚糖分子链上带上大量的正电荷,成为聚电解质,与纤维所带的电荷相反,另一方面,壳聚自身的交联形成网状结构;
通过辊涂的方式将质子化后的壳聚糖溶液涂于两层纸的中间,既可以作为抑菌涂层,又可以达到提升成纸干湿强度的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保抑菌型擦手纸,包括下述重量份数的原料,针叶木化学浆42份,阔叶木化学浆40份,高得率浆18份,抑菌层0.5份;
优选的,所述针叶木化学浆为:采用盘磨式打浆,打浆浓度为5%,打浆度为38°SR;
优选的,所述阔叶木化学浆为:采用磨盘打浆,打浆浓度为10%,打浆度为40°SR;
优选的,所述高得率浆为:采用疏解式打浆,打浆浓度为22-30%,控制浆料游离度在350-360mL,不经过磨浆机;
优选的,所述抑菌层为含有壳聚糖的溶液,其制备方法如下:将70份柠檬酸溶解到895份去离子水中并搅拌至柠檬酸完全溶解,向溶液中加入35份壳聚糖并于50℃下搅拌6h得抑菌层备用,搅拌速度为100r/min,本申请中的份数出特殊描述外均指质量份数;
优选的,壳聚糖的脱乙酰度≥90%,壳聚糖的分子量为1500-3000;
一种环保抑菌型擦手纸的制备方法,,制备方法如下:将抑菌层加去离子水稀释至粘度为400-500cps的溶液A备用;(2)将针叶木化学浆、阔叶木化学浆、高得率浆混合均匀后经过除渣、上网成形、脱水压榨、烘干、起皱、出卷得原纸;(3)通过辊涂布机将溶液A辊涂在原纸一面,2张经过辊涂的原纸经过复合压花即得环保抑菌型擦手纸,压花时2张原纸的涂液层相对;经折叠分切包装即得到抑菌擦手纸成品;
优选的,所述步骤(3)中溶液A的上页量为5±1g/m2
实施例2
一种环保抑菌型擦手纸,包括下述重量份数的原料,针叶木化学浆38份,阔叶木化学浆52份,高得率浆10份,抑菌层5份;
优选的,所述针叶木化学浆为:采用盘磨式打浆,打浆浓度为8%,打浆度为44°SR;
优选的,所述阔叶木化学浆为:采用磨盘打浆,打浆浓度为15%,打浆度为37°SR;
优选的,所述高得率浆为:采用疏解式打浆,打浆浓度为22-30%,控制浆料游离度在350-360mL;
优选的,所述抑菌层为含有壳聚糖的溶液,其制备方法如下:将70份柠檬酸溶解到895份去离子水中并搅拌至柠檬酸完全溶解,向溶液中加入35份壳聚糖并于50-55℃下搅拌6h得抑菌层备用,搅拌速度为100r/min;

优选的,所述阔叶木化学浆为:采用磨盘打浆,打浆浓度为10%,打浆度为40°SR;
优选的,所述高得率浆为:采用疏解式打浆,打浆浓度为22-30%,控制浆料游离度在350-360mL,不经过磨浆机;
优选的,所述抑菌层制备方法如下:将70份柠檬酸溶解到895份去离子水中并搅拌至柠檬酸完全溶解,并于50℃下搅拌6h得抑菌层备用,搅拌速度为100r/min;
一种环保抑菌型擦手纸的制备方法,,制备方法如下:将抑菌层加去离子水得溶液A备用,加水量与实施例1相同;(2)将针叶木化学浆、阔叶木化学浆、高得率浆混合均匀后经过除渣、上网成形、脱水压榨、烘干、起皱、出卷得原纸;(3)通过辊涂布机将溶液A辊涂在原纸一面,2张经过辊涂的原纸经过复合压花即得环保抑菌型擦手纸,压花时2张原纸的涂液层相对;
优选的,所述步骤(3)中溶液A的上页量为5±1g/m2
对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3制备的纸进行测试,数据如下:

由上表可知,通过涂布壳聚糖溶液后,成纸干湿强度大幅提升,有效保证了擦手纸的使用特性。
针对上述参数制备的壳聚糖溶液参照GB15979实验步骤进行杀菌实验,结果如下:

可知该溶液对常见实验菌种有较强的抑制作用。
对实施例1、实施例2制备的成纸在折叠分切过程中随机抽样并参照GB15979进行抑菌实验,结果如下:

有实验数据可知,该擦手纸具有较好的抑菌性。

Claims (6)

1.一种环保抑菌型擦手纸,其特征在于,包括下述重量份数的原料,针叶木化学浆30-45份,阔叶木化学浆30-55份,高得率浆10-20份,抑菌层0.5-5份,所述抑菌层为含有壳聚糖的溶液,其制备方法如下:将70份柠檬酸溶解到895份去离子水中并搅拌至柠檬酸完全溶解,向溶液中加入35份壳聚糖并于50-55℃下搅拌6h得抑菌层备用,搅拌速度为100r/min;
所述环保抑菌型擦手纸的制备方法如下:将抑菌层加去离子水稀释至粘度为400-500cps的溶液A备用;(2)将针叶木化学浆、阔叶木化学浆、高得率浆混合均匀后经过除渣、上网成形、脱水压榨、烘干、起皱、出卷得原纸;(3)通过辊涂布机将溶液A辊涂在原纸一面,2张经过辊涂的原纸经过复合压花即得环保抑菌型擦手纸,压花时2张原纸的涂液层相对。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抑菌型擦手纸,其特征在于,所述针叶木化学浆为:采用盘磨式打浆,打浆浓度为5-8%,打浆度为35-45°SR。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抑菌型擦手纸,其特征在于,所述阔叶木化学浆为:采用磨盘打浆,打浆浓度为10-15%,打浆度为30-45°SR。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抑菌型擦手纸,其特征在于,所述高得率浆为:采用疏解式打浆,打浆浓度为22-30%,控制浆料游离度在350-360mL。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抑菌型擦手纸,其特征在于,壳聚糖的脱乙酰度≥90%,壳聚糖的分子量为1500-3000。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抑菌型擦手纸,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中溶液A的上液量为6±3g/m2
